This research is to find out the factors that influence the community Waqf Interest in Lhokseumawe City. The data used are primary data with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. The results showed that community religious knowledge had a positive and not significant effect on waqf interest in Lhokseumawe. Perception of Waqf has a positive and insignificant effect on community Waqf Interest in Lhokseumawe City, and Revenue has a positive and insignificant effect on Waqf Community Interest in Lhokseumawe City. The determination test results used were 4%. Keywords: Wakaf Interests, Religiosity Knowledge, Wakif Perception, Income.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of educated workforce and to determine the effect of variables of age, education, wage level, skills and gender on duration of looking for work by educated worker in Jambi City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a total sample of 110 respondents. Sampling in this study uses a multistage sampling method that is sampling in stages. Data analysis methods used are descriptive and quantitative analysis. The analytical tool used is the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on duration of looking for work. Partially the variables of age, education, wage level have a significant effect on duration of looking for work, while the skills and gender variables have no significant effect on the duration of looking for work.

The purpose of this study was to see the general public's response to insurance in Medan. The variables used in this study are service variables, income and the response of the people of Medan City. The data used in this study are primary data through direct interviews and questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents spread across 4 sub-districts of Medan City, namely Medan Kota sub-district, Medan Petisah sub-district, Medan Tembung sub-district and Medan Denai sub-district. While the data analysis techniques of this study are multiple regression with the Ordinary Least Square method. The results show that the service and income variables significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on the response of the Medan City Muslim community in Islamic insurance. The results also show that service and income variables can explain the response of the Medan City Muslim community as much as 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is explained by other factors. The need for education and socialization of sharia insurance and also the increasing professionalism of sharia insurance agents is the solution so that the response of Muslim communities increases especially in the city of Medan.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the compliance of taxpayers paying hotel tax,restaurant tax, and entertainment tax in Jayapura City. This study uses primary data obtained by disseminating questionnaires online due to the COVID-19outbreak in Indonesia and globally to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is bystructure equation model (SEM) approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The samplingmethod used is Convenience Sampling which is a sample technique based on the availability ofelements and the ease of obtaining them. Samples are taken or selected because they are in the rightplace and time. The result of this study is awareness of paying taxes, knowledge and understanding of taxation, taxperception affects taxpayer compliance.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menilai kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Jenis penelitian adalah kausalitas. Populasipenelitian adalah karyawan PT Giri Jaya Garmindo dan sampel sebanyak 65 orang,  Data yang dipergunakan data primer. Instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) dan Sobel tes untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karywan . Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasioanl terhadap  kinerjakaryawan.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and assess job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This type of research is causality. The study population was employees of PT Jaya Giri Jaya Garmindo and the sample was 65 people. The data used were primary data. Research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and Sobel tests to determine the indirect effect. The results showed that transformational leadership influences employee performance. Transformational Leadership influences job satisfaction and Job Satisfaction influences employee performance. Sobel test results indicate job satisfaction is able to mediate.</em></p>

Abstrak Pengembangan daerah dalam melaksanakan pendelegasian wewenang serta anggaran dari pusat ke daerah dalam bentuk otonomi menjadi kesempatan sekaligus momok menakutkan apabila tak bisa dikelola dengan baik, apalagi dengan banyaknya kebutuhan serta keinginan masyarakat di daerah yang perlu untuk diperhatikan dan berimplikasi pada kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah sebagai pengambil keputusan. Kinerja pegawai menjadi salah satu hal yang paling dituntut dalam pelaksanaanya, apakah sudah benar-benar melihat kebutuhan masyarakat dalam memberi pelayanan dan mengambil keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer dengan metode Ordinary Least Square dengan analisis regresi berganda untuk melihat seberapa besar factor-faktor independen yang ditentukan memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil perhitungan didapati baik secara parsial variable pelatihan, motivasi pegawai dan distribusi pekerjaan maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukan hasil R Square sebesar 0,766 yang artinya 76,6 persen kinerja pegawai negeri sispil kota Manado dipengaruhi oleh variable yang ada di dalam penelitian sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian.   Kata kunci : otonomi daerah, kinerja, motivasi, pelatihan, distribusi kerja Abstract Regional development in implementing the delegation of authority and budget of the center to the regions in the form of autonomy into opportunities and frightening if it can not be managed properly, especially with the many needs and wishes of the people in the area that need to be considered and the implications for the policies made by the government as a taker decision. Employee performance became one of the most demanded in its implementation, whether it actually saw the needs of society in providing services and making decisions. This study used primary data with Ordinary Least Square method with multiple regression analysis to see how big factors specified independent influence on employee performance. From the calculation of the variable found to be either partially training, motivation and distribution of work and simultaneously towards employee performance showed the results of R Square of 0.766, which means 76.6 percent of the performance of civil servants sispil Manado city is influenced by variables in the study while the remaining affected by other factors that were not in the study.   Keywords: autonomy, performance, motivation, training, labor distribution

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of motor vehicle tax and the tariff of transfer motor vehicle name to thelocally-generated revenue, the contribution of the locally-generated revenue to the total revenue of districts in Aceh province. The data used in this research is time series during the period 2007-2013. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with ordinary least square (OLS). The results showed that motor vehicle tax and the tariff of transfer motor vehicle name significantly had a positive effect on the locally-generated revenue of districts in Aceh province. The contribution of the locally-generated revenue to total regional revenue is relatively low, the contribution of motor vehicle tax to the locally-generated revenue is higher than the contribution of the tariff of transfer motor vehicle name to the locally-generated revenue, therefore the Aceh government should be able to improve its own regional revenue by digging up new sources of the revenue besides of motor vehicle tax and the tariff of transfer motor vehicle name. In addition and a must that is the increase of locally-generated revenue also needs to be done by improving coordination among fellow related agencies in increasing motor vehicle tax the tariff of transfer motor vehicle name.

Abstract This study aims to explain the effect of profit on the addition of customers in the bank of Syariah Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe (BPRS) type mudharabah deposits. This is a quantitative study, using primary data from 2006 - 2018 obtained from SRB Rahmah Hijrah Agung. The data analysis uses the Simple Linear Regression Model Through The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Based on the results of statistical calculations through the SPSS program. We get the results of the regression equation Y = 12,177 + 0.013 X. This shows that the profits have a positive and significant effect on the addition of customers in SRB Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe type of mudharabah deposits. where, the acquisition of t-value and t-table value respectively 4.171 and 2.144. This shows, however, that the t-calculated value is greater than the t-table value. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 90.1%. that is, the ability of the profit outcome variable (X) to explain its effect on customer accretion (Y) by 90.1 percent, while the remaining 9.9 percent is explained by other variables, apart from the model. Keywords: Profits, Customers, Mudharabah Deposits.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh hasil keuntungan terhadap pertambahan nasabah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe jenis simpanan mudharabah. Ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dari tahun 2006 - 2018 yang diperoleh dari BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung. Adapun analisis data menggunakan model Regresi Linear Sederhana melalui metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik melalui program SPSS. Kami mendapatkan hasil persamaan regresi Y = 12,177 + 0,013 X. + e. Ini  menunjukkan bahwa, hasil keuntungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertambahan nasabah pada BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe jenis simpanan mudharabah. Dimana, perolehan nilai t-hitung dan nilai t-tabel masing-masing sebesar 4,171 dan 2,144. Ini menunjukkan, bahwa, nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang didapat sebesar 90,1%. Artinya, kemampuan variabel hasil keuntungan (X) untuk menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap pertambahan nasabah (Y) sebesar 90,1 persen, sedangkan sisanya 9,9 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain, selain dari dalam model. The aim of this research is to acknowledge the influence of capital, worker, educational level and technology toward the production output. The data applied is a particular primary data within the data accumulation method of questionnaire consists of 7 question items. This re   search is a certain population research contains of 60 respondents (business units). The method applied is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method by applying classic assumption test and statistic test to examine the influence of independent variable to dependent one. The result obtained shows that the educational level does not have significant influence towards the production output, whereas the three other variables, which are: capital, workers, and technology does positively and significantly influence the production output. The most production factors which influence the output is the worker. Economical scale condition shows the increasing return to scale condition so that the production output still able to be increased further by increasing the input.DOI: 10.15408/sjie.v3i1.2056

This study aims to find out how the influence of several factors studied on the performance of new products so that the advantages and disadvantages of PT. Puspa Pharma. Some of these factors are the suppression of brand profiles, internal coordination, competitor-oriented, product innovation, and the involvement of consumers and suppliers. The data used in this study are primary data, which came from the results of questionnaire collection as many as 96 respondents at PT. Puspa Pharma. This research takes place from March 2018 to November 2018. The data analysis method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that the performance of new products at PT. Puspa Pharma is more influenced by the involvement of suppliers and consumers compared to product innovation. Where the involvement of suppliers and consumers is supported by two important factors namely competitor-oriented and product innovation itself. Whereas internal coordination and suppression of brand profiles do not affect the involvement of suppliers and consumers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of knowledge management has a significant influence on employee performance, competence variables have an influence on employee performance, motivation variables have an influence on employee performance, The analysis showed that the variables of knowledge management, competence, motivation on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge management, competence, motivation, employee performance.
