<p>This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of leadership style on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police. (2) The Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of Members of the Police and ASN Ditreskrimum of the South Sumatra Regional Police. (3) Effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police. This study is categorized as a quantitative associative causal study with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 132 members of the National Police and South Sumatra Regional Police ASN. Sampling technique using Sampling Proposal. The sample in this study was to take a population or as many as 132 samples. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the study found that: (1) Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Polri and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police using the t test that t counted 6.499&gt; with t table 1.993 with a significance of 0.00 &lt;0.05, Contributing leadership style to the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum of North Sumatra Regional Police is 50%. (2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum South Sumatra Police using t test that t count 4.021&gt; with t table 1.993 with a significance of 0.025 &lt;0.05, Contribution of work discipline to the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum Polda Sumsel by 25%. (3) Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of National Police and ASN Members Ditreskrimum South Sumatra Police using the F test that F count 9.980&gt; with F table 1993 with significance 0.04 &lt;0.05, Contributions of leadership style and work discipline to explain performance Members of the Indonesian National Police and ASN Ditreskrimum Sumsel Polda amounted to 40%.</p><p> <strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Employee Performance</em></p>

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to: (1) the effect of leadership style on employee performance; (2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of compensation to employee performance; (4) To determine jointly the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation to employee performance. Type of this research is quantitative data. The object of this research is PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. The sampling technique using census method that all employees of PT. PLN PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that (1) style of leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance; (2) job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation together positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

Performance in an organization is considered important to achieve the goals and objectives set by the organization. To achieve such a professional performance in the police organization, especially on the Satrkrim Polresta Padang as which has been regulated by law, motivation is needed for each of its members. In all the national police organizations without exception and especially Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang has adopted a democratic leadership style which is based on eleven principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The variables described in the study are motivation (X1), leadership style (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The hypothesis described by the researcher is 1) the effect of motivation on performance, 2) the influence of leadership style on performance and 3) the influence of the work environment on performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors get conclusions which between motivation and leadership style both have a significant and positive effect on the performance of police members while for the work environment researchers get negative and not significant results on the performance of police members, especially members of the Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang.
