scholarly journals The Impact of Awareness of Password Management of Digital Banking Services on Customer’s Adoption in India

Password management is a highly decisive component while adopting digital banking services. Password composition strategies facilitate the users to construct a safe, secure and strong password which is difficult to crack and misuse your confidential information. There should be an institutional structure to enhance the awareness level of password management of users to minimize the probability of cyber attack. This study has focused on the analysis of impact of awareness of password management of digital banking services on customer adoption in India. To analyze the applicability and reliability of scale, factor analysis has been administered before the use of stepwise method (forward selection) of multiple regression. Primary data on 5 point Likert scale has collected from the Delhi region with the help of questionnaires through a self administered approach. Stratified random sampling technique was used and total 432 useful schedules were considered for analysis of data using SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive impact of awareness of password management of digital banking services on customer’s adoption in India.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Islamic microfinance services (IMFS) on women’s empowerment in rural Bangladesh. Design/methodology/approach The study is based on a multi-stage sampling technique. The primary data are collected through a face-to-face survey of 389 women respondents who have received IMFS from the Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. Cronbach’s alpha test is conducted to test the reliability and internal consistency of collected data. Paired-sample tests, logit regression and proportion hypothesis tests are conducted to measure the impact of IMFS on women’s empowerment. Descriptive and inferential statistics are used to interpret the data. Findings The study reveals that IMFS have led to structural transformation in the occupation dynamics of the respondents’ families from agriculture to retail businesses. IMFS have had a significant positive impact on household income, savings and expenditure; have improved standard of living and human capital formation; and have enhanced all three dimensions of empowerment, namely, economic empowerment, socio-cultural empowerment (SCEM) and familial empowerment (FLEM). Of them, economic and SCEM have positively contributed toward overall women’s empowerment, while FLEM has a negative but insignificant impact on overall empowerment. The respondents’ perception also supports the finding that IMFS have benefited rural women and empowered them. Originality/value The study is based on primary data. It leads to an inquiry as to whether women are dominant in familial affairs. If so, it may reduce the state of happiness and overall women’s empowerment. There is a clear gap in the existing literature about this inquiry.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p>          <em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, training and development, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employees retention. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed and filled out by 150 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. As independent variables in this study are compensation, training and development, and organizational culture, while dependent variables are job satisfaction and employees retention. The job satisfaction variables also function as a mediation variable. To test the hypothesis SEM analysis is used. The results show that compensation and training &amp; development have a positive effect on job satisfaction, while organizational culture doesn't have a positive impact on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive impact on employees retention, but training &amp; development, as well as organizational culture, do not have a positive effect on employees retention. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive impact on employees retention, and training  &amp; development has a positive impact on retention through job satisfaction. </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: compensation; training; development; organizational culture; job satisfaction; retention</em></p>

This research aims to analyze the impact of work environment and workload on employees' work performance. The research object is KSU Islah Citra Mandiri employee in Boyolali. The population was KSU Islah Citra Mandiri Boyolali employees with a total number of 32 people, the samples of which were taken by use of saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression to examine the impact of work environment and workload to employees' work performance. The research results indicated that the work environment and workload influence employees 'performance both partially and simultaneously: the work environment has positive impact, while workload has negative impact on employees' performance.

The growth of digital mobile devices enables the world to integrate and enables the masses to access and use services with optimism, speed and efficiency. These developments are on the rise in Pakistan. Market opportunities for digital financial services in Pakistan are projected to exceed $ 36 billion by 2025, which will increase GDP by 7%, create four million new jobs and generate $ 263 billion in new deposits. This power can only be achieved through a robust and efficient DFS environment. Although Pakistan has a DFS environment, it is unfortunate that so far no research has been done to determine and analyze the economic impact of mobile banking services as well as factors affecting their use in developing countries like Pakistan, to this end, the methodology part will be divided into two parts: the first part will focus on the secondary data to analyze and determine the impact of mobile banking activity on GDP, employment, government taxes for support to reduce non-banking figures in Pakistan. The second part will focus on the primary data that will be used to investigate the influencing variables on the usage of mobile banking services. A self-administered questionnaire has been developed with 250 respondents, which will be distributed to mobile money users to get their ideas on mobile banking services. Its results will be evaluated using the Pearson correlation and multiple regressions. Affective factors are assessed under five factors: risk, perceived trust, cost-effectiveness, accessibility and reliability using biometric analysis method in mobile banking. The study revealed that mobile financial services had positive impact on the economic indicators whereas factors like perceived trust, convenience and perceived risk had a significant influence on the adoption of mobile banking services but perceived cost and reliability were said to have insignificant influence on its adoption.

Yoga is now increasingly used as a wellness solution replacing high cost antibiotic drugs. Employee well-being leads to Cost Savings in terms of personnel by reduced payment of Insurance and Medical Bills. The paper studies the Impact of Yoga to Financial benefits in MSME Organizations in Odisha in light of three different perspectives of Internal Control, Inventory management and Cash Flow. The primary data was collected from a sample of 155 high profile finance executives working in the MSME sector. Ranking Table and Regression Analysis Methodology was used to derive meaningful conclusions. The research takes initiative to transform the effectiveness of Yoga into improved financial health for the Organization. The observation from the study interprets a positive impact of Yoga on good financial health of Organization.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>

Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 regarding the discipline of the Civil Servant loading obligations, prohibitions, and disciplinary action which could be taken to the Civil Servant who has been convicted of the offense, is intended to foster a Civil Servant who has committed an offense, the form of disciplinary punishment is mild, moderate, and weight. Disciplinary punishment for the Civil Servant under Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 Concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants. The formulation of this journal issue contains about how the process of disciplinary punishment, and constraints and efforts to overcome the impact of the Civil Servant disciplinary punishment in Government of Demak regency. The approach used in this study is a sociological juridical approach or juridical empirical, that is an approach that examines secondary data first and then proceed to conduct research in the field of primary data normative. The process of giving disciplinary sanctions for State Civil Apparatus in Government of Demak regency begins with the examination conducted by the immediate supervisor referred to in the legislation governing the authority of appointment, transfer and dismissal of civil servants. The results showed that in general the process of sanctioning / disciplinary punishment of civil servants in the Government of Demak be said to be good and there have been compliance with the existing regulations / applied in Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010, although it encountered the competent authorities judge still apply tolerance against the employee, but also a positive impact among their deterrent good not to repeat the same offense or one level higher than before either the Civil Servant concerned or the other. Obstacles in carrying out disciplinary punishment in Government of Demak regency environment is still low awareness of employees to do and be disciplined in performing the tasks for instance delays incoming work, lack of regulatory discipline, lack of supervision system and any violations of employee discipline. There must be constraints to overcome need for cooperation with other stakeholders comprising Inspectorate, BKPP, and the immediate superior civil servants in this way can be mutually reinforcing mutual communication, consultation, coordination so that if later there is a problem in the future could be accounted for.Keywords: Delivery of Disciplinary Sanctions; Civil Servant; Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010.
