This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict (work-family conflict, workload and work stress on the performance of female employees of PT. Negara Negara Indonesia (Persero) Pare-pare. The type of data collected is in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. The population of this study was all employees of the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Branch of Pare-pare who were married and had as many as 36 children. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that multiple role conflict and workload directly influence significantly the work stress of female employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The relationship between a conflict of dual roles to positive work stress and the relationship between workloads to positive work stress means that an increase in workload can increase the work stress of female employees. Direct work stress also negatively affects the performance of female employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, meaning that when work stress increases, performance will decrease

Assessment of women’s perception of multiple-role stress arising from occupancy of the maternal and student role is crucial if we are to engage in prevention and intervention strategies. Existing measures do not fully address the components of multiple role stress in this population: emotional role ambiguity, person-role and inter-role conflict. This article describes the development of the Perceived Multiple Role Stress Scale (PMRS) which was derived from Kahn, Wolfe, Quinn and Snoek’s (1964) systems-based role theory. The 8-item, 3-factor PMRS measures multiple role stress in women who are both mothers and students. Review of the PMRS by role stress and women’s roles experts supported content validity. Construct validity was supported in three phases over a five-year period. It is recommended that the three correlated factors be used as one eight-item scale. The internal consistency for the PMRS was .86.

This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study
