The purpose of this research is to design and build the website of new student acceptance (PMB) Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam (STTP). Management and processing of new student admissions data (PMB) is still done manually therefore there is need of availability of support website at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam (STTP). With this officers in the process of processing new student admissions data to be more effective, both in terms of time, place, cost, and energy using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development methodology used is Web Enginering namely Customer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment. With this website is expected to overcome the current problems this research is done to create a new admissions website (PMB) is done online with terms connected to the Internet network.

The new admissions website at SMP PGRI Pagaralam is still done manually, that is the acceptance of new students have not used the programming language, where the new student acceptance is still recorded in the big books, so the peroses of service on the acceptance of new students become slow and ineffective. Results and this study is a new admissions system that has been asked directly at SMP PGRI Pagaralam City. This system is built using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 application, programming languages ​​PHP and MySQL, while the system development method is Web ngineering. From the research it can be concluded that to create a new student admissions website that must be done first is to create a new admissions website. If the new admissions system is built is able to input new student admissions data and generate output in the form of reports then it can be concluded that the new admissions website SMP PGRI Pagaralam Pagaralam successful.

PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal is a company in the field of construction services based in Bekasi. In recruiting employees, PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal still uses conventional methods, namely that prospective employees usually send application files to the head office in Bekasi either by e-mail, post or by submitting applications directly to the Admin section. HRDs need to open e-mails and application files one by one which makes HRDs have to process applicants' data again, resulting in a high probability of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new and effective system in order to facilitate the recruitment of employees using a system development methodology, namely the waterfall method. With the PHP programming language, codeigniter framework and mysql database, the employee recruitment website makes it easier for HRD to minimize time, costs and energy so that the recruitment process becomes more efficient. In addition, delivering clear and up-to-date information will improve the company's image.

Abstrak- Pemrograman Desktop adalah program aplikasi yang mampu beroperasi tanpa mengandalkan jaringan internet. Penggunaan program desktop biasanya digunakan untuk membuat program yang akan dioperasikan tanpa memerlukan jaringan internet dengan area kerja berada disatu lokasi saja. Sedangkan program web pemakaiannya sangat bergantung pada jaringan internet agar bisa menghubungkan antar pengguna. Pilihan menggunakan program desktop atau program berbasis Web ditentukan oleh kebutuhan dan implementasinya. Jika implementasinya hanya untuk lingkungan perusahaan yang berada di satu tempat, program sebaiknya menggunakan program berbasis desktop. Namun, jika perusahaan memiliki lokasi terpisah di beberapa daerah, penggunaan program berbasis web lebih tepat. Namun banyak programmer, terutama pemula yang enggan menggunakan pemrograman desktop karena dalam membuat laporan harus menggunakan aplikasi pembuat laporan khusus seperti Crystal Report. Kesulitan yang dialami untuk menggunakan aplikasi khusus ini adalah tidak tersedianya aplikasi dalam sistem sehingga perlu diadakan secara khusus. Dalam membuat laporan kadang dirasa agak rumit karena tampilan laporan harus diseting secara manual. Sedangkan dalam bahasa pemrograman berbasis web untuk menampilkan informasi bisa langsung dibuat dengan mudah dalam program itu sendiri tanpa harus menggunakan aplikasi tambahan. Jadi membuat laporan dengan program berbasis web lebih mudah. Untuk menghindari kesulitan para pemrogram dalam membuat laporan tentang program desktop, peneliti mengintegrasikan program berbasis Web dengan pemrograman berbasis desktop dengan tujuan mempermudah membuat laporan. Kata kunci: Pemrograman Desktop, Implementasi, Integrasi, Crystal Report. Abstract- Desktop Programming is an application programmer capable of operating without relying on the internet network. The use of desktop programs is usually used to create a program that will be operated without the need for internet network with work area located in one location only. While the web program in use is very dependent on the internet network that can connect between users. The choice of using a desktop program or a Web-based program is determined by its needs and implementation. If the implementation is for a single enterprise environment the program should use a desktop-based program. However, if the company has a separate location in some areas the use of web-based programs is more appropriate. But many programmers, especially beginners who are reluctant to use desktop programming because the report must use a special report maker application such as Crystal Report. The difficulty experienced to use this particular application is the unavailability of apps in the system so it needs to be held specifically. In making the report is sometimes considered a bit complicated because the report view must be manually setup. While in web-based programming language to display information can be directly made easily in the program itself without having to use additional applications. So making reports with web-based programs is easier. To avoid the difficulty of programmers in making reports about desktop programs, researchers integrate Web-based programs with desktop-based programming in order to facilitate reporting Researchers perform desktop-based integration with web-based programming to make reporting easier. Bandwidth management is very important in a computer network concept. Bandwidth management functions to regulate network bandwidth so that each network user gets an evenly distributed bandwidth as a whole, even though there are many network users. In this Java shop, the distribution of bandwidth to each client has not been implemented. , there is no bandwidth management on the Java cafe internet network. The results of the internet speed test at the Java cafe use speedtest.net. The result is the distribution of bandwidth between client 1 and client 2 is not evenly distributed. On client 1 get download and upload speeds up to 0.65 and 1.14 Mbps. While on client 2 only get 2.9 and 1.14 Mbps, due to the absence of a bandwidth management system. Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) is a method of bandwidth management, HTB can provide more bandwidth to the client in a few seconds the client will get more bandwidth, the research methodology used is (Network Development Life Cycle) with a system development method for the network which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Simulation, Implementation, Monitoring, and Management. The results show that bandwidth distribution in each client can be done with each client getting a maximum bandwidth of 768Kbps and getting a bandwidth limit-at of 268Kbps so that customers can still get an internet network even though internet traffic is heavy. . and the use of burst limit as a research method can make each client get additional bandwidth when the internet network is empty and can be accepted by clients or visitors to Java stalls.. and the use of burst limit as a research method can make each client get additional bandwidth when the internet network is empty and can accepted by clients or visitors to shop jawa..

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

Indosat ready to seize opportunities for sustainable growth of business spectrum are still sprawling Indonesia.    Therefore, Indosat continues to focus on the development of increased efforts to provide the best service for customers of Indosat. Indosat will continue to develop and expand network coverage and a larger investment that the company will achieve excellence in the field of integrated telecommunications services.    Ranking by region of the IP Providers can be seen by grouping IP Providers, and management over IP Providers prefer to choose providers based on where it orginates as an example for the region of the U.S if it will be preferred providers that come from U.S. providers.With the commencement of the internet network optimization start early in 2008 with the selection of the appropriate IP Upstream Provider criteria, it is up to date according to data obtained from Indosat, seen any significant changes to the cost of purchasing capacity of the IP Upstream.    Based on the data obtained that until Q3 or September 2008, the number of IP Upstream Providers that previously there were 20 to 10 IP Upstream Provider, IP Transit Price total decrease of 11% to the price of IP Transit Price / Mbps there is a decrease of 78%, while from the capacity bandwith an increase of 301% capacity from 2008.

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school.To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

Gonova Beauty Care is a beauty clinic that offers various types of beauty care services, consultations and beauty products, which was established on September 14, 2016. Where all transaction activities at the clinic still use the traditional process where customers must first come to the clinic. To help overcome the problem in Gonova Beauty Care, the author tries to analyze and design a new system using the system development methodology, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The proposed new system is based on the website to manage transactions that occur at the clinic and can make it easier for customers to place an order. The website is designed to serve the transaction of sales of beauty products and ordering beauty services.
