This study aims to test and prove from the formulation of the problem. This type of research is experimental research. The study population was all students of class XI IPA. The research technique is a total sampling technique, because the total population is only 20 students. Data collection uses a psychological scale with an assertive ability scale instrument of 72 items. This instrument has been tested for use. The method of data analysis uses percentage descriptive and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before getting treatment included in the low category with an average percentage of 52% and after getting treatment the average percentage was 72% included in the high category, resulting in an increase of 20%. Wilcoxon test results show the value obtained Z count = 3, 81> Z table = 1.96, the results are significant, that is, there is a significant difference between before and after getting content mastery service with group discussion and role playing methods, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus indicating an increase in assertive ability of students between before and after the content mastery service is given by the method of group discussion and role playing, therefore the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. This means assertive ability can be improved by content mastery services with group discussion and role playing methods

In the condition of chronic kidney disease, the decline in kidney function can occur slowly and chronically until the kidneys do not function at all. Hemodialysis is one of the therapies used to replaced kidney function. During hemodialysis, a decrease in hemoglobin levels often occurs, this is due to the disruption of the hormon erythropoietin. Objective:determine the differences in hemoglobin levels in patients with chronic kidney disease before and after hemodialysis at Bhayangkara TK. I Raden Said SukantoHospital. Method: The design of this research is cross sectional using secondary data and the sampling technique of this research was random sampling with a total of 133 patients. Result: The normality test was carried out first using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova test which showed the results were not normally distributed with a sig value of 0.001. the next test was the Wilcoxon test with a sig (2-tailed_ value of 0.002 with an average hemoglobin level of 8,81 g/dL before hemodialysis and 9,09 g/dL after hemodialysis. Conclusion:Based on the results of the study means that there is a significant difference in a patient with chronic kidney failure before and after hemodialysis.

The method used is experimental method with type pre-experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The method of solving the problem is to provide information services using audiovisual media on the sample after the pre-test. The population is the entire class VIII MTs Al-Azhar and the sample is one class of 30 students. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS application version 22. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained pretest results of 37% and posttest of 32%. Then based on Wilcoxon test statistical analysis results with the help of SPSS 22 applications obtained Zhitung of -3.817 with 5% significance level of 0.05 and Asymp.Sig = 0,000. Because Asymp.Sig = 0.000 <0.05, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference of smoking behavior of grade VIII students of MTs Al Azhar Alalak Sub-district, Barito Kuala District in the year 2017/2018 between before and after given information service using audiovisual media. Keywords: Information Services; Audiovisual Media; Smoking Behavior

Manual rolling work can cause work fatigue due to high job targets. Banana (Musa sapientum) contains natural sugars such as sucrose, fructose, and glucose as a source of energy. Work fatigue can be overcome with energy supplementation such as banana. This study aimed to determine the effect of banana supplementation on the level of work fatigue of cigarette manual rolling workers in X factory Karanganyar. This research was a quasi-experimental, with a one-shot case study design. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, A total of 54 workers was randomly recruited as the sample. The independent variable of this study was banana (Musa sapientum), while the dependent variable was work fatigue. The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data. The Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference between work fatigue before and after the banana supplementation to the cigarette manual rolling worker of X factory Karanganyar (p-value = 0.000). Thus, Banana (Musa sapientum) can be given as a food supplement to overcome the work fatigue problems in manual rolling workers.

The study was conducted in July-August 2018. This type of quantitative research used the design of the Quasy pretest and posttest experiment with non-equivalent control group design. Samples were 36 mothers and 36 children with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used Paired t test, Wilcoxon test, Man-Whitney test an Independent t test. The results showed that toilet training education through lecture methods, modules and maze games was more effective than toilet training education through lecture and leaflet methods on children's knowledge and abilities. Conversely, for the role of mothers in supervision there is no significant difference in effectiveness. Health education is recommended in health promotion programs to increase maternal knowledge, the role of mothers and the ability of toilet training children independently.
