This research is a quantitative research using the survey method. The locations of the research area in the three tourist objects including Goa Cemara Beach, Kuwaru Beach, and Pandansimo Baru Beach. This study aims to analyze the tourist characteristics in the three research locations and to learn how to formulate a plan for the most appropriate tourism products at three locations sights. The approach used to analyze the tourist characteristics is the four elements of market segmentation: geographic, socio-demographic, psychographic, and behavioural.The samples of the research are 156 respondents with a margin of error of 8% done using purposive sampling technique during March to April 2015 in the three research locations. The data collection was taken by questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Once the data is collected and processed with quantitative analysis using statistical tools, frequency distribution, and cross table (crosstabs).The result shows that the geographic characteristics of tourists in the three locations are balanced between tourists from outside and inside Bantul Regency. Then, the socio-demographic characteristics of tourists in Goa Cemara Beach and Pandansimo Baru Beach are dominated by private employees/BUMN(state-owned corporation), aged 22-60 years old, married and repeater tourist, while tourists in Kuwaru Beach are dominated by students, under 22 years old, single status and first comer tourists.Furthermore, in terms of psychographics, tourists in the three locations who have psychometric characteristics prefer to get something plural, popular, and like to do common activities with the frequency of short stay visits. Lastly, the behaviour of tourists in the three research locations is dominated by doing recreation or having leisure time to enjoy the main attractions of the coastal landscape. The results of tourist characteristics of these three locations are used as the basis for planning of thematic tourism products in accordance with the character of the three research objects

This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s instructional communication and learning outcomes in the form of final exam in the subjects of Class X Land Measurement Science expertise in Modeling and Building Information expertise program at SMKN 1 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were class X students of the Permodean Design and Building Information program at SMK 1 Jakarta, as many as 102 people. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique which was tested on 80 students. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between instructional communication and learning outcomes as evidenced by: correlation coefficient value of 0.601 which is included in the category of strong relationships, the significance value of the correlation coefficient t count = 6.851 and t table = 1.991 which indicates a significant relationship, and the relationship between instructional communication and final exam learning outcomes is obtained by the determination coefficient value of 0.376. So the instructional communication factor can influence learning outcomes, which is 37.6%, and the rest is influenced by other factors beyond instructional communication skills.

Abstract The aim of this paper is to determine the expectations of students from selected Polish academic centers toward facilities at agritourist farms, and identifying the socio-demographic characteristics that determined those expectations. A survey method was used in this research. Using the Likert’s five-level scale, respondents rated the significance of elements of agritourist farm facilities. It was found that academic youth expected, above all, facilities for enabling passive leisure and the independent preparation of meals. Provision of facilities for active leisure were of less significance to them. Gender, place of living, field of study and prior experience connected to leisure on the farms analyzed were not factors that differentiated students’ expectations. A weak correlation was found between students’ expectations of facilities at agritourist farms and their economic status. Students’ expectations were very similar to the expectations of the average agritourist. Research results confirmed some of the results known from the literature, stating that socio-demographic characteristics differentiated the expectations of academic youth to a small extent. However, the effects obtained did not correspond to results claiming that age, gender, place of living and income have a significant influence on tourist expectations. Additionally psychographic characteristics should be considered in the following research. A combination of demographic and psychographic characteristics may offer a wider base for analysis and give better end results, allowing market segmentation.

Product innovation is very important to do, especially in running a business. A person who is innovative is usually closer to a new opportunity and is close to a success. Unfortunately, innovation is still very minimal done by entrepreneurs. It is proved by the persistence of the product leather jacket with classic models till this time and the lack of growth of the entrepreneurs in Central Industrial Leather Jacket Sukaregang. This study aims to know the influence of product innovation to business success in SMEs leather jacket Sukaregang industrial centers in Garut. In this research, product innovation is the variable (X) and the success of the business is a variable (Y). This research study was quantitative research with the research method used is the descriptive method and survey method. By type and method of the study, data analysis used is descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, regression test, correlation and hypothesis testing. This study is using a non-probability quota sampling technique to determine the sample. The member sample in this study were 100 respondents who are entrepreneurs in SMEs leather jacket Sukaregang industrial centers in Garut. Results of simple linear regression, obtained by the equation Y = Y = 14.482 + 0.476 X with R-Square of 0.475. It shows that product innovation variable effect of 47.5% against the successive efforts, while the success of the business by 52.5% influenced by other factors such as quality of human resources, technology competencies, Organizational structure, business culture Culture, Strengths capital, business networks with outsiders. As for external factors such as government (economic policy, political, level of democratization) and non-government (economic system socio-cultural culture, infrastructure conditions and the level of public education) which is not described in this study. Therefore, it can be seen that there is significant product innovation to business success in SMEs leather jacket Sukaregang industrial centers in Garut.

AbstrakPenilaian saham digunakan untuk membandingkan antara nilai intrinsik dan nilai pasar saham, yang mana akhirnya akan dijadikan sebagai dasar keputusan investasi apakah investor akan menjual atau membeli saham. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan manganalisa hasil dari perhitungan penilaiain saham menggunakan Dividend Discount Model (DDM) dengan model pertumbuhan konstan. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling dan didapat 5 sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 perusahaan memiliki hasil yang berbeda, dimana saham BELL dan RICY berada dalam kondisi overvalued karena nilai intrinsik lebih rendah dibanding dengan nilai pasar, sedangkan pada saham PBRX, SRIL dan TRIS berada pada posisi undervalued karena nilai intrinsik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai pasar.Kata Kunci: Nilai Saham, Dividend Discount Model.AbstractStock valuation uses to compare between intrinsic value and stock market value, which ultimately will be used as a basis for investment decisions whether investors will sell or buy shares. This study aimed to determine and analyze the results of stock valuation calculations using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) with a constant growth model. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research objects in textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and obtained five research samples. The results of this study indicate that all of the five companies having different effects. Where BELL and RICY shares were in overvalued conditions because the intrinsic value was lower than the market value, while in PBRX, SRIL and TRIS stocks undervalued because the inherent value is higher than with market value.Keywords: Stock Valuation, Dividend Discount Model.

 Hemodialysis patients are susceptible to malnutrition caused by components in hemodialysis, such as Dialyzer (Kidney Artificial), blood line, AV fistula, bicarbonate fluid, acidic liquid. Patients who have long been undergoing hemodialysis have high urea and creatinine levels. Increased levels of urea and creatinine can stimulate acid production such as stomach ulcers (gastritis),  namely nausea, vomiting, heartburn, bloating and no appetite. This research aims to knowing long standing relationship of hemodialysis with appetite in patients chronic renal failure in the unit hemodialysis of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2019. This type of research is quantitative research, using analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients with chronic renal failure who were in the hemodialysis unit of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital with a sample of 49 people, using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was using a questionnaire. The analysis in this study used Chi Square test with a degree of confidence of 5% = 0,05. The results of the study stated that the majority of respondents were in the old category (2 years-3 years) as many as 31 people (63.3%) with decreased appetite by 21 people (42.9%), fixed appetite of 7 people (14.3 %), appetite increased by 3 people (6.1%). There is a long standing relationship of hemodialysis with appetite in patients chronic renal failure in the unit hemodialysis of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2019 with p value < α = 0,05.

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, advertisements, electronic words of mouth, and brand image on Oppo smartphone buying interests. This is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Papua, with sample of 105 respondents, determined by the non-probability sampling technique. The analytical method used is the validity test and the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis technique used is the hypothesis and the multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially indicate that (1) a product quality has no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of -0.662 and the significant value of 0.536 > 0.05, (2) advertisements have no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 1.067 and the significant value of 0.289 > 0.05, (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.999 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (4) and brand image has a positive effect on the Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.934 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that product quality, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a positive effect on the buying interest of Oppo smartphone with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.005

This study is a quantitative study on student perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the model of the relationship between gender, Stress, and satisfaction of accounting students in Indonesia towards online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this quantitative research is a survey method using a sample of accounting students at several universities in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study were 84 students, obtained through a sampling technique that is purposive convenience sampling. The results of this study confirmed that only the effect of Stress on student satisfaction was found to be significant, while gender did not significantly affect Stress and satisfaction with online learning. This research aims to: (1) determine how much theeffect of the ethical climate has on whistleblowing intentions; (2) find out how much the effect of the level of seriousness hason whistleblowing intentions; (3) determine the great effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this study is the village officials in Wonosari District. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey method using a questionnaire distributed directly to all village officials in Wonosari District.The result of this study showed that (1) the ethical climate has a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing intentions, (2) the level of seriousness is positively and significantly related to whistleblowing intentions, and (3) locus of control gave positive and significant control of whistleblowing intentions. The problem of maternal death is still a major problem in the health sector. The health of a pregnant women is an important aspect to consider in a women’s life cycle because during her pregnancy there can be unexpected complications. Pregnancy checks should be done as early as possible, as soon as a woman feels she is pregnant. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of partial and silmutan between the pregnant women’s knowledge, husbands support, and the role of cadres on the level of achievement of K1 in the work area at the health center of Tirtoyudo. The research   design used is quantitative research using “explanatory research. The sampling technique used is “proportional sampling” of 105 respondents. This study uses a survey method using a questionnaire that contains statements and the collection of dats by interview and questionnaire, then in the measurement technique of research data using a Likert scale. Likert scale has a gradation from very positive to very negative to four levels. Instruments that both must meet two requirements is important is valid and reliable. Validity is the level of reliability and validity of the tool measuring are used, while the test of reliability is useful to establish whether the instrument, in terms of this questionnaire, can be used more than one time, at least not by the respondents are the same and will generate data consistent. This study is to see the effect of tail suits on the political choices of Balinese people who are known to have the highest identification of political parties in Indonesia ahead of simultaneous elections (pemilu serentak) in 2019. The method used is quantitative research methods with 1,120 respondents spreading across all regenciess/cities in Bali. The sampling technique applied was multistage random sampling, so the margin of error was 3%. The results of this study indicate the tail coat effect present in the community which has a strong identification of political parties. It's just that the tail coat effect reads smaller than ID party in the political choices of the Balinese people.
