The article discusses the features of surface fragmentation in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. For this purpose, vertical and horizontal fragmentation maps of the area were compiled using Arg GIS technology. The maps were visually analyzed. At the same time, a table was compiled based on the quantitative indicators obtained during the mapping. In this table, quantitative indicators have been replaced by appropriate quality indicators. Here, five quality indicators were obtained for horizontal fragmentation and four for vertical fragmentation. Quality indicators will help to obtain more detailed information about the area. Key words. Arg GİS, horizontal fragmentation map, vertical fragmentation map

Based on the analysis of space images, it was determined that accumulative landforms prevail in the Kur-Araz lowland and in the foothills. Analysis of images taken at different times shows that these areas are types and subtypes of accumulative plains belonging to completely different genetic types. The article discusses the fragmentation processes and features in the areas where the right tributary of the Kura River collapses. For the study, ArcGis software mapped the area horizontally and vertically at a scale of 1: 750 000, and morphometric indicators were analyzed in units of quantity. According to the indicators, the plain area is grouped into weak, medium, moderate and high, taking into account the plainness as the main factor. Cytological observations are made on apothecial tissues of Geopyxis carbonaria, using transmission electron microscopy. Characteristic features of both the medullary and ectal excipula are examined. Changes in ascus apex and wall structures are examined during ascus ontogeny, especially in relation to operculum position and structure. Ultrastructure of septum configuration is observed and compared in the excipulum, ascogenous hyphae, paraphyses, and at the base of young asci. Ascosporogenesis is observed from the ascus mother cell stage and initial spore delimitation until secondary wall formation. The cytological and ultrastructural observations on this species are discussed in relation to their possible taxonomic or phylogenetic value. Key words: ascosporogenesis, Discomycetes, ascospore ultrastructure, septal ultrastructure, cytochemistry.

Pollution of the environment with waste is the basis of the degradation of the natural system. To prevent this, it is necessary to protect natural resources as much as possible and organize the recycling of waste. Azerbaijan has sufficient resources to prepare organic fertilizers based on new technologies. The presented article discusses the damage caused to the environment by pollution of lands of Neftchala region. The need for agro-technical measures to restore such areas that have lost their fertility is emphasized. In landscaping research, it is recommended to grow soybeans on such lands and apply high doses of organic fertilizers to ensure their normal development. Key words: soil fertility, corn, nutrients, productivity, quality indicators

«Incessant worry» - this phrase-meme actively «walks» on social networks and has already become part of the language of everyday life. It is usually used in a somewhat ironic sense. But at the same time, in my opinion, this irony really contains a deep understanding of «what is happiness in Ukrainian». Cordocentrism is considered one of the characteristic features of the Ukrainian mentality. And also antheism (kinship with the native land) and execution (dominance in the psyche of the «feminine principle», but is not synonymous with femininity). All these features have found their embodiment, among other things, in art. And it is precisely the «Incessant worry» that reflects the cordocentrism of the Ukrainian character, and hence the understanding of happiness in Ukrainian. In pursuit of the material components of our everyday life, we have forgotten that happiness is harmony, it is order within ourselves and the creation of a positive attitude around us. Happiness in Ukrainian is coziness, cute little things that make our life more pleasant, it is pleasure from the work that you do, it is your health and your loved ones. And then this «Incessant worry» of Cossack Mamai, a warrior-wise man, in combination with a reeled doll (motanka), acquire a modern sound in our present. It has gone through difficult centuries, tempered in the whirlwind of complex life's vicissitudes and remains national archetypes, the cores of Ukrainian spiritual culture. KEY WORDS: «Incessant worry», happiness in Ukrainian, archetype, cordocentrism, reeled doll, Cossack Mamai.

The article investigates how the notion “execution of a sentence” was formed and analyzes the content of the stage of execution of a sentence as an independent part of criminal procedure, examines legal issues of criminal proceedings within the stage of execution of a sentence, and puts forward some ways to improve it. The fact that court activities aimed at considering and resolving issues related to the execution of a sentence are defined as part of criminal procedure rather than as an independent stage is a subject for debate, because this activity may or may not take place. But we agree with those scholars who believe that the stage such as the presentation of a sentence for execution always emerges during sentencing, and the analogy with the stage of launching criminal investigation allows us to conclude that, that further criminal proceedings may occur several times or may not occur at all and thus form an independent stage of criminal procedure. We studied the opinions and statements of practitioners and scholars in the field of criminal procedure concerning the role and importance of criminal proceedings aimed at the execution of a sentence as an independent stage of criminal procedure, institution of criminal procedural law, a separate phase of criminal procedure and the theoretical arguments as to the essential nature and meaning of the execution of a sentence in criminal procedure. We conclude that criminal proceedings aimed at presenting the sentence for execution, consideration and resolution by the court of the issues related to its execution form the content of an independent stage of criminal procedure, which has all the necessary and characteristic features. Key words: execution of a sentence; stage of criminal procedure; subjects of execution of a sentence; criminal justice; criminal proceedings.

In order to study the influence of organic fertilizers against the background of minerals on the yield and quality of cotton and sorghum, experiments were laid under the conditions of gray-meadow soil of the Shirvan zone. As a result of the studies, it was found that the highest crop was obtained in versions where biohumus and mineral fertilizers were co-introduced. So in these versions, the cotton crop is 12.9 c/ha or 66.1%, and the sorghum crop is 8.5 c/ha or 42.5%, respectively, compared to a control without fertilizers.
