<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This study is entitled Analysis of the Performance Monitoring Function of Contractors on the Implementation of Road Projects at the Public Works and Bina Marga Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Contractor Performance Monitoring Function on the Implementation of Road Projects at the Public Works and Bina Marga Offices of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This study concludes, first the Supervision Function has been implemented well and effectively and has clarity in its implementation and sanctions determined in accordance with the agreement. Secondly, every year there are still projects that are not on time. Third, the Target / Performance of Road Projects in the Busi Marga Public Works Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency can be seen from the 6 performance measurement indicators carried out by the Musi Banyuasin Public Works Department, which are quite good, but the indicators for the availability of facilities and infrastructure for disaster have not been carried out properly because a priority.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords : </em></strong><em>monitoring performance, administration, project implementation and project targets</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini berjudul </em><em>Analisis Fungsi Pengawasan Kinerja Kontraktor Terhadap Pelaksanaan Proyek Jalan Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Bina Marga Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin</em><em> Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  Fungsi Pengawasan Kinerja Kontraktor Terhadap Pelaksanaan Proyek Jalan Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Bina Marga Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Kedua,</em> <em>setiap tahun masih ada proses pengerjaan proyek yang tidak tepat waktu. Ketiga, Target/ Kinerja Proyek Jalan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dilihat dari 6 indikator pengukuran kinerja yang dilaksanakan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, sudah cukup baik, namun indikator ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana kebinamargaan belum dilaksanakan dengan baik disebabkan belum menjadi prioritas.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em> <strong>:</strong> pengawasan kinerja, administrasi, pelaksanaan proyek dan target proyek</em>

This study is to examine the effect of Job Redesign and Job Description on Employee Performance in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Serang Regency. The method used is a quantitative method. The population is 55 employees and the sample is 35 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. To test the model and hypothesis, the SPSS version 25 program was used. Based on the results of this study indicate: Job Redesign partially has no effect on employee performance. Job description partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job redesign and job description simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The main objective of this study is to answer the following questions. Is there a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of liquor by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. The research method used is quantitative method. The data in this study uses PISA 2018 data that has been released to the public and has been permitted to be used for research development purposes. The population of this study were principals in schools where 15-year-old students were studying in 2018, while the sample was principals in schools where 15-year-old students took PISA tests in 80 countries. The reason for choosing the sample was the principal in the school where the student was taking the 2018 PISA test. The data in this study were in the form of a questionnaire that was answered by principals in 80 countries, namely 20811 principals from 80 countries. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, the results show that there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018 (P <0.000). The reliability of the instrument is 1.00 higher than the reliability of the person = 0.04. The conclusion is that statistically there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. These results indicate that the lower the use of alcohol and drugs in students at school, the more successful the school sports team, school drama/music group, and school band/choir group or vice versa.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Road Maintenance Programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Case Study in Pandeglang District). This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are: Interview, observation, documentation. Research location of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Pandeglang Regency and Pandeglang District. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of Road Maintenance programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Pandeglang District Case Study) has been going well because the planned program has been realized in 2017 and adjusted to the given budget to the PUPR Service but not all maintenance can be carried out. 2) Supporting factors, namely the possibility of infrastructure funding that can be obtained not only from the APBD but the assistance from the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the National Budget, assistance from the province and human resources and applicable regulations. The inhibiting factor of the implementation is of course the budget that is lacking but many roads must be handled so that it is not handled quickly, unexpected weather can slow down repairs

The main purpose of this study is to find out  the perceptions about Mathematics that confuse and anxious 2015 TIMSS participants in Australia, Indonesia, and Singapre. The data in this study is the 2015 TIMSS data that has been released to the public and has available  for development purpose research. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this study is students' perceptions of Mathematics subject that confuse and worry students aged 15 years in three countries who are studying in 2015, while the sample is 15-year-old students’ perceptions  in these countries. The data in this study were in the form of questionnaires which were answered by 16599 students from these three countries. Based on the results of the analysis of variance, there is a significant difference (P <0,000) on students' perceptions about mathematics subject that confuse and worry students in these three countries (Sig. 0,000). The reliability of students' abilities is the same, Australia = 0.74, Indonesia = 0.75; and Singpura = 0.75. The conclusion is most students in these three countries stated "disagree a lot" about mathematics make students confuse and worry.

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan cara membuat aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menerapkan metode TOPSIS. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pemilihan pemenang tender proyek tersebut. Dalam penelitian akan membahas masalah yang akan diangkat yaitu membuat dan menghitung variabel pada metode TOPSIS dalam Sistem pendukukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang tender pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu. Waktu dan tempat pengumpulan data dan  penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu yang beralamatkan Jalan Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian waterfall. Dimana metode penelitian waterfall ini Terdiri dari perancangan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, pengkodean program, uji coba program, implementasi sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah metode TOPSIS dapat diterapkan pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan aplikasi visual basic net 2010. Hasil dari penerapan metode ini dalam aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan memperoleh hasil yang akurat sehingga dapat menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Pendukung-Keputusan, Tender.ABSTRACT: This study aims to help determine the winner of a project tender at the Public Works Department by making a Decision Support System application using the TOPSIS method. This application is expected to simplify the process of selecting the winner of the project tender. This research will discuss the problems to be raised, namely creating and calculating variables in the TOPSIS method in the decision support system to determine the winner of the tender at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The time and place for data collection and research were carried out at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office which addressed Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. This study uses the waterfall research method. Where this waterfall research method consists of system design, system analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of this study are the TOPSIS method can be applied to the Decision Support System for selecting project tender winners at the Public Works Office of Bengkulu Province using the visual basic net 2010 application. ABSTRACTThe current national asphalt needs for road infrastructure development reaches 1.6 million tons /year. Pertamina production can only meet about 30%, the rest of 70% imported from Singapore. Meanwhile, the raw material reserves in Buton Island, if extracted can supply the national road needs ± 360 years. In order to increase the utilization of domestic natural potential and wealth and reduce the import of oil asphalt The government requires national road projects to use asbuton pre-blended, but this is not maximally applied in the field. The reason is still more expensive pre-blended asbuton prices that have not been mass produced and the public is usually more confident with branded abroad. Whereas asbuton pre-blended has higher nitrogen compounds and lower paraffin compounds than oil asphalt, so it is possible that asbuton pre-blended has better adhesion. Based on the above problems, we will examine the effect of using asbuton pre-blended and asphalt oil of Pertamina (Ex Shell PEN 60/70) on concrete asphalt pavement layer (AC-BC) to Marshall characteristic value. Marshal tests were performed on 90 specimens using aggregates taken from three locations with different abrasion values. To obtain optimum bitumen content (KAO), binder used asbuton pre-blended and oil asphalt as comparison.The results showed that by using asbuton pre-blended to save the use of asphalt and the value of Marshall Characteristic fulfill the specification of pavement asphalt layer (Bina Marga revision 3, 2010) and Guidelines of Asphalt Mixture Technical Specification with Ministry of Public Works (2013).Key words : Asbuton preblended, shell asphalt, Marshall characteristicABSTRAKKebutuhan aspal nasional saat ini untuk pembangunan infrastruktur jalan mencapai 1,6 juta ton/tahun. Produksi pertamina hanya dapat memenuhi sekitar 30%, sisanya sebanyak 70% diimpor dari Singapura. Sementara itu cadangan bahan baku di Pulau Buton, bila diesktraksi dapat menyuplai kebutuhan jalan nasional ± 360 tahun. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemanfaatan potensi dan kekayaan alam dalam negeri dan mengurangi impor aspal minyak Pemerintah mewajibkan proyek-proyek jalan nasional menggunakan asbuton pracampuran, namun hal ini tidak maksimal diterapkan di lapangan. Penyebabnya adalah masih lebih mahalnya harga asbuton pracampuran yang belum diproduksi secara massal dan masyarakat biasanya lebih percaya dengan branded luar negeri. Padahal asbuton pracampuran memiliki senyawa nitrogen yang lebih tinggi dan senyawa parafin yang lebih rendah dibandingkan aspal minyak, sehingga dimungkinkan asbuton pracampuran mempunyai daya rekat lebih baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan diteliti pengaruh penggunaan asbuton pracampuran dan aspal minyak pertamina (Ex Shell PEN 60/70) pada lapis perkerasan aspal beton (AC-BC) terhadap nilai karakteristik Marshall. Pengujian Marshal dilakukan terhadap 90 benda uji dengan mengggunakan agregat yang diambil dari tiga lokasi dengan nilai abrasi yang berbeda. Untuk mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum (KAO), bahan pengikatyang digunakan asbuton pracampuran dan aspal minyak sebagai pembandingnya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan asbuton pracampuran dapat menghemat penggunaan aspal dan nilai karaktiristik Marshall memenuhi persyaratan Spesifikasi Lapis Perkerasan Aspal (Bina Marga revisi 3, 2010) dan Pedoman Spesifikasi Teknis Campuran Beraspal dengan Asbuton (Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum, 2013).Kata kunci : Asbuton pracampuran, aspal shell, karakteristik Marshall

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research aims to determine the level of difficulty and differentiation of the exam on the middle semester of the subjects of the Physics class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that for the difficulty level was obtained 13 questions (43.33%) Easy, 17 questions (56.66%) Medium and 0 problem (0%) Difficult. The results of the analysis of the differentiator power about 10 questions (33.33%) Received, 16 questions (53.33%) Discarded and 4 questions (13.33%) Fixed. Overall about the middle semester exam of physics subjects in class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa year 2018/2019 is categorized as a good question, because it has the largest percentage of difficulty level in the category of moderate problems, namely as many as 17 questions (56.66%) And the largest percentage of the differentiator's power in the category of questions received 10 questions (33.33%).

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.
