<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Disasters are divided into three factors, namely natural, non-natural and human factors, one of which is a fire disaster resulting in fatalities, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. in this study the objective was to find out what evaluation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in dealing with fire disasters in the city of Palembang.This research uses the CIPP concept (context, input, process, product) developed by stufflebean. Evaluation the context of how to assess needs and provide an overview of the research environment, Evaluation of inputs determines the input of sources to be used, Evaluation of processes to determine the extent to which plans are implemented in the success of the program, the results in the field indicate that it has not been effective in tackling regional disasters due to limited facilities and infrastructure.The finances of the South Sumatra Province Disaster Management Agency are still very minimal or have limited costs so that disaster management has not run optimally. The implementation of education and training programs that must be carried out frequently to increase knowledge, technical capabilities of personnel and produce competent individual officers so that the program objectives of the vision and mission run optimally</em><em>.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords : </strong><em>Evaluation, Disaster, Fire, Regional Disaster Management Agency</em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Bencana terbagi menjadi tiga faktor yaitu alam, nonalam maupun faktor manusia salah satunya bencana kebakaran sehingga menimbulkan korban jiwa, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui evaluasi apa saja Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah dalam menanggulangi bencana kebakaran di Kota Palembang.<strong> </strong>Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep CIPP (context, input, process, product) yang dikembangkan oleh stufflebean. Evaluasi kontek cara menilai kebutuhan serta memberikan gambaran terhadap lingkungan tempat penelitian, Evaluasi input menentukan masukan sumber-sumber yang akan digunakan, Evaluasi proses untuk mengetahui sejauh mana rencana yang diterapkan dalam keberhasilan program,  maka hasil di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa belum efektif dalam menanggulangi bencana daerah dikarenakan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana. Keuangan yang dimiliki Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daaerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan masih sangat minim atau keterbatasan biaya sehingga penanggulangan bencana belum berjalan secara optimal. Pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang harus sering dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan, kemampuan teknis personil dan menghasilkan individu petugas yang kompeten sehingga tujuan program visi dan misi berjalan dengan optimal.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Evaluasi, Bencana, Kebakaran, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah</em>

This study aims to evaluate the coaching program at the Cordova futsal club, which is one of the sports associations that fosters and develops futsal in South Tangerang in particular and in Indonesia in general. In this evaluation, the research uses a survey method using the CIPP model, namely, Context, Input, Process, Product. The results of this study concluded that: the context stage, the Cordova futsal club coaching program was considered very good, the implementation was carried out according to the Vision and Mission. Then the Goals and Strategic Plans are the guidelines and references in the implementation of the coaching program. The input stage, which involves the performance of associations, coaching and training programs, athletes, availability of trainers, infrastructure and sources of funds is rated Very Good, obtained 82.5%. The process stages include the implementation of the coaching program and the effectiveness of the program implementation is considered good, with an average rating of 80.5%. The last stage, namely the product stage that is evaluated, is the achievement of targets in regional, provincial and national events.

Flooding is a threatening problem both in the city and in the countryside. One of the flood-prone cities is Tangerang City. The cause of flooding is overflowing from the Kali and blockage of existing drainage. Various efforts have been made to prevent flood disasters, the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daearah (BPBD) of Tangerang City which is an agency that has the task to assist the disaster, in coordination with the Tangerang City government in order to overcome the problems of frequent floods. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the coordination of Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) in flood prevention in Tangerang City. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the study show that the coordination of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is well underway and in accordance with the managerial hierarchy, rules and procedures, and plans and goal setting.

International conflict and disaster response operations incorporate a diverse, multi-layered series of activities and actors working in the same space, and in contested environments. Differences in organizational culture, language, processes, and behavior can either inhibit or enhance understanding and cooperation. This chapter looks at how the Australian Civil-Military Centre (ACMC) has developed, facilitated, and tested education and training programs, preparedness exercises, and targeted research to enhance understanding and cooperation. These activities provide the foundation for a holistic civil-military-police lessons framework that is being developed. They provide Australian government agencies, military, police, and the aid community with a guide to successfully maintain and contribute their technical expertise and perspectives to respond to conflict and disaster management. Through the continued refinement of training programs, preparedness exercises, and targeted research, this framework looks not only at lessons collection but also at implementation of these lessons in future practice.

Predicting the occurrence of a crisis is indeed difficult, where insensitivity picks up signals from existingsymptoms, causing it to only realize when the crisis situation. If you are not able to handle it will have badconsequences, and even the impact can not be predicted when it ends. Therefore, optimal efforts to reduce risksand uncertainties are carried out during a crisis, so that crisis management is needed to quickly return to normal.Risk conditions are conditions that have an impact on a situation such that it can cause a crisis or even a disaster.Crisis is a situation of very high potential towards disaster in a short span of time. While disasters are events thatthreaten and disrupt life and livelihoods caused by natural factors and / or factors not natural or human factors,causing casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. So, crises and disastersrequire proper management. Accordingly, comparative advantage as a strategy can be a choice for crisis anddisaster management.

Indonesia has a lot of potential natural and non-natural disasters. Non-natural disasterswhich often happened are fire disasters. One of them was market fire. In January 2015 until April 2015,there was an increasing more than 50 on fire in bigger traditional market and 90 smaller traditionalmarket in all over indonesia. The purpose of this research was to describe the marketeer preparednessof fire disaster management of Legi market Blitar city. The research method used descriptive design. Thepopulation in this research was a marketeer Legi Kota Blitar about 584 marketeer and the sample was58 marketeer taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection was conducted by questionnaire.The results showed that the lack of preparedness of marketeer in the fire disaster still less as muchas 60.3% (35 marketeer). It was caused by there was no information of manner about the preparednessof fire disaster, no training, didn’t have the telephone number of fire department, no simple fire extinguishers,could not use a fire APAR or hydrant, and unable to perform first aid to fire victims.Recomendation of BPBD departement necessary gave education and training about fire disaster preparedness,especially in the market so it could decrease the risk of fire disaster in Legi market Blitar city.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pada LKP program otomotif di DIY dalam hal: (1) dukungan lembaga kursus, (2) relevansi tujuan program kursus dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, (3) kesiapan tenaga pendidik, (4) kesiapan peserta didik, (5) kesiapan sarana prasarana, (6) kesiapan dokumen kurikulum, (7) perencanaan materi pembelajaran, (8) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, (9) penggunaan metode pembelajaran, (10) penilaian pembelajaran, dan (11) pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process, product) dari Stufflebeam. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pimpinan lembaga kursus, tenaga pendidik, dan peserta didik pada LKP program otomotif di DIY yang sudah terdaftar dan mempunyai Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 17, dan analisis kualitatif, yaitu dengan mendiskripsikan dan memaknai data tiap-tiap komponen variabel. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dukungan pimpinan lembaga kursus dalam kategori tinggi, (2) relevansi tujuan program dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dalam kategori sangat tinggi, (3) kesiapan tenaga pendidik dalam kategori tinggi, (4) kesiapan peserta didik dalam kategori tinggi, (5) kesiapan sarana prasarana pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (6) kesiapan dokumen kurikulum dalam kategori tinggi, (7) perencanaan materi pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (8) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dalam kategori sedang, (9) penggunaan metode pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (10) penilaian pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, dan (11) pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL) dalam kategori sedang. THE EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCY-BASED CURRICULUM IN COURSE AND TRAINING INSTITUTES FOR AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAMSAbstractThe Evaluation of the Implementation of Competency-Based Curriculum in Course and Training Institutes for Automotive Programs. This study was an evaluation study using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The evaluation model was the CIPP (context, input, process, product) by Stufflebeam. The study population consisted of institutes managers, instructures and students at the course and training institute for automotive programs in YST registered and having Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis techniques with the SPSS 17 program and the qualitative analysis to describe and interpret the data from each variable component. The results of the study show that (1) the institutes’ support is in a high category, (2) the relevance of the courses programe objectives to the participants’ needs is in a very high category, (3) the instructors’ readiness is in a high category; (4) the participants’ readiness is in a high category, (5) the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities, (6) readiness of the curriculum documents is in a high category; (7) the learning material planning is in a high category, (8) the use of learning media is in a medium category, (9) the use of learning methods is in a high category, (10) the learning assessment is in a high category, and (11) the achievement of the graduate competence standards is in a middle category.

Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sulawesi Province is an Instance that is in the scope of the Government of the City of Manado and carry out the policy areas in the field of disaster relief of the region. Fixed assets is the most important part in carrying out its operational activities. Fixed assets are tangible assets that have benefits over period of 12 (twelve) months for use in kegitan Government or utilized by the general public. This research aims to study how the application of fixed assets Accounting on Regional disaster management agency of North Sulawesi province. Data collection methods used are interviews and studies library. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that the application of fixed assets Accounting on Regional disaster management agency of North Sulawesi province have not everything works in accordance with Government accounting standards PP 71-year 2010. For the valuation of fixed assets not yet in compliance with the applicable policy. but for classification, recognition, measurement, termination and deletion, disclosure and shrinkage were in accordance with the applicable policy.Keywords: Accounting, Fixed Assets, PSAP No.7

The purpose of this study is to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the Padang city BPBD in managing temporary evacuation sites. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the strength of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in the City of Padang in managing this temporary evacuation site is to have a legal basis such as a Decree issued by the Padang BPBD Chief of Management in conducting management, law number 24 of 2007 concerning countermeasures disaster and lau number 28 of 2002 concerning building. As for the Weaknesses faced are human resources and the limited budges for managing temporary evacuation sites. Then what becomes an opportunity is that the existence of the legal basis provides an opportunity to collaboration with other organizations in evaluating the management of temporary evacuations sites. Furthermore, the threat faced is the presence of irresponsible people who take electrical equipment arround the temporary evacuations site

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the Padang Disaster Management Agency in coordinating among stakeholders in disaster management in the city of Padang. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview and documentation study. The research was conducted at the Padang Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) office, Padang Social Service office, Padang Search and Relief Agency office, and Padang Red Cross (PMI) Headquarters. The technique of selecting informants that the researchers used was purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the function of coordination carried out by the BPBD of Padang City could be said to be effective. This is because all stakeholders are involved in handling disasters, especially during emergency response. Among the forms of coordination is the involvement of the Rapid Reaction Team (TRC) which plays a role in identifying disaster status so that handling can be quickly carried out. Furthermore BPBD along with relevant stakeholders also coordinated to carry out joint handling in providing assistance to disaster victims.
