Human resources have a very important role in an agency, for that in order for the agency to achieve goals as expected, high employee motivation is needed. Generating a high employee motivation is not easy to implement. Therefore, employees should be given appropriate incentives so that the desired employee motivation can be achieved. The provision of incentives can be done by providing annual bonuses, employee welfare, and promotions. As for the main problem with this research is "does the provision of incentives affect the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) Bandar Lampung?" In line with the main problem, the authors propose the hypothesis "There is a positive influence between the provision of incentives on employee motivation at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) Bandar Lampung". In the research that the author did, the research variable was the provision of incentives as the independent variable (X) while employee motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Furthermore, the proposed sample is 26 employees which is 25% of the total population, namely 105 employees. The type of research in this writing is qualitative and quantitative research with the method used is to collect data by means of surveys or field research. While the data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then to test the hypothesis using qualitative and quantitative analysis which is the type of this writing, with statistical formulas. Quantitative analysis using the product moment formula and obtained: rxy product moment = 0.714. Confused with the level of evenness of the 2 variables being at a high level of closeness, it means that the incentive distribution has a very high relationship with employee performance. To find out the effect of giving incentives on employees' work motivation, using a determinant coefficient with a result of 51%, while other factors 49% were not examined including leadership style, office layout, atmosphere (work climate) of employees. Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

Leadership style is a style used by a leader to lead the organization by using existing resources within the organization to achieve organizational goals. Human resources are one of the resources that exist within the organization that can be utilized leader for the achievement of organizational goals. Employees are human resources that can be utilized by a leader in achieving organizational goals. It is important for a leader to be able to use an appropriate leadership style with the organization, in an effort to improve employee work motivation, which affects the performance of employees who support the achievement of organizational goals. In this study will be discussed about the performance of employees who are influenced by the style of leadership and work motivation. The results showed that employee performance is influenced by the level of work motivation and leadership style. In addition, the appropriate style of leader will affect the level of employee motivation, so it can significantly improve the performance of employees within an organization.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to work motivation, influence of work discipline to work motivation, influence of compensation to work motivation, influence of leadership style to employee performance, influence of work discipline to employee performance, influence of compensation to performance, influence of leadership style, work, compensation through work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this research is employees of Bank Syariah X Branch Batam as many as 160 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22. The result of this research is as follows: Leadership style has significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has significant effect on work motivation, the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect to employee performance, leadership style, work discipline, and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline against Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra.The research design is based on the study environment, the research is included in the field research design category. Researchers focus attention on phenomena in the field so that direct involvement of researchers is limited to observations as cross-information material obtained from the object. The research location was in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, with a total sample of 128 respondents. The analysis technique used: validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results of the analysis state that there is a significant influence on Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline together against employee performance. And partially significant influence of Leadership Style against Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Work Motivation and Discipline partially do not have significant effects against Employee Performance.

Democratic leaders always try to stimulate their members to work cooperatively to achieve common goals. Democratic leadership places humans as the main and most important factor in each group / organization. The aim is To improve employee performance, efforts are needed to arouse employee motivation and other factors that influence it. this study is a quantitative approach is one of the efforts of scientific search (scientific inquiry) which is based on logical positivism philosophy about logic, truth, laws, and predictions (Watson in Danim). The results are the study show that there is an influence of the principal's democratic leadership style on teacher work motivation in the Tapaktuan Superior State Madrasah Aliyah.

The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style,employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, theresearcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable.Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population ofemployees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadershipstyle, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. Meanwhile, workmotivation and organizational culture do not affect the performance of employee.Keywords : Transformational leadership style, work motivation, organizationalculture, and employee performance.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.
