Three fundamental provisions are introduced here, which lay the basis for studying the ontological structures of modern education: 1) education is what remains when everything that has been learned is forgotten; 2) education is achieved through independent work, while what they can teach one in schools and universities only helps to get it; 3) a well-oiled infrastructure of the cognition process is needed, i.e. auxiliary areas and resources for the formation of the structures under consideration. These provisions are investigated in the context of the concept of dynamic limit equilibria and the world coordinate system based on it. Of the four concepts of consciousness singled out by V.A. Lektorsky, the paper used the first two: identifying consciousness with knowledge and considering intentionality (focus on a certain object) as the main sign of consciousness. When re-assembling knowledge, two main trends are possible: 1) purification, which presupposes discarding of all that is superfluous (it can have to do with the degradation of the subject, his or her reorientation to completely new knowledge, or the need to prepare memory for perceiving more knowledge); 2) self-organization of the acquired knowledge, which is at the cutting edge of contemporary research. The latter trend has several important features. From the point of view of dynamic limit equilibria, knowledge tends to close itself into a stable optimal system, pushing everything unnecessary and secondary to the periphery. Moreover, in the process of self-organization knowledge gravitates towards increasingly accurate identifications that clarify the connections between its key elements. Further, the paper dwells on the characteristics of three main components of the classical educational-hermeneutic triangle teacher–text–student and their interaction with each other. In addition, the hermeneutic circles of teaching methodology are analysed: 1) preparation–teaching–perception; 2) course and its parts, course and its context. Cognitive structures and objects of consciousness, as well as catalyzation and self-organization of educational activity are also considered in the paper.

The paper considers various approaches to studying the self-organization of students’ educational activity, the assumption about the interrelation of self-organization of educational activity and time perspective of the individual is made. The importance of self-organization of educational activity in the modern education system of higher education institutions comes to light. Stages of formation of self-organization and possible difficulties which a person can face are sorted out. Results of basic research of the time perspective and self-organization of university students are stated. The interrelation between commitment and alloted time is defined, as well as regularity, emotional coloring of time, structure of time and feeling of time. The received results specify the possible directions of the organization of forms of psychological support of university students having problems with self-organization of time in the educational process.

a modern education system must meet the needs of society. But from the point of view of considering the theoretical side of the issue, the education system that provides educational services is a service provider not only for the end user of the service. In various views of the theory of the question, educational services are considered as services for the state, society and the student. The article considers the main approaches to determining the quality of educational services and the regulatory and legal support of the educational process. The object of the research is the theoretical foundations of the quality of educational services. The subject of the study is the quality of educational services.

The article raises the problem of organizing independent work of students (CPC) of the university in the conditions of implementation of a competent-activity approach. The main components of the development of self-education activity of students-agroengines are characterized. The consistent implementation of the competent-activity approach of pedagogical action is determined, as well as a list of methodological principles of implementation of the model (approaches, principles, conditions), methodical tools with the characteristic of their essence and measure of performance. It has been found that the introduction of a competent-activity approach to the educational process involves deep system transformations of the entire educational process from defining the goal to evaluate the results of education. The competent model, which is represented in the form of an information system that reflects the structure of the educational process, provides adequate control and assessment of learning results. The personal and social significance of a competent approach is determined. It was revealed that the creation of favorable conditions for the successful entry of a young man in modern dynamic life, the development of relations with people and the environment will allow to associate the process of training with the needs of time, will enable self-realization in social processes,During the study, it is generalized that competence and competence approach is a combination of skills, knowledge, skills, ways of thinking, value landmarks and ideological beliefs that allow you to confidently and successfully go out of non-standard life situations. In particular, we have been combined with the unity of such leading provisions: directions to achieve integrated indicators of the preparation of the future specialist; systems of acquiring the main groups of competencies – general (key), professional and professional; dependency of competence systems from the level and degree of higher education, its gradual complication, renewal and enrichment; orientation for socialization and professionalization of personality, constant deepening (improvement) competencies in conditions of continuous education.Key words: competence, self-education, teacher, principles and methods of teaching, pedagogical condi-tions, model.

The article raises the issue of teaching seventh-grade children a systematic course “Geometry”. It is proposed to create reference notes in the form of creolized texts, which are already penetrating into modern education. Their main components are the verbal part (inscription) and the iconic part (figure). This concept and three ways of their formation are revealed: verbal text + image, image + verbal text, verbal text = image. Given the peculiarities of the new generation, in the educational process, we propose to use more the second method of creolized texts formation. This approach to the study of geometry is justified by the need to take into account the peculiarity of the modern generation – clip thinking. The article reveals the concept of “clip thinking”. This concept was introduced in the '90s and means a person's perception of the world around him as a sequence of unrelated phenomena. Such thinking has positive aspects, among which it is important to quickly perceive information, mainly by reading the image-picture. And the negative aspects that negatively affect the ability of the younger generation to learn, analyze, generalize, and find cause-and-effect relationships. These negative aspects need to be overcome in every geometry lesson, teaching children to analyze both when solving problems and when creating reference summaries of theoretical material in the form of creolized texts. In the article, the author gives a schematic summary of all the basic geometric material, which children study in the seventh grade (according to the textbook of O. Ister). It is the creation of such a syllabus in the seventh grade and its continuation in the next grades (and this is a mandatory part of the teaching methodology) that promotes the better mastering by students of a systematic course in geometry. This synopsis will be their guide in preparation for the state final certification in the ninth grade.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

Introduction. The paper addresses the issue of support of the students involved in a fully online retraining program, which imposes special requirements on the development of the self-education ability. The study aims to establish the conditions for organizing the support of self-education in a digital educational environment. Materials and methods. The study relies on the methodology proposed by G.N. Prozumentova for reconstructing the innovative experience to analyze the reflexive text materials of the Logbook of students of the retraining program; to identify the points of stress, misunderstanding, breaks, and transitions during training; and make an analytical generalization. Results of the study. Categories of difficulties encountered by students of the program in their self-educational activity were identified, and the conditions necessary to support self-education were established. These are points of self-determination, professional trials, points of reflection, and individual educational route. Conclusion. In the context of restrictive measures during the pandemic and the transition to the online educational process, self-skills related to self-education, i.e., self-organization, independence, and self-determination, become essential. These competences are an indispensable part of the work of a tutor. However, before the tutor can support someone, they need to build these self skills themselves. The established conditions in the retraining programs will facilitate this process. At the same time, additional studies are required to reveal in more detail the individual progress of a person under these conditions for building a model for supporting the development of self-education ability, and to determine the methods for tutors to provide the support of this progress. Keywords. Self-education, self-determination, individual educational route, professional retraining, tutor, digital environment, self skills.
