Emotional intelligence is an educational concept that has not been widely noticed by educators in the world of education. In general, the world of education is dominated by the concept of intellectual intelligence that includes theory and practice. In relation to Islamic education, emotional intelligence has a significant influence to realize individuals who are knowledgeable and noble in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic teachings. This research aims to examine the contribution of Islamic education in fostering emotional intelligence which includes the concept of emotional intelligence according to the Islamic point of view as well as the strategy and implementation of Islamic education in fostering emotional intelligence. This research uses library research method, which is a research method that is done by studying several media or scientific facilities such as books, scientific papers, journals, and articles to solve a particular problem. The problems studied in this study include how the concept of emotional intelligence according to the Islamic point of view and how the strategy and implementation of Islamic education in fostering emotional intelligence. The results of this study are describing the concept of emotional intelligence according to the Islamic point of view, outlining Islamic education strategies in fostering emotional intelligence and explaining the implementation of Islamic education in fostering emotional intelligence.

AbstractDemocracy about education in which many problems often occur, one of which is a problem that often occurs in the world of education according to the observations of researchers, such as schools, especially teachers often become a reference of many things that are not desired by the community. When children depend on watching television, it is the school that is targeted because it is considered not to provide maximum media education. When brawls often occur, it is the school that is highlighted the most because schools lack instill education in values. When people do not know much about technology, it is also the school that is the focus because of inattention to the times, and there are still many other examples of problems. The purpose of this study is to find out what is a democratic concept in Islam and to explain democratic education according to Islam. The research method used is a grounded theory method that uses data from materials that are a library (library research), where the author reads and studies books or literature relating to the problem under study. The principles of Islamic democracy towards Islamic education are: There is freedom for educators and students, which freedom here includes: freedom of work, freedom to develop potential and freedom of opinion. Similarities with students in Islamic education. Because Islam provides equal opportunities for all students to get an education or study. Respect for the dignity of individuals in Islamic education. Keywords: Democracy; Discussion; Education; Value.    Abstrak Demokrasi mengenai pendidikan yang mana banyak permasalahan yang sering terjadi salah satunya adalah masalah yang sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan menurut hasil pengamatan peneliti, seperti: sekolah terutama guru sering menjadi rujukan dari banyak hal yang tidak diinginkan masyarakat. Ketika anak-anak ketergantungan menonton televisi, sekolahlah yang yang menjadi sasaran karena dianggap tidak memberikan pendidikan media yang maksimal. Ketika sering terjadi tawuran, sekolahlah yang paling disorot karena sekolah kurang menanamkan pendidikan nilai. Ketika masyarakat tidak mengenal jauh teknologi, sekolahlah juga yang menjadi tumpuan karena kurang perhatian terhadap perkembangan zaman, dan masih banyak contoh masalah-masalah yang lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep demokratis dalam Islam dan untuk menjelaskan pendidikan demokratis menurut Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode teori dasar yang menggunakan data dari bahan-bahan yaitu bersifat kepustakaan (library research), dimana penulis membaca dan mempelajari buku-buku atau literatur yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Prinsip demokratis dalam Pendidikan Islam yaitu: Adanya kebebasan bagi pendidik dan peserta didik, yang mana kebebasan di sini meliputi: kebebasan berkarya, kebebasan mengembangkan potensi dan kebebasan berpendapat. Persamaan terhadap peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam. Karena, Islam memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan atau belajar. Penghormatan akan martabat individu dalam pendidikan Islam.  Kata Kunci: Demokrasi; Musyawarh; Pendidikan; Nilai.

This study aims to analyze the sun as the centre of the solar system in the heliocentric theory from the point of view of physics and the Qur'an. The research method used is a qualitative research method with library research (Library Research). The results of this study are proof of the truth that in the Qur'an, there is also a science that explains the heliocentric theory, which states that the sun is the centre of the solar system. Based on the idea of Nicolaus Copernicus in a book entitled De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium, it has been published that the heliocentric theory can overthrow the long-established geocentric theory. The Qur'an was revealed long before the astronomical concept of the earth's motion was put forward and was in line with the heliocentric view. In the Al-Qur'an, there are verses about the world, moon and sun, for example, Yunus: 5, al-Naml: 88, and Yasin: 38-40. The sun as the centre of the solar system is not static but also in motion. This is explained in the Al-Qur'an in Surah Yasin verses 38-40. Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi in Tafsir al-Maraghi emphasized that the heliocentric theory is by the Qur'an and the birth of the heliocentric idea is part of the miracle of al-Qur'an.

Education must have a good and robust foundation, because with this foundation, the direction of the implementation of education is not merely a momentary shock or turmoil. The foundation of knowledge is an essential in the process of advancingeducation. The aim of this study is to find out how is the importance of charactereducation from the Islamic point of view. The data were gained through library research or document research. The result shows the importance of character education from Islamic law insight. The basis of education is a fundamental problem because the primary school will determine the style and content of learning. In the meantime, its relation to Islamic teaching, the basis or foundation of Islamic education, is the foundation that forms the basis or principle to stand tall. Therefore, the basis of Islamic culture must be considered comprehensively in revealing through the next educational steps. Al-Qur'an and Hadith are sources of Islamic law and complete knowledge, covering the whole of human life, both the world and the hereafter. Both become an apparent clue for humans and the pace of their lives at all times.

This article aims to describe and critically analyze the thoughts of Islamic education according to al-Ghazali, especially regarding the objectives, sources, methods, and curriculum and their relevance to the world of Islamic education in the millennial era. This research uses library research method, with character thinking approach. This study found that; First, al-Ghazali's thoughts on Islamic education are (a) the Qur'an and Hadith are the main foundations of education; (b) getting closer to Allah is the main intention of educators, then acting as an example for their students, and being competent in teaching; (c) the students must stay away from immorality, respect teachers and study diligently by exploring the lessons given by the teacher; (d) the curriculum as an educational tool must be adapted to the development of students; (e) students must be kept away from bad associations, because a bad environment will affect the development of the students, especially in the family, school or community environment. Second, al-Ghazali's thought has relevance to Islamic education in this millennial era, when viewed from the compatibility between al-Ghazali's educational theory and things that have been applied in the world of education.

The impact of changing times is so great, such as the 4.0 era as it is today for children, teenagers, and parents, who need to adapt to the current era. And it would be nice for us to provide an overview and understanding to our children in a way that is appropriate for their age in order to be able to grasp what we mean. And we should educate more with tenderness and love, the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are very important because with that we can be closer and easier in providing education. The educational method that we use may be done in realizing a disciplined and independent child's personality which stems from the child's desire to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. This research method is library research with the object of the verses of the Qur'an using several interpretations from the commentators including: Tafsir Jalalain Tafsir Ibn Kathir Tafsir Al-Maraghi to uncover and explore the Position of Parents in the Al-Qur'an, Role Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah, and Implications of the Role of Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah in the 4.0 era. The results of the study show that 1) The view of Islamic education regarding the nature of the child means that the position of the child has two opposing sides. One side of the child is the trust of Allah entrusted to the parents. On the other hand, children are nature for the lives of parents in particular and society and the environment in general. 2) The implications of the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are a necessity, as mufassir views and opinions Salaf scholars have different opinions in interpreting the word fitrah, the majority argue that the meaning of fitrah is Islam. So that it has become a joint obligation for parents to maintain the mandate of Allah SWT in the form of children, which in the 4.0 era children must be monitored and supervised to ensure that the child's behavior (behavior) as a child who was born naturally (good) in origin.

This study aims to explain the economy in Islamic perspective: and its role in increasing human resources and the economic development of Islam. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach, namely explaining and describing the object of research and then analyzing it from the perspective of the Islamic economic system. The results of this study indicate that, First, Islam views the economy as implemented with an attitude towards property ownership, absolute ownership of everything on earth belongs to Allah SWT. Human ownership is only relative, limited to carrying out the mandate of managing and utilizing according to His provisions. The status of assets in Islam is a mandate or deposit (as a truth) from Allah SWT to humans who have the capacity to be His creatures. Meanwhile, from the point of view of monotheism, humans as economic subjects are only limited to trustees. Second, the concept of Islamic economic development demands and makes humans to awaken human nature, namely the birth of a balance between happiness in the world and in the hereafter. This role has implications for the concern for development in Islam itself which emphasizes both physical and metaphysical elements. In addition to physical indicators, Islamic development also pays close attention to moral and spiritual aspects that are not shared by conventional development focus. The concepts of tawhid, khilafah, and 'are inseparable from the foundations of economic development in Islam.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan ekonomi dalam pandangan Islam: serta perannya dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia dan ekonomi pembangunan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitik, yaitu menjelaskan dan menggambarkan objek penelitian kemudian menganalisis dari sudut pandang sistem perekonomian Islam. Teknik analisis yaitu metode analisis isi (content analysis) yang memuat metode induksi, deduksi, dan komparasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama Islam memandang ekonomi diimplementasikan dengan sikap terhadap kepemilikan harta, kepemilikan mutlak terhadap segala sesuatu yang ada di muka bumi, termasuk isinya yaitu harta benda, adalah milik Allah SWT. Kepemilikan manusia hanya bersifat relatif, sebatas untuk melaksanakan amanah mengelola dan memanfaatkan sesuai dengan ketentuan-Nya. Status harta dalam Islam adalah amanah atau titipan (as a truth) dari Allah SWT kepada manusia yang berkapasitas sebagai makhluk-Nya. Sementara itu, dari sudut pandang tauhid, manusia sebagai subjek ekonomi hanya sebatas pemegang amanah (trustee). Kedua, Konsep pembangunan ekonomi Islam menuntut dan menjadikan manusia untuk membangkitkan fitrah manusia yaitu lahirnya keseimbangan antara kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Peran ini berimplikasi terhadap concern pembangunan dalam Islam itu sendiri yang mementingkan baik unsur fisik maupun metafisik. Peran pembangunan Islam selain indikator yang sifatnya jasmani, pembangunan Islam juga sangat memerhatikan aspek moral dan spiritual yang tidak dimiliki oleh fokus pembangunan ala konvensional. Konsep tauhid, khilafah, dan ‘adalah tidak terlepas dari fondasi pembangunan ekonomi dalam Islam.

<p class="abstrak" align="center"><strong><span lang="EN-US">Abstract</span></strong></p><p>This study explains the challenges and solutions to problems that arise related to the presence of a digital based technology world, one of which leads to the world of Islamic education. Islamic religious education must reform and innovate its system. Because if this is not done, then Islamic Religious Education will be left behind, especially in relation to the learning process in the classroom. Currently, the presence of a sophisticated technology based learning model will certainly be a challenge and a separate problem for Islamic Religious Education, especially in the learning process that will be carried out, is Islamic Religious Education able to compete and not be left behind in today's digital era. This issue is certainly quite complicated for all related elements, because situations like this have never happened before. The research method used is Library Research, where the data taken comes from writings and literature that support this research. Preliminary findings show that today PAI must be able to compete and leave conventional ways to reform in accordance with the current situation. Saat ini hadirnya model pembelajaran berbasis tekhnologi yang canggih tentu akan menjadi tantangan dan problematika tersendiri bagi Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan, apakah Pendidikan Agama Islam mampu bersaing dan tidak tertinggal dalam era digital hari ini. Persoalan ini tentu cukup pelik dirasakan oleh semua unsur yang terkait, karena situasi dan keadaan seperti ini belum terjadi sebelumnya. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah Library Research, dimana data yang diambil berasal dari tulisan dan literatur yang mendukung penelitian ini. Hasil temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa hari ini PAI harus mampu bersaing dan meninggalkan cara-cara konvensional menuju pembaharuan yang sesuai dengan keadaan saat ini. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This article discusses the problem of Islamic education from a theological and sociological point of view. The emergence of normative and verbalist Islamic education curriculum distorts the universality of Islam. Islam that is contextual in space and time, always in contact with sociological aspects, should be understood as something that can change its partiality dynamics continuously, even though there is a universal thing that is maintained as a normative belief. On the other hand, the failure of education to produce educational output that is dignified and virtuous has caused some people to distrust the world of education in developing the character and ethics of children. The vote of disbelief is getting stronger with the emergence of the National curriculum model which gives a greater portion of general subjects than religious subjects. This paper is a criticism of the development of the world of education in Indonesia, with the hope that education stakeholders make changes to the education system and the applicable curriculum.
