ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the effect of intrinsic motivation, verbal communication, financial compensation, on individual employee performance. The research took place at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency. The sampling method was nonprobability, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire which was directly submitted to the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency. The number of questionnaires that were processed was 48 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 The results of the t-test research. has an influence on Employee Individual Performance (Y), Based on the results of data processing the Verbal Communication variable has a t-count smaller than t-table (1.024 <1.681) with a probability (0.312) greater than the significant level of 0.05, thus Communication Verbal (X2) partially has no effect on Employee Individual Performance (Y). 0.05, thus Financial Compensation (X3) partially has an effect on Individual Employee Performance (Y). And the f test can be seen that the calculated F value is 5.345 and the f table value is 1.681. The value of F count> F table and the sig value of 0.003 <0.05 (α) so that hypothesis 4 has a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation, Verbal Communication, Financial Compensation, on Kryawan's Individual Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bantul Regency Key words: Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Verbal Communication, Financial Compensation, Against Individual Employee Performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bantul Regency.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Instrinsic Motivation, Training and financial compensation on individual employee performance. The method used was purposive sampling probability sampling with the sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. The sample in this study were 210 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that: Intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on individual employee performance as evidenced by the output where the t-count> t-table. Whereas for training and financial compensation it does not have a significant effect on individual employee performance, this is evidenced by the output where the t-count value is greater than the t-table.Keywords: intrinsic motivation; training; financial compensation

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.

Being universal phenomenon, stress is experienced in everyday human life especially among individuals who work in different industrial set-ups at various levels of jobs. With changing work expectations, competition & environment, increasing workloads and work place politics, stress has become an integral part of employees’ life and affects individual performance. Also, due to an employee’s psychological and physiological reactions to work situation factors directly or indirectly influence the stress to appears, as resultant. Though certain level of work stress instigates the efficiency of work in positive but more stress causes negative impact on individual employee and in turn to organization too. Employees handle such stress without letting it influence their performances but fail to do so with growing work stress beyond certain level. On organization side, it also depends upon type of industry and nature of competition faced by the organization in market. On individual side, this stress impact on performance varies with work experience, demographics and length of service years. In order or assess workplace stress and its influence on individual employee, this study is done on a garment manufacturing organization in India, which is prone to high work stress due to its competitive nature of business.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. This study aims to determine the effect of Situational Leadership and Work Ethics on Employee Performance through Organizational Climate as an Intervening Variable in Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic. The type of data used in this study is divided into two, namely qualitative and quantitative data. The population in this study were all State Civil Apparatus at the Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic, which until 2018 totaled 98 people. A sample of 98 employees based on the population. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. The better the leader applies situational leadership, the better the climate for the organization will be and conducive. Good situational leadership will create a good organizational climate so that it will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. The better the work ethic that is owned by employees, it will support the creation of a good organizational climate. The better the work ethic that is owned by an employee it will lead to a good organizational climate, which has an impact on increasing employee performance.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between communication and the environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the type of research used is Associative, this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the population used is the number staff in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bim City, consisting of employees (PNS = 34 and Honorary K-II = 20 people) with a population of 54 people, the sample in this study were 37 people. With a sampling technique (simple random sampling). The communication variable has a tcount of 1.162 <ttable 2.035 and a significance value of 0.254> 0.05 while the work environment variable has a tcount of 6,019> ttable 2,035 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office while the communication variable has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office.
