The purpose of this study are (1) to know the value added resulting from the processing of coffee beans into ground coffee aroma. (2) to analyze what the marketing mix strategy that prioritized to increase the sales volume of ground coffee. (3) to know what the alternative marketing strategy that right of any marketing mix. The method used is the value-added method Hayami and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the value added obtained in this process for regular packaging amounted to 8.065 with value added ratio of 26,52%, while the value added to the plastic foil ratio amounted to 10.035 with an added value of 27,50 %. On this criterion that the first priority is the financial condition of the company with its weight amounted to 0.334 while the subcriteria most priority is the product strategy with a weight of 0.345. Capital is a priority of the most preferred in stretegi products with a weight of 0.667. then became a priority to the alternative product is mendeversifikasikan size product with a weight of 0.262.

The article deals with the questions of formation of monitoring key indicators of enterprise financial and economic activity mechanism. Emphasized that the provision of adequate conditions for sustainable development and preservation of financial stability of domestic enterprises in today's economic realities require continuous monitoring of the main indicators of their activity, including the estimation of the financial condition of the company and its investment attractiveness. Analyzed one of the major domestic problems of the Ukrainian economy as the underfunding of the real sector of the economy is the result of the processes of financialization and globalization of world capital. It is proved that for today there is a necessity of formation of the mechanism of monitoring of key indicators of financial and economic activities of enterprises, the results of which can be applied for development of strategy of development of separate entity. The results of the analysis of the dynamics of direct investments into the economy of Sumy region showed a general decrease in volume and a minor volume of investments in the industry compared to other industries. The results of the study identified the key 2 indicator - investment attractiveness of the enterprise and the dynamics of added value and establishing acceptable for a specific enterprise corridor variations AV. Monitoring of such deviations in the dynamics will allow us to have adequate information to identify trends for future development of the enterprise. The article presents the method of calculation of added value based on the financial statements, which is one of the key indicators in predicting trends in the development of the enterprise. Research with the title: "Control Analysis of Raw Material Availability and Value Added Coffee in Agroindustry" Mahkota "in Ogan Komering Ulu District". This research has the aim of knowing the optimal control of dry bean coffee raw material supplies in the "crown" agro-industry in Ogan Komering Ulu District, and to find out how much value-added from dry bean coffee to ground coffee in "crown" agro-industry in Ogan Komering Ulu District. This study uses a simple random sampling method. The sample used 1 agroindustry of MSME Ground coffee with a total sample of 17 people, 2 main respondents were business owners and 15 workers. With the data analysis method using the added value of the Hayami Method. Research yields were the order level of dry bean coffee raw materials in the Mahkota Coffee Powder Agroindustry is not economical. The raw material requirement for dry bean coffee is 100 kgs per order, while the number of economic orders using the EOQ method is 90.3 kgs and the reorder rate of dry bean coffee raw materials in the Mahkota Coffee Powder Agroindustry is efficient because the ROP value is smaller than the EOQ value Ground coffee products in the crown powder Agroindustry provide positive added value. Processing of dry coffee beans into ground coffee provides an added value of Rp20,900 with a value-added ratio of 45.04%

 Robusta coffee is one of the largest plantation crops in Lebong. To increase the economic value of coffee is to do further processing into products that can be consumed directly. Processing can increase the value-added products, increase the shelf life, and increase profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the income and value-added business processing rice coffee into the ground coffee in the coffee business in the district Rice Powder Cap North Labong Lebong. Operating revenues rice processing coffee into the ground coffee in the coffee business Cap Rice Rp. 4,266,080.18 in one production process. The potential of Java Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee in the Bondowoso Regency, East Java needs to be increased by developing the downstream agroindustry. This study aims to determine the location of the downstream coffee agroindustry development area and its potential products, determine the added value of downstream coffee products, analyze its financial feasibility, and formulate a development strategy. Research methods used in this study include factor weighting, exponential comparison method, interpretive structural modeling, Hayami method, and financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that the development of the Java Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee agroindustry was prioritized in Sumberwringin District as a development center. Downstream coffee products that have the potential to be developed are ground coffee. The added value generated from the processing of ground coffee is IDR 9,320/kg, with a value-added ratio of 48.09%. The results of the financial feasibility analysis show that the downstream coffee agroindustry is financially feasible to be developed by business actors. The downstream agroindustry development strategy formulation for Java Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee refers to the key development sub-elements, i.e. increasing market area, monitoring product quality, and involving stakeholders in its implementation.

AbstrakIkan peperek merupakan salah satu jenis ikan demersal yang biasa hidup di dasar perairan. Data statistik perikanan tangkap tahun 2015 menunjukkan ikan peperek berkontribusi besar dengan urutan kelima dari 33 jenis ikan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah yang diberikan dari pengolahan ikan peperek crispy. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode value engineering dengan pencarian atlernatif dari beberapa tahap informasi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisis, tahap pengembangan dan tahap rekomendasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis metode value engineering untuk produk ikan peperek crispy yaitu terdapat lima alternatif meliputi: Alternatif 1 dengan rasa balado, kemasan plastik PP, ukuran ikan sedang dan berat bersih 100–125 gram. Alternatif 2 dengan rasa original, kemasan plastik PP, ukuran ikan sedang dan berat bersih 100–125 gram. Alternatif 3 dengan rasa manis, kemasan plastik PP, ukuran ikan sedang dan berat bersih 100–125 gram. Alternatif 4 dengan rasa balado, kemasan plastik PP, ukuran ikan sedang dan berat bersih 125–150 gram dan Alternatif 5 dengan rasa balado, kemasan toples, ukuran ikan sedang dan berat bersih 100–125 gram. Desain alternatif terpilih dengan menggunakan metode value engineering yaitu alternatif ke 2. Nilai tambah produk ikan peperek crispy adalah Rp. 3.732 per kemasan dengan tingkat keuntungan sebesar 37,32% per kemasan dengan berat 100–125 gram. Abstract Peperek fish is one of the demersal fish species that usually lives in the bottom of the waters, which contributes greatly to the fifth order of 33 other fish species. This study aims to determine the added value provided by the processing of peperek fish crispy. Value engineering method was used to determine alternative method of processing. Several stages were employed namely creative, analysis, development, and recommendation phase. The results obtained from the analysis of value engineering methods for crispy peperek fish products were five alternatives: Alternative 1 was fish crispy with balado flavor, PP plastic packaging, medium fish size and net weight 100-125 gram. Alternative 2 was fish crispy with original taste, PP plastic packaging, medium fish size and net weight 100-125 gram. Alternative 3 was fish crispy with sweet taste, PP plastic packaging, medium fish size and net weight 100 - 125 gram. Alternative 4 was fish crispy with balado flavor, PP plastic packaging, medium fish size and net weight 125-150 gram and Alternative 5 was fish crispy with balado flavor, jar packaging, medium fish size and net weight 100-125 gram. The chosen alternative by value engineering method was the 2nd alternative. The added value of crispy peperek fish in this alternative product was Rp. 3,732 per pack with a profit rate of 37.32% per package weighing 100-125 gram.

ABSTRACTState-Owned Enterprise is a state-owned company. Weak control and control that causes a decline in the performance of state-owned companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance using financial ratio analysis and EVA concepts. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach, because it only describes the company's financial condition through quantitative calculations of some financial ratios and EVA concepts. The object of this research is PT Pertamina which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Performance of PT. Pertamina has a very poor performance, because the liquidity ratio has not reached maximum results. The solvency ratio must improve DTAR derived from loans or debt. Activity ratio is only inventory turnover which shows quite good, profitability ratios increase sales so that the resulting profit increases. The results of the analysis of financial performance using EVA, that the financial performance of PT. Pertamina experienced a decline in 2012 and 2013, then experienced an increase in 2014. It shows that the company's financial performance using EVA is considered not good, because it has not managed to achieve a positive value (EVA> 0) in 2012 and 2013. But in 2014, EVA is considered quite good, because it has managed to achieve a positive value (EVA> 0), so it can be concluded that the company is only able to produce economic added value in 2014. This means that in 2014 the company can meet the level of returns expected by investors, both creditors or shareholders. Keywords: Financial Performance. Financial Ratios, EVA

Business Process Analysis can be used to eliminate or reduce a waste cost caused by non value added activities that exist in a process. This research aims at evaluating activities carried out in the natural material procurement process in the PT XYZ, calculating the effectiveness of the process cycle, finding a way to improve the process management, and calculating the cost reduction that can achieved by activity management. A case study was the approach of this research. The researcher obtained research data throughout deep interviews with the staff who directly involved in the process, observation, and documentation of natural material procurement. The result of this study show that the effectiveness of the process cycle of natural material procurement in the factory reached as much as 87,1% for the sand material and 72% for the crushed stone. This indicates that the process still carry activities with no added value and still contain ineffective costs. Through the Business Process Mechanism, these non value added activities can be managed so that the process cycle becomes more efficient and cost effectiveness is achieved. The result of the effective cycle calculation after the management activities implementation is 100%. This means that the cost of natural material procurement process has become effective. The result of calculation of the estimated cost reduction as a result of management activity is as much as Rp249.026.635,90 per year.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. This study aims to compare financial performance through profitability generated by two market participants in the witness transportation service industry in Jakarta, namely PT. BB compared to PT. ETU, this assessment is measured not limited to the profit generated but more than that by measuring financial added value through the concept of Eonomic Value Added produced by the two companies. The population in this study were all taxi transportation service companies in Jakarta. The sampling method selected two taxi companies that have the largest market share in DKI Jakarta, namely BB Taxi and ETU Taxi. The test analysis used in this study is ratio analysis through profit calculation and economic added value from the annual income statement. This study shows that there are (a) determination of the ratio of profit levels, (b) Determination of the comparison of economic value added of the two companies.
