This study aims to determine how much influence the marketing environment has on the business income of the salak agrina parsalakan processing industry center. This research uses a quantitative design, quantitative research is research that involves measuring the level of a certain feature. Quantitative research includes every type of research based on calculations, percentages, averages, and other calculations. In other words, this research uses numerical or quantity calculations.The marketing environment consists of actors and forces outside of marketing that influence the ability of marketing management to build and maintain successful relationships with target customers. Income arising from the sale of merchandise, products or services within a certain period in the framework of activities for or which are the main objectives of the company which are directly related to the main business (operations) of the company concerned. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing environment on income at the industrial processing center of Salak Agrina Parsalakan. The sample in this study were 20 customers of the Salak Agrina Parsalakan Processing Industry Center. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Testing the results of the analysis partially obtained a positive and significant value as indicated by the t test where the t value is 2.973, while the value of the t table is 1.734 so the t value is greater than the t table or 2.973> 1.734 using a significant level of 5% and df (degree of freedom) = n - 2, namely 20-2 = 18. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the marketing environment will affect income, which shows a positive and significant value, the coefficient of determination is 32.9%. while the rest is influenced by factors not examined by the authors of 67.1%. 973> 1,734 using a significant level of 5% and df (degree of freedom) = n - 2, namely 20-2 = 18. This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

This reasearch is conducted on MMSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MMSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academicians and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MMSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MMSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MMSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MMSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MMSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

This research was conducted at the Culinary Hawkers that located on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung. This study examines the Entrepreneurial behaviour which resulted in increased sales volumes. Almost all Culinary Hawkers on Highway Sukapura doesn’t yet have the entrepreneurial behavior in accordance with the characteristics - traits mentioned by Suryana, Confident, Own initiative, Have achievement motive, Having leadership, and Dare to take risks with the full calculation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial behavior to the merchant's sales volume culinary pavement on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung.Researchers used quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 63 Merchants Culinary Street on Highway Sukapura. Samples are 63 street vendors in JalanSukapura. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis.The results showed that entrepreneurial behavior affect the sales volume of culinary street traders in Highway Sukapura. Based on the calculation coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the effect of entrepreneurial behavior variables (X) on sales volume (Y) is approximately 94%. While the remaining 6% are influenced by other factors such as competence, performance, and motivation.

PThis study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government Case Study in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods, and the data sources use primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using statistical t-test and coefficient of determination test (ajusted R-Square). The results showed that the internal control system had a positive effect on the performance of local governments with a determinant value of 48.7%. The result of this study contribute to the government to establish and implement a more effectives Internal Constrol Systems (ICS).

<p>Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the icons of the Bogor City. Bogor Botanical Garden is a tourist site that has a forest concept but is located in the center of Bogor City so that access to Bogor Botanical Garden is easily accessible. Bogor Botanical Gardens is located in Ir. H. Juanda number 13, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Motivation Driving Factor on the Decision to Visit in Bogor Botanical Garden.</p><p>This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Many of the samples studied were 100 respondents who had visited Bogor Botanical Gardens.</p><p>Based on the results of the study it was concluded that from the results of the hypothesis test (T-Test) conducted by the researcher produced a tcount of 10.463&gt; Ttable 1.98447. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Motivating Factors for Visiting Decisions. The influence of motivating factors on the decision to visit Bogor Botanical Gardens with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.726 because it is between 0.600-0.799. The coefficient of determination or the percentage of influence of the Factors Driving Tourist Motivation (X) Decision to Visit (Y) is 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p>

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

The article analyzes the approaches to the interpretation of the concept of differentiation. The own interpretation of the concept of differentiation of development of branches as process of development of the enterprises on indicators of efficiency of use of actives, own capital, labor resources, efficiency of manufacture and possibility of creation of new kinds of production is offered. The components of the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex of Vinnytsia region are studied and the main ones are determined. The main factors influencing the development of differentiation of enterprises of the processing industry of the agricultural sector are analyzed. The analysis on the basic financial indicators of activity of the processing enterprises of agrarian sector of Vinnytsia region depending on the size of the organizations is carried out. Prospects for the privatization of distilleries in Ukraine are highlighted. The possibility of product differentiation at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex processing with orientation on creation of new productions is substantiated. The low level of management of distilleries was confirmed and the prospects of privatization of these organizations in accordance with the current legislation were outlined. It is determined that the main promising area of sectoral differentiation of the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex is the formation of sugar, meat processing, agricultural and alcohol industries on the basis of raw materials - production of biofuels (biogas, bioethanol). These studies show that the developed areas of differentiation of processing enterprises will avoid the practice of concealing profits at enterprises, increase revenues to the state budget from the alcohol industry; achieve growth in foreign investment. Improving the management of enterprises in the agro-industrial processing industry will contribute to the growth of the gross regional product and the profitability of production in the processing sectors of the agricultural sector. This will increase the energy independence of the region, reduce energy costs of distilleries, improve the environmental condition of water resources in the region, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provide the livestock industry with protein feed.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of licensing service quality on community satisfaction in the Bogor Regency DPMPTSP. This research uses quantitative research method. Data collection in Bogor Regency uses observation and questionnaire. Data processing technique using Likert scale, while the technique of data analysis using test Validity, Reliability, Normality, Linearity, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and test of correlation coefficient significance or T test. The results are: (a) The results of simple correlation coefficient test between the quality of service quality (X) and the satisfaction of society (Y) is 0.756 is strong, if it is concluded that there is strong correlation between variable (X) and variable (Y). (b) variable of service quality (X) give influence to variable satisfaction (Y) equal to 57,1% while the rest that is equal to 42,9% influenced by other factor not examined. (c) the result of t arithmetic is 10,633, while t table is 1,663 so that 10,633 > 1,663 so that service quality of permit in DPMPTSP Bogor Regency has significant influence to the satisfaction of society.Keyword: Service Quality, Public Service, Investment Service and One Stop Service.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perizinan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan teknik observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, liniearitas, analisis regresi liniear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi atau uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (a) Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sederhana antara variabel kualiatas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan masyarakt (Y) bernilai 0,756 artinya kuat, jika disimpulkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y). (b) variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan (Y) sebesar 57,1% sedangakan sisanya yaitu sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. (c) hasil t hitung yang didapatkan adalah 10,633, sedangkan t tabel adalah 1,663 sehingga 10,633 >1,663 sehingga kualitas pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelayanan Publik, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP)
