Abstrak                                                              Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji promosi ramah lingkungan (green promotion) dan harga dari produk ramah lingkungan terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta meneliti keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel yang memediasi promosi dan harga produk ramah lingkungan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah total 135 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa green promotion yang berwawasan lingkungan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga premium berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Keputusan pembelian memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan. Keputusan pembelian terbukti sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh promosi dan harga dari produk ramah lingkungan terhadap kepuasan pembelianKata kunci : green promotion, green price, kepuasan konsumen, keputusan pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to examine the promotion of environmentally friendly (green promotion) and the price of environmentally friendly products on consumer satisfaction and examine purchasing decisions as a variable that mediates promotions and prices of environmentally friendly products on consumer satisfaction. Green repurchase intention is the tendency of consumers to repurchase the same environmentally friendly products in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green perceived value, customer satisfaction, and green trust on the green repurchase intention. This research was conducted on Tupperware product customers in Denpasar. The sample used was 100 respondents, with purposive sampling method. Path  analysis and sobel test were used. Based on the results of the analysis that green perceived value, customer satisfaction, and green trust have significant positive effect on green repurchase intention directly which the higher green perceived value, consumer satisfaction and green trust will increase green repurchase value on the product. Green perceived value and consumer satisfaction can indirectly affect green repurchase intention through green trust, means that the effect of green trust will be greater if followed by an increase in green perceived value and customer satisfaction. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of lifestyle on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were 500 respondents from Dumai City who bought and used a Kawasaki D-Tracker 150 motorcycle, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method uses the Probability Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for elements of the population to be selected as sample members. In this study the authors set a sample of the criteria of respondents, namely age 17 years and above. Samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula. The results in this study that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction through Decisions

The purpose of this research to analyze The effect of price and product quality black pepper coffee on purchasing decisions and impact on customer satisfaction The sampling method in this research was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents.. Instrument testing and data analysis, namely path analysis with the LISREL 8.80 application program. The results showed that the price and product quality had a positive effect on the purchasing decision Black pepper coffee at Bang Azis Coffee Shop. Price, Product Quality and Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Increased cultural intention to buy the community along with increasing loyalty to a product brand. This paper aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and customer satisfaction on Nevada brand loyalty products in Denpasar City. The study was conducted in Denpasar with sample size of 140 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis found that brand equity has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Suggestions that can be recommended for manufacturers of Nevada brand products should consider the position of a brand in accordance with consumer views such as maintaining product quality, product prices so as to increase consumer loyalty. Nevada must maintain the quality of service provided so far to consumers, because the quality of service as a key that determines customer satisfaction so as to increase customer loyalty to buy products Nevada in Denpasar.   Keywords: brand equity, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and word of mouth on consumer satisfaction and its impulse on the decision of purchasing a Xiaomi smartphone at. Data collection using questioners. The sample consisted of 160 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. The results of this test indicate that  price has a negative and not significant effect on customer satisfaction,  product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price has a negative and not significant effect on the purchase decision, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,  word of mouth has a negative and not significant effect on purchasing decisions,  customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable or one that has the most influence is consumer satisfaction and product quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as a mediator using Indrakila Cheese products. To determine the effect of brand image, product quality and customer satisfaction on costumer loyalty using Indrakila Cheese products. To find out whether costumer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand image and product quality on costumer loyalty using Indrakila Cheese products. The population in this study were all costumers who use Indrakila Cheese products. The sample is determined by the Purposive Sampling method. Sampling with Slovin formula obtained 110 respondents. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using linear regression. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be known brand image has a positive effect on costumer satisfaction of Indrakila Cheese products. Product quality has a positive effect on costumer satisfaction of Indrakila Cheese products. Brand image has a positive effect on costumerr loyalty of Indrakila Cheese products. Product quality has a positive effect on costumer loyalty of Indrakila Cheese products. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on costumer loyalty of Indrakila Cheese products. Brand image has a positive effect on costumer loyalty mediated by costumer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive effect on costumer loyalty mediated by costumer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of reputation, competence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were students of private tertiary institutions in Central Java who are members of Services for Higher Education Institutions Region VI, while a sample of 5 private universities, using the purposive sampling method, was taken with the Slovin formula of 190 respondents. The analysis technique uses regression analysis. Research results show the customer satisfaction variable can be an intervening variable or able to mediate between the direct influence of the reputation variable and the competency variable on customer loyalty variables.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the effect of expectations and benefits on motivation partially and simultaneously. Analyze the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions. Analyzing the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions through intervening variables.This research is quantitative. Data collection method is to use primary data through a questionnaire to the people of Situ Udik Village with a sample size of 96 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study in regression 1 showed that partialy and simultaneously the expectation variable had a real positive effect on people's motivation. The model regression test shows that the expectation variable has no effect on motivation. Simultaneously shows the expectation and profit variables have a significant positive effect on motivation. The influence of expectations on decisions proves that there is no direct influence on decisions. Analysis of the effect of profits on decisions proves that there is a significant influence on decisions. In the analysis of the influence of expectations on decisions through motivation shows there is a significant effect, on the profit variable, there is an influence on decisions through motivation as a connecting variable.

Analyzing and investigating factors affecting trust and satisfaction creation and providing condition for creating these factors by online stores help them to perceive customers’ needs and lead to increasing loyalty level, intention for repurchasing and improving profitability level. Therefore, this paper investigates influence of trust on repurchasing by mediating role of customer satisfaction. Population of this paper were customers of online stores which have 2-star electronic trust symbol on the base of E-trade development center (Note 1) ranking and had shopping more than once. Data were gathered from 267 samples of customers by availability method and questionnaire tool and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha with 82%. Considering analyzing data by SEM on LIZERAL software, findings show that trust has positive and significant influence on repurchasing and indirect influence of trust on repurchasing by mediating role of customers satisfaction is more than its direct influence which confirms mediating role of customers’ satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction. This study uses an explanatory analysis approach, meaning that each variable presented in the hypothesis will be observed by testing the causal relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The population in this study were customers of PT. Nureka Bintang Abadi. While the sample used includes 60 company customers who make purchases. The results showed that emotional marketing had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Marketing strategy has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Emotional marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on direct purchasing decisions is smaller than through customer satisfaction. In this case, it can be said that customer satisfaction is an intervening variable.
