The management of writing a scientific papers we already know has important chapters in the writing. And have a way of choosing in a variety of methods. There are problems in this study, namely the absence of the use of research methods in scientific-rich management. Then one of them is needed by multivariate data analysis management to become one of the methods in writing scientific papers. Multivariate data is data collected from two or more observations by measuring these observations with several characteristics. There are 2 (two) methods in multivariate data, namely dependency and interdependence methods. Dependency analysis functions to explain or predict dependent variables by using two or more independent variables. Focused on the dependency method there are 9 (nine) classifications. It is expected that the multivariate data analysis management can help writers to use scientific research methods well and be able to analyze the influence of several variables on other variables at the same time

206 women and 88 men enrolled in classes requiring different amounts of physical activity were administered the Personal Incentives for Exercise Questionnaire A two-way multivariate analysis of variance, with course type and gender as the categorical independent variables and 10 subscale scores representing incentives to exercise as the multivariate dependent variables, was completed. Canonical discriminant analysis was used to identify which of the incentives is most useful in discriminating among participants in active and less active classes or between men and women. For main effects, analysis indicated an over-all significant difference for both course type and gender. Men scored higher than women on activity and on competition, for example, while women scored higher on appearance and weight management.

Dari hasil tests of between subjects effects, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tipe kapal dan kargo yang diangkut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan kapal yang ditunjukkan pada nilai F dengan signifikansi 0,001, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap susut muatan, sebagaimana ditunjukkan pada nilai F dengan signifikansi 0,997.ABSTRACT : Pertamina as a state-owned enterprise was trusted to transport product oil and crude oil to all corners of Indonesia by operating oil tankers according to type and cargo transported. Tankers’ performance were important to know due to efficiency in shipping cost. Results of this study showed that the fastest speed performance (13.2940 knots) was shown by the type of vessel GP, while the slowest performance (10.5233 knots) was indicated by the type of vessel MR, both of them carried crude oil. While the best performance of transportation loss was demonstrated by the type of vessel MR with cargo crude oil that was 0.02683%, and the worst was indicated by the type of vessel GP with cargo intermediate that was 0.05669%. MANOVA was used to analyse influences independent variables the type of vessel and the cargo transported on the dependent variables the performance of speed and transportation loss. The result expressed that F value of Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root was significant, smaller than 0.01. It was meant that there was a significant difference to the performance of the speed and the transportation lossses according to the type of vessel and the cargo transported. Hence, the results of the tests of between subjects effects indicated that the type of vessel and the cargo transported significantly effected on the speed as indicated by the F value with significance value 0.001, but no significant effect on the transportation loss, as indicated on the F value with significance value 0.997.

Study Aims: to analyze the significant relationship contribution of Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI) in the socioeconomic development of São Paulo municipalities in the period from 2010 to 2014. Methodology: quantitative approach, of an explanatory nature, with documentary research on data from 637 municipalities in the state of São Paulo. Based on the studies by Silva & Porto Júnior (2006) and Caldarelli & Perdigão (2018), the Gross Domestic Product (Municipal GDP) and the Firjan Municipal Development Index (IFDM) were defined as dependent variables and the total of Existing MEIs per municipality. Main results: there were evidenced positive and significant coefficients of MEI´s in 24 municipalities in São Paulo with low and medium socioeconomic growth, in 2014. Methodological contributions: use of the Quantile Regression technique, more appropriate to estimate independent variables categorized by high variability, as demonstrated in the studies by Hao & Naiman (1949), Santos (2012), Das, Krzywinski & Altman (2019) and Koenker & Hallock (2001). Relevance and originality: the study expands, in part, the understanding of previous studies on the different relationships pointed out between the MEI, the GDP and the IDFM of municipalities in different categories of municipal socioeconomic development. Contributions to management: public managers, from both small and medium or large cities, based on differentiated actions consistent with each context, have a policy of fostering and supporting the creation of micro and small businesses with one of the effective ways to enhance and impact socioeconomic development.

Traffic accidents are emerging as a serious social problem in modern society but if the severity of an accident is quickly grasped, countermeasures can be organized efficiently. To solve this problem, the method proposed in this paper derives the MDG (Mean Decrease Gini) coefficient between variables to assess the severity of traffic accidents. Single models are designed to use coefficient, independent variables to determine and predict accident severity. The generated single models are fused using a weighted-voting-based bagging method ensemble to consider various characteristics and avoid overfitting. The variables used for predicting accidents are classified as dependent or independent and the variables that affect the severity of traffic accidents are predicted using the characteristics of causal relationships. Independent variables are classified as categorical and numerical variables. For this reason, a problem arises when the variation among dependent variables is imbalanced. Therefore, a harmonic average is applied to the weights to maintain the variables’ balance and determine the average rate of change. Through this, it is possible to establish objective criteria for determining the severity of traffic accidents, thereby improving reliability.
