This research is quantitative research with the design of research hypothesis testing studies aimed at analyzing, describing, and obtaining empirical evidence of a pattern of relations between two or more variables, both correlational (correlation), causality and comparatively (comparative). This research aims to seek direct influence and indirect influence between mental health, active organization and academic achievement of students (independent variables) with the level of understanding of religious moderation (variable dependent). Samples in the study of 86 people. The method of collecting data used for mental health variables is to use a validated mental efficiency test from an official institution/hospital/a credible psychologist. While the learning achievement variables are taken from the student learning documentation. The active variables of the organization and the level of understanding of religious moderation are the poll methods. The poll used is a closed poll that has provided the answer. Test the significance of the influence of variables independent of the dependent variables simultaneously using the F test and partially using the T test.

Abstract Considering the significant growth of artificially built attractions in Thailand, the objective of this research is to study architectural design and perceived value toward revisit intention in artificially built attractions. The designs of these attractions are derived from foreign countries that would not be suitable for the Thai environment. Nevertheless, this could be considered through the perspective of marketing growth, which depicts artificially built attractions receiving good response from visitors. Therefore, it was essential to analyze customers’ attitude toward their travel and revisit intention to artificially built attractions. The research uses the quantitative method with 342 participants who visited the artificially built attractions. The result indicates that emotional, functional, and social values influence the revisit intention. Furthermore, the architectural design had a positive influence on emotional and social values. Though architectural design had no direct influence on revisit intention, it had indirect influence via emotional and social values. By analyzing the independent and dependent variables, it was indicated that, although all independent variables affect dependent variables, the scores of each of these factors were not high. Therefore, it can be concluded that artificially built attractions still have space for improvement in terms of perceived value in order to foster revisit intention.

This paper deals with The Effect of Stress Control and Expectation on Satisfaction with Teacher Colleagues in MTsN (Islamic Junior High School) Stabat, Langkat Regency, Indonesia. The conditions that are not conducive where among the teachers there are still those who do not agree to carry out work on the decisions that have been determined are always pros and cons. This research is quantitative research, a type of correlation research using descriptive and inferential approaches and by classifying independent variables and dependent variables. The result shows that there is a moderate tendency in stress control variables, expectation variables and satisfaction variables with teacher colleagues tend to be less. In other words, stress control and expectation together can increase satisfaction with teacher colleagues.

The CH4 conversion, CO2 conversion, and H2/CO ratio were set as dependent variables, as the feed rate, flow rate and reaction temperature as independent variables in the complex reaction of methane. We used the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) technique to build a model of the process. The ANN technique was able to predict the reforming process with higher accuracy due to the training capability. The reaction temperature has the greatest effect on the CO2–CH4 reforming reaction. This is because the catalytic reaction temperature has a direct influence on the thermodynamic value and the reaction rate and the equilibrium state.

The problem in this study is whether the commitment of all organizational components, improving the administration system, sufficient resources, rewards and sanctions have a simultaneous and partial effect on the preparation of Performance-based Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Aceh Singkil Regency. Respondents in this study were 92 people from 46 SKPD who were the sum of all heads and sub-districts of Sub-Province of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) program in the Aceh Singkil district. This study was a quantitative research with multiple regression analysis with non-dependent variables. performance-based budget (Y) and the independent variables are: Organizational commitment (X1), system improvement (X2), sufficient resources (X3), reward (X4), and punishment (X5)From the results of the study, it can be explained that overall (simultaneous) commitment variables from all organizational components, improving the administration system, sufficient resources, awards and sanctions have an effect on the preparation of Performance-based Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Aceh Singkil Regency. Partially the commitment variable from the organizational component has a negative effect and does not significantly influence the preparation of Performance-based Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Aceh Singkil Regency, while other variables that improve the administration system, sufficient resources, rewards and sanctions have a positive and significant effect on the preparation of the Budget Regional Income and Expenditures based on Performance in Aceh Singkil District.
