This research aims to describe the value of patriotism in the novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar.  This research is qualitative descriptive. The data in this research are sentences containing the value of patriotism in the novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar. The data source is the novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar.  Data collection techniques used literature review and reading-note techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses flow analysis technique which include three components, such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.  The results showed that there was a value of patriotism in the novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar.  The value of patriotism for loving the homeland is 8 data, willing to sacrifice is 23 data, emphasizes unity, integrity and safety of the nation above personal interest is 7 data, patriotism with a reformer spirit is 10 data, and never giving up is 22 data.  The most value of patriotism in the novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar is willing to sacrifice totaling 23 data.  The least value of patriotism is emphasizes unity, integrity and safety of the nation, which also amounts to 7 data in the novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman by Ayi Jufridar. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai patriotisme novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini ialah kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung nilai patriotisme dalam novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar. Sedangkan sumber datanya ialah novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik kepustakaan dan teknik baca-catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis mengalir yang meliputi tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai patriotisme dalam novel 693 KM Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar. Nilai patriotisme cinta tanah air berjumlah 8 data, rela berkorban 23 data, mementingkan persatuan dan kesatuan serta keselamatan bangsa di atas kepentingan pribadi berjumlah 7 data, nilai patriotisme berjiwa pembaharu 10 data, serta nilai pantang menyerah berjumlah 22 data. Nilai patriotisme yang dominan dalam novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar adalah nilai patriotisme rela berkorban berjumlah 23 data. Sedangkan nilai patriotisme yang minim adalah nilai patriotisme mementingkan persatuan dan kesatuan serta keselamatan bangsa juga berjumlah 7 data dalam  novel 693 Km Jejak Gerilya Sudirman karya Ayi Jufridar. This study aims to describe the use of language style in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Sublime Budi". This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive. The method used is content analysis. The source of the data is a document in the form of the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi". The data collection technique was carried out by listening and recording techniques, because the data source was in the form of text. The validity test used in this study is triangulation theory, which is a method of research on the same topic using different theories in analyzing data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses flow analysis, which includes three components, namely: data reduction; (2) data presentation; (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi" the latest single Rhoma Irama feat Rita Sugiartoo there are language styles, including repetition language style (Epikuzueksis, Anafora, and Epistropha), personification language style, metaphor language style, and style. Simile language.

This study aims to describe: (1) the use of diction in Andmesh Kamaleng's first album; (2) the use of language styles contained in the songs of Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album. Researchers are interested in analyzing the diction and language style on Andmesh Kamaleng's first album because it has its own way or its own characteristics in conveying or composing a song. The object of this research is the first album from Andmesh Kamaleng which consists of 8 songs. The lyrics of the song by Andmesh Kamaleng contain 3 types of diction and 13 kinds of language styles. Diction is a choice of words that can distinguish precisely based on the nuances of meaning that arise from the idea to be conveyed. Language style is the use of words in speaking and writing in order to convince or influence a listener and reader. This research is a qualitative descriptive using content analysis method. The data source is a document in the form of song lyrics from Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album. The data collection techniques used in this study were the listening and note taking technique. Validating the data in this study using theoretical triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this research is flow analysis which includes three processes, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) Presentation of data; (3) Drawing conclusions. In the song lyrics of Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album, it contains three kinds of diction, namely diction which means denotative, connotative, and synonymy. For the language style used by the author, there are 3 kinds of language styles included in the lyrics of this song, namely: comparative language style, contradiction style, and repetition language style. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: (1) the use of word choices or diction in Andmesh Kamaleng's song lyrics, namely: 38 data denotative diction, 11 connotative diction, 11 synonymy diction, and 3 synonymy diction. The purpose of using denotative diction in a work is especially in Andmesh Kamaleng's songs so that the message conveyed by the writer can be understood by the audience; (2) the use of this language style consists of 13 types, namely: asonance as much as 46 data, alliteration of 26 data, anaphore of 18 data, personification of 10 data, tautotes with 2 data, apostrophe 5 data, epizeukis 9 data, hyperbolic 8 data, mesodilopsis 2 data, epanalepsis 1 data, metaphor 2 data, and zeugma with 2 data. This study aims to describe the types of violations of the principle of cooperation in dialogue between groups in the novel Koala Kumal by Raditya Dika. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research is Raditya Dika's Koala Kumal novel which consists of 12 stories. Data collectiontechniques used include techniques for reading, listening, and taking notes. The research instrument used was a cooperative principle indicator in the form of a table. Data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive methods with steps to collect data, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show two conclusions. First, the form of violation of the principle of cooperation that occurs is (1) the maxim of quantity, (2) the maxim of quality, (3) the maxim of relevance, and (4) the maxim of the method or implementation. Second, namely the three objectives of violating the principle of cooperation, namely (1) representative purpose: providing information or giving explanations, ensuring, expressing expectations, and affirming, (2) directive objectives: insinuating, mocking, giving advice, and criticizing or protesting, and (3) expressive goals: lying, boasting, expressing dislike, expressing concern, seducing or teasing, praising, confused, and creating humor.

Tengger tribe has a dish that is served on special occasions ceremony. The special occasion ceremony held by the Tengger tribe is inseparable from the culture and Hindus’s religion which is the majority religion of the Tengger tribe. Argosari Village is one of the villages that still carries out all special occasion’s ceremonies related to custom and religion. This village is in Lumajang Regency. This research was using qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data source was obtained from interviews with five informants are the Dukun Pandhita of Argosari village, Mangku village, and society’s Argosari. Data analysis is performed interactively with steps such as reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification and to check the validity of finding with member checking methode to Dukun Pandhita. The results of the research which is identifiying the special occasion dishes of Tengger tribe, there are 6 groupings dishes based on staple foods such as rice, side dishes such as omelette, fried chicken, fried noodles. Vegetable dishes include jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Snacks consist of pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan. The beverages such as tea and coffee. Dandananan such as gedhang ayu, pencok bakal. Masyarakat suku Tengger mempunyai hidangan yang disajikan pada upacara kesempatan khusus. Upacara kesempatan khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat suku Tengger tidak terlepas dari kebudayaan dan agama Hindu yang merupakan agama mayoritas suku Tengger. Desa Argosari merupakan salah satu desa yang masih melaksanakan semua upacara kesempatan khusus yang berkaitan dengan adat maupun keagamaan, Desa ini terletak di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan lima informan yaitu Dukun Pandhita teraktif dengan langkah reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan temuan dilaksanakan dengan member checking kepada Dukun Pandhita. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 6 pengelompokan hidangan yang disajikan pada kesempatan khusus, yaitu makanan pokok antara lain nasi, hidangan lauk pauk berupa telur dadar, ayam goreng. Hidangan sayuran antara lain jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Sedap-sedapan yang terbagi menjadi jajanan telesan berupa pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan dan jajanan garingan seperti matari

This research uses the object of the novel "The Educator" by Aguk Irawan MN. This novel tells the hegemony of intellectual figures and social classes who influence by instilling their ideology in certain groups by inviting goodness. The purpose of this research is to find and describe the hegemony of teachers to students in the novel "The Educator" by Aguk Irawan MN. In this study using qualitative methods by collecting data library and document techniques. The data source in this study was obtained from the novel "The Educator" by Aguk Irawan MN, published by Qalam Nusantara. Data analysis techniques in this study used a hermeniotic reader analysis technique, namely the stages of reading, marking, coding, interpretation and presentation of conclusions. The results of this study discuss the hegemony of Martokan as a teacher to his students. Martokan hegemony his students by giving advice to be a good person, Martokan also hegemony through the material described to tell the history of Sunan Drajat and Sunan Duwur, so that it will make his students enthusiastic in learning the Koran.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe aqidah, (2) describe worship, and (3) describe morals in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. Based on the research results obtained: Religious values ​​associated with aqidah namely, (a) faith in God, (b) faith in books. (c) faith in the Rasul, and (d) faith in qada and qadar. Religious values ​​related to worship are, (a) public worship, such as helping in the family (b) special worship. Religious values ​​related to morals, namely, (a) morals towards God. This research aims at revealing the image characteristics of a transitional and feminist woman in a novel by Okky Madasari through ideological feminist literary criticism. This research uses qualitative descriptive method where ‘Entrok’ novel by Okky Madasari becomes as the data source. Technique of data collection applied is content analysis, while technique of validity is source triangulation. For technique of data analysis used in this research is an interactive analysis model with three components of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings discover two main things, that is the image of a transitional and feminist woman. In the story, Sumarni is a female figure who plays as a transitional woman as well as the image of a feminist woman.

The aim of study is to know the students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in pandemic Covid-19 period at SMA Negeri 1Padang Bolak. The approach of the research used qualitative descriptive and data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. Instrument of the research used test and semistructure interview. the result of the research shows the average of students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak  is 67.26 (enough category). Only 8 from 10 students are able to answer three question completely and the rest are able to answer one from three questions.
