The purpose of this research is to study Tarek Pukat Dance as an expression of coastal community life and its inheritance efforts in Cut Nyak Dhien studio. The research method used qualitative method with interdisciplinary approach. The research data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The validity check of data using source triangulation, then analyzed using flow reduction, presentation, and data verification The results showed that, Tarek Pukat Dance was created by Yuslizar in 1958. Tarek Pukat describes the activities of fishermen who catch fish at sea tarek means tug whereas trawl is a kind of net used to catch fish. This dance is danced by 13 dancers consisting of 8 femaledancers and 5 male dancers. Dance has 19 motion patterns that are divided into two namely 7 patterns of movement for female dancers and 14 for male dancers movement patterns with various floor patterns for male dancers dancedisari danced women dance with sitting position bersaf. The theme used in this dance is the activity of fishermen who are looking for fish at sea. His companions are Serune Kalee, Geundrang Aceh and Rapa'I and Tarek Pukat dance poems. the clothing used in this dance is very simple from the original grip of Aceh tradition. From the clothing of women dancers Acehnese clothes, long black trousers, songket covering up to the knees and scarves wrapped around the head, ropes of Aceh Pangang, Aceh necklaces and Aceh clothing bros while male dancers wear only black long-sleeved shirts and black trousers wrapped in kebuang and headbands. The property used is fish body, fishing hat and rope as trawl. from the motion of the endangered handler to the closing motion is an expression of the life of the fishermen looking for the fish at sea. So this dance should remain inherited and forwarded to future generations who will come with Inheritance Dance Tarek Pukat through Learning In Studio Cut Nyak Dhien. the existing activities were violated by Cut Nyak Dhien while the first thing involved about the general pattern of the existing training at Cut Nyak Dhien studio were: training schedule in Sanggar, training guidance from the studio coach, making basic movements as warming up, distributing material for training and organizing dance groups . In the process of learning the existence of students, trainers, goals, materials, media methods, embedded values are violated and evaluation.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji Tari Tarek Pukat sebagai ekspresi kehidupan masyarakat pesisir dan upaya pewarisannya di sanggar Cut Nyak Dhien. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan interdisiplin. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan alur reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Tari Tarek Pukat diciptakan oleh Yuslizar pada tahun1958. Tarek Pukat menggambarkan aktivitas para nelayan yang menangkap ikan dilaut tarek berarti tarik sedangkan pukat adalah alat sejenis jaring yang digunakan untuk menangkap ikan. Tarian ini ditarikan oleh 13 penari yang terdiri dari 8 penari wanita dan 5 penari pria. Tarian ini mempunyai 19 pola gerakan yang dibagi menjadi dua yaitu 7 pola gerakan untuk penari wanita dan 14 untuk pola gerakan penari pria dengan pola lantai bermacam ragam untuk penari lelakisedangkan penari wanita menari dengan posisi duduk bersaf. Tema yang digunakan pada tarian ini yaitu aktivitas masyarakat nelayan yang sedang mencari ikan dilaut. Pengiringnya yaitu Serune Kalee, Geundrang Aceh dan Rapa’I serta syair tari Tarek Pukat. busana yang digunakan dalam tarian ini sangat sederhana dari pakain tradisi Aceh yang sebenarnya.dari pakain penari wanita baju Aceh,celana hitam panjang, songket yang menutup sampai lutut dan selendang yang dililitkan di kepala,tali Pinggang Aceh, kalung Aceh dan bros baju Aceh sedangkan para penari laki-laki hanya menggunakan baju lengan panjang berwarna hitam dan celana panjang berwarna hitam sarung yang di selempangkan kebahu serta ikat kepala. Properti yang digunakan yaitu raga ikan, topi nelayan dan tali sebagai pukat. dari gerak pawang engkot sampain gerak penutup merupakan ekspresi kehidupan para nelayan yang mencari ikan dilaut. Sehingga tarian ini harus tetap diwariskan dan diteruskan kepada generasi penerus yang akan datang dengan Pewarisan Tari Tarek Pukat melalui Pembelajaran Di Sanggar Cut Nyak Dhien. kegiatan yang ada disanggar Cut Nyak Dhien adapun hal yang terlibat pertama mengenai pola umum latihan yang ada pada sanggar Cut Nyak Dhien yaitu: jadwal latihan di Sanggar, bimbingan latihan dari pelatih sanggar, membuat gerakan dasar sebagai pemanasan, pembagain materi untuk latihan dan pembagain kelompok penari. Didalam proses pembelajaran adanya siswa, pelatih,tujuan,materi,metode media,nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan disanggar dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Tari Tarek Pukat

Abstrak Pemuridan adalah harga mati dari seorang murid Yesus. Murid Yesus yang sejati harus menghasilkan murid lainnya bagi Yesus. Pola pemuridan yang benar dan efektif yang diteladankan Yesus, dan dicontoh Rasul Paulus dalam pelayanan dan kehidupannya yang dalam 2 Timotius 1:2 dipercayakan dan diwariskan kepada Timotius untuk diteruskan kepada generasi murid-murid Yesus terus sampai kesudahan akhir zaman sungguh terbukti ampuh. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka melalui buku-buku dan artikel-artikel yang berkualitas dalam membahas pemuridan Kristen. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa implikasi kehidupan yang bermakna dari seorang murid Kristus yang memuridkan lagi yang harus nyata diperagakan dalam kehidupan kekristenannya sebagai pribadi dan gereja sebagai kehidupan komunitas murid-murid Yesus, yaitu: Pertama,  Tetap tinggal di dalam Kristus. Kedua, Hidup dengan tujuan menghasilkan buah. Ketiga, Memiliki hasrat untuk regenerasi dan pelipatgandaan murid. Keempat, Meneladani Yesus yang memuridkan murid. Kelima, Gereja dan pemimpin rohani yang memuridkan. Keenam, Menjadikan pemuridan sebagai gaya hidup.   Abstract  Discipleship is the fixed price of a disciple of Jesus. A true disciple of Jesus must produce other disciples for Jesus. The pattern of true and effective discipleship that Jesus imitated, and was imitated by the Apostle Paul in his ministry and life which in 2 Timothy 1:2 was entrusted and passed on to Timothy to be passed on to generations of Jesus' disciples until the end of the age had really proven effective. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach through quality books and articles in discussing Christian discipleship. The results of this study conclude that the implications of a meaningful life of a disciple of Christ who make disciples again that must be manifested in his Christian life as a person and the church as a community life of Jesus' disciples, namely: First, Remain in Christ. Second, live with the aim of producing fruit. Third, have a desire to regenerate and multiply disciples. Fourth, Imitate Jesus who made disciples. Fifth, the Church and spiritual leaders who make disciples. Sixth, Make discipleship a lifestyle.

This paper will parse and explain the moderation movement initiated and mobilized by the Islamic organization Nahdhatul Ulama and radical movements conducted by Jama'ah Islamiyah. The focus of this paper will look at the Islamic philosophy and vision (NU and JI) on religious and political relations. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analysis, that is data used in research and supported by theme-related literatures. The NU moderation movement is a manifestation of ideology formed in many spaces, one of the most important being culture. Contextualization and internalization of the interpretation of the sacred texts namely Al Quran and Hadith, birth concepts such as pluralism and endurance. The earthing of Islamic teachings in accordance with the concept of rahmatan lil alamin existing in the Qur'an can not be a left or right object (moderate). Islam is present as a religion that lays political and Islamic relations as two sides complement each other and maintain their own identity. Islam requires politics and state for the media to develop its teachings in all aspects of community life, while the state needs Islam to safeguard, guard and guide the life of the state and society. <p><em>International order is now witnessing the declining efficacy and extremely fragile condition of multilateralism. Several states start to doubt and leave international treaties, agreements, organizations, and institutions. This circumstance led into the speculation of “Multilateralism Collapse". Yet, there is only a small number of International Relations scholars who attempt to detect the general pattern that indicate the fundamental reason of relevant states to withdraw from multilateralism manifestation. Hence, this study is a preliminary attempt to fill the gap by providing a concrete explanation on the reason why the multilateralism is failing. This paper argues that the growing cynicism among the relation of international actors is served to be the reason of multilateralism free fall. There are two types of cynicism which this paper has discovered, the cynicism as a trigger and cynicism as a statement. Cynicism as a trigger tracked whereby the relevant state’s withdrawal from the multilateralism manifestation is merely caused by a sense of distrust. On the other hand, cynicism as a statement is the expression of relevant states to justify its withdrawal action and distract world’s attention from its hidden interest. Since this study requires a specific and deep interpretation on sets of event and data, the utilization of qualitative method was considered effective. This study applied two theoretical frameworks, namely cynicism and multilateralism.</em></p>

AbstractThe purpose of the research prove about Handling Model Delinquency in RW 19 SadangSerang Village Coblong Sub-district Bandung. The method used is a qualitative method, with Design Action Research. While the data obtained through documentation study, direct observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD). Data validity check conducted through the extension study, an increase in persistence, triangulation, and examination of peers. The beginning situation of caretaker in Rumah Ramah Anak consist the teenager, parent and society figure shows that there is still a need to increase the capacity of the board to sustain handling juvenile delinquency. The needs assessment showed that the board needs in the aspect of knowledge and information. The Program making conducted participatory which is focused on strengthening the capacity of the board on the aspect of knowledge and information. The activities ofimplementation isdoneby supporting a caretaker capacity building in the aspect of knowledge is doneusing several activities to relate with the causes and effects of juvenile delinquency and effort that could be done by the board to deal with the problem of juveniledelinquency. Increasing the capacity of the information board is done through activities that can encourage Rumah Ramah Anak caretaker to be able to access and utilize information technology and connected to the internet.Key words: Caretaker, Capacity Building, Knowledge and Information AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang Model Penanganan Kenakalan Remaja di RW 19 Kelurahan Sadang Serang Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan Desain Action Research. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, diskusi terfokus (FGD). Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan penelitian, peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi, dan pemeriksaan teman sejawat. Situasi awal pengurus Rumah Ramah Anak yang terdiri dari remaja, orangtua dan tokoh masyarakatmenunjukkan bahwa masih ada kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kapasitas pengurus untuk keberlanjutan penanganan kenakalan remaja. Hasil analisa kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pengurus pada aspek pengetahuan dan informasi dengan penyusunan program kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif. Implementasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mendorong penguatan kapasitas pengurus pada aspek pengetahuan, dilaksanakan melalui beberapa kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penyebab dan dampak dari kenakalan remaja dan usaha yang bisa dilakukan oleh pengurus untuk menangani permasalahan kenakalan remaja. Peningkatan kapasitas informasi pengurus dilakukan melalui kegiatan yang mampu mendorong pengurus Rumah Ramah Anak untuk dapat mengakses dan memanfaatkan informasi dan teknologi yang terhubung dengan internet. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas pengurus Rumah Ramah Anak pada aspek pengetahuan dan informasi mampu mencegah terjadinya kenakalan remaja. Peningkatan  pada pengetahuan dan informasi juga mendorong peningkatan pada jaringan yang dimiliki oleh pengurus.Kata kunci: Pengurus, Peningkatan Kapasitas, Pengetahuan dan Informasi

<p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Pancasila is not only a source of derivation of legislation, but also a source of morality, especially in relation to the legitimacy of power, law and various policies in the implementation and administration of the state. The existence of the first precept of "The Almighty Godhead", and the second precept of "Fair and Civilized Humanity" is the source of moral values </em><em></em><em>for national and state life. The state of Indonesia which is based on the first precept of "The Almighty God" is not a "theocracy" state which bases state power and state administration on religious legitimacy. The power of the head of state is not absolute based on religious legitimacy but based on legal legitimacy and democratic legitimacy. Therefore, the principle of the principle of "Godhead of the Almighty" has more to do with moral legitimacy. This is what distinguishes the Almighty God from theocracy. The writing method in this journal is a qualitative method, with an interdisciplinary approach. Although in the Indonesian state it is not based on religious legitimacy, morally the life of the state must be in accordance with the values </em><em></em><em>derived from God, especially the law and morals in the life of the state.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: Political Ethics, Law, Pancasila</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pancasila tidak hanya merupakan sumber derivasi peraturan perundang-undangan, melainkan juga merupakan sumber moralitas, terutama dalam hubungannya dengan legitimasi kekuasaan, hukum serta berbagai kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan negara. Eksistensi sila pertama “Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa”, serta sila kedua “Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab” merupakan sumber atas nilai-nilai moral bagi kehidupan kebangsaan dan kenegaraan. Negara Indonesia yang berdasarkan sila pertama “Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa” bukanlah negara “teokrasi” yang mendasarkan kekuasaan negara dan penyelenggaraan negara pada legitimasi religius. Kekuasaan kepala negara tidak bersifat mutlak berdasarkan legitimasi religius, melainkan berdasarkan legitimasi hukum serta legitimasi demokrasi. Oleh karena itu asas sila “Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa” lebih berkaitan dengan legitimasi moral. Hal inilah yang membedakan negara yang Berketuhanan Yang Maha Esa dengan negara teokrasi. Metode penulisan dalam jurnal ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan interdisipliner. Walaupun dalam negara Indonesia tidak mendasarkan pada legitimasi religius, secara moralitas kehidupan negara harus sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang berasal dari Tuhan, terutama hukum serta moral dalam kehidupan negara.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci: Etika Politik, Hukum, Pancasila</strong></p>

AbstractThe purposed of research to describe development of side business by the fishermen's wives received positive response from the community. Manufacture of various kinds of goods made from fish and shrimp is expected to bring economic prosperity for the fishermen's family. This research has  purpose describing character of socio-economic life of fisherman society, and describing the processing of sea product in increasing income for fisherman society. This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of data were taken by purposive sampling and data collection using observation, interview, and documentation study. Based on the research indicates that (1) socio-economic characteristics of Pegatan majority who still homogeneous in his profession as a fisherman shows the similarity of fate and sense of togetherness between them both at work and in other activities always seen and become very valuable in the middle community life that tends to be individualist. (2) the wife's role to increase the family's financial coffers with home-based business from the processing of marine products is very helpful to survive when the famine season comes and it also helps in improving the family economy.Key words: fishing communities, poverty, social and economic life AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha sampingan yang dilakukan oleh para istri nelayan mendapat respon yang sangat positif dari masyarakat. Usaha pembuatan berbagai macam olahan yang berbahan utama dari ikan dan udang diharapkan bisa membawa kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi keluarga nelayan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan karakter kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan, dan mendiskripsikan pengolahan hasil laut dalam meningkatkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat nelayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data diambil secara purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) karekteristik sosial ekonomi mayoritas masyarakat Pegatan yang masih bersifat homogen yaitu dalam profesinya sebagai nelayan menunjukkan adanya persamaan nasib dan rasa kebersamaan diantara mereka baik pada saat bekerja maupun dalam aktivitas yang lain selalu terlihat dan menjadi sangat berharga ditengah-tengah kehidupan masyarakat yang cenderung individualis. (2) peran istri untuk menambah pundi-pundi keuangan keluarga dengan usaha rumahan dari pengolahan hasil laut ternyata sangat membantu untuk bertahan hidup ketika musim paceklik datang selain itu juga membantu dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga.Kata kunci: masyarakat nelayan, kemiskinan, kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi

This paper aims at analyzing the communication styles of artists in Indonesia, which has an impact on the preservation of a traditional art genre that is Tembang Sunda Cianjuran (Cianjur Sundanese Traditional Song). The study was conducted with a qualitative method using an interdisciplinary approach. Results show that the communication styles formed by artists in the Tembang Sunda Cianjuran communities in West Java, Indonesia, is dominated by the relator and the socializer styles. These communication styles results in Tembang Sunda Cianjuran not losing enthusiasts, so that its existence is maintained from generation to generation.

This research is aimed to know organizing training by Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City. The subjects of this research are four people, that is Andi as chairman of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Nita as a member of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Herman and Heri as a street child who was fostered by KPJ Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion retractation. The validity check used triangulation technique which starts from the triangulation of subject, triangulation of time and triangulation of technic.  From research result, Organizing carried out by the Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City has been carried out. ABSTRAK Seni pertunjukan tari Sunda hingga saat ini telah diisi dengan tiga genre tari yang diciptakan oleh tiga tokoh pembaharu tari Sunda, yaitu Rd. Sambas Wirakusumah yang menciptakan genre tari Keurseus sekitar tahun 1920- an, Rd. Tjetje Somantri yang menciptakan genre tari Kreasi Baru sekitar tahun 1950-an, dan Gugum Gumbira Tirasondjaya yang menciptakan genre tari Jaipongan pada awal tahun 1980-an. Ketiga genre tari tersebut memiliki citra estetiknya sendiri-sendiri sesuai latar budaya generasinya masing-masing. Genre tari Jaipongan yang kini sudah lebih dari 30 tahun belum tergantikan di dalamnya menunjukkan nilai-nilai yang mengakar dalam kehidupan masyarakat Sunda. Untuk mengekplanasi berbagai aspek penting yang melengkapi pembentukan sebuah genre tari ini digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa genre tari Jaipongan dibentuk oleh konsep dasar etika dan estetik egaliter dengan menghasilkan struktur koreografi yang simpel dan fl eksibel yang terdiri dari empat ragam gerak, yaitu bukaan, pencugan, nibakeun, dan mincid. Kata kunci: Gugum Gunbira, genre tari, dan Jaipongan  ABSTRACT Jaipongan: The Genre of Third Dancing Generation in the Development of Sundanese Dance Performing Arts. Sundanese dancing performance art recently has been fi lled with three dancing genres created by three prominent reformers of Sundanese dances, namely Rd. Sambas Wirakusumah who created the dance genre of Keurseus around 1920, Rd. Tjetje Somantri who created the dance genre of Kreasi Baru (New Creation) 1950s, and Gugum Gumbira Tirasondjaya who created the dance genre of Jaipongan in the early 1980s. The three genres of the dances have their own aesthetic image based on their cultural background respectively. The Jaipongan dance genre which now has been more than 30 years and not yet been changed shows the values rooted in Sundanese community life. To explain various important aspects which complete the creation of a dance genre it applies qualitative method employing a phenomenological approach. Based on the research, it is concluded that Jaipongan dance genre is shaped by ethical and aesthetic concepts of egalitarian policies to produce a simple structure and fl exible choreography of four modes of motion, i.e. aperture, pencugan, nibakeun, and mincid. ABSTRAK Perhatian pemerintah yang lebih tertuju pada pembangunan fisik dengan mengabaikan kearifan lokal mengakibatkan Indonesia mulai mengalami pergeseran tata nilai kehidupannya serta hilangnya karakter sebagai bangsa yang berbudaya. Terabaikannya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal berujung pada hilangnya semangat kebersamaan yang menjadi ciri bangsa Indonesia serta ancaman hilangnya kelestarian budaya yang ada disetiap daerah di nusantara. Hilangnya semangat kebersamaan dan persaudaraan menjadi bibit lahirnya konflik dan disintegrasi. Ancaman konflik horizontal di Indonesia sangat rentan terjadi setiap saat.Mulai dari konflik SARA, konflik elite akibat dari pertarungan suksesi politik dalam semua tingkatan suksesi, dan konflik sektarianisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis yaitu mengumpulkan fakta melalui observasi, literatur kepustakaan dan tulisan dimedia. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa konflik adalah bahaya laten yang dapat terjadi kapanpun. Apalagi, Indonesia adalah negara majemuk yang terdiridari berbagai suku dan budaya. Konflik yang terjadi salahsatunya diakibatkan ketidakmampuan pemerintah dalam mengelola potensi konflik melalui pembangunan komunikasi berbasis kearifan lokal.Konflik umumnya sangat potensial terjadi di daerah yang sedang menuju kota besar atau daerah tujuan berinvestasi. Sehingga seorang pemimpin khususnya kepala daerah dituntut memiliki communication skill terkait dengan seluruh bagian-bagian dalam kehidupan masyarakat di wilayahnya. Banyaknya konflik yang terjadi di suatu daerah mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi yang berlandaskan kearifan lokal oleh kepala daerah kepada masyarakatnya belum secara maksimal atau bahkan tidak dilakukan. Penyertaan nilai kearifan lokal dalam membangun komunikasi dengan semua pihak akan membantu mencari solusi terhadap penanganan dan pencegahan konflik sehingga pembangunan dapat berjalan lancar menuju masyarakat yang modern tanpa kehilangan identitas lokalnya. Kata-Kata Kunci: Kearifan Lokal, Komunikasi, Pemerintah Daerah, Konflik Sosial dan Komunal.   ABSTRACT The government's focus on physical development by ignoring local wisdom has resulted in Indonesia beginning to experience a shift in the values ??of its life and the loss of character as a cultured nation. The neglect of the values ??of local wisdom leads to the loss of spirit of togetherness that characterizes the Indonesian nation and the threat of loss of cultural sustainability that exist in every region in the archipelago. The loss of the spirit of togetherness and brotherhood becomes the seed of the birth of conflict and disintegration. The threat of horizontal conflict in Indonesia is very vulnerable at all times. Ranging from SARA conflicts, elite conflicts resulting from political succession struggles at all levels of succession, and sectarian conflict. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach that is collecting facts through observation, literature and literature writing dimedia. The facts show that conflict is a latent danger that can happen at any time. Moreover, Indonesia is a plural country consisting of various tribes and cultures. Conflict is one of the causes of the government's inability to manage the potential for conflict through the development of local wisdom-based communication. Conflict is generally very potential to occur in areas that are heading to big cities or destination areas to invest. So a leader, especially the head of the region is required to have communication skills related to all parts of community life in the region. The number of conflicts that occurred in a region indicates that communication based on local wisdom by the head of the region to the community has not been maximally or even not done. Inclusion of local wisdom values ??in building communication with all parties will help to find solutions to the handling and prevention of conflict so that development can run smoothly to modern society without losing its local identity.
