The goal of the community service entitled Introduction to English through songs at TPQ Al Kautsar 1 is to introduce English vocabulary through songs to improve students' comprehension of English. English song content taught at TPQ Al Kautsar 1 has never been obtained. The first stage was to conduct a series of English language introduction activities for pupils using songs to train pupils at TPQ Al Kautsar. Community service increased pupils' English comprehension. TPQ Al Kautsar pupils, based on observations made by the community service team, there are indications of increased English comprehension among pupils at TPQ Al Kautsar 1.

This study aims to train English language skills for Akparta students to be proficient in English. The research methods used include presentations, lectures, observations and discussions. The results showed that the level of English mastery of the Surakarta Akparta students had progressed in speaking English. Community service activities carried out at Akparta Surakarta are helpful for students to improve their English language competence so that students can become professional tourism workers

 Abstrak  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan lanjutan dari program sebelumnya, dimana dilakukan pelatihan terkait penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa atau disingkat TELL (Technology in Language Learning). Seiring berkembangnya lembaga-lembaga kursus yang jumlahnya semakin banyak, terutama di wilayah Bangkalan. Banyak siswa-siswi mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai menengah atas mendaftar dan mengikuti program-program yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga kursus. Tren inilah yang menjadi dasar terpilihnya lembaga kursus sebagai tempat melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penerapan audiobook lit2go di lembaga kursus  Bahasa Inggris ini dilakukan oleh para tutor di lembaga kursus E-Home untuk membantu proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran, yang nantinya diharapkan bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan pengajar Bahasa Inggris di lembaga kursus dalam menggunakan teknologi saat pembelajaran, dalam hal ini penggunaan audiobook lit2go.  Kata kunci: Audiobook Lit2go, Tell, Pembelajaran, Teknologi   Abstract    This community service activity is a continuation of the previous program, where training is carried out related to the application of technology in language learning called TELL (Technology in Language Learning). As the number of course institutions grows, especially in the Bangkalan region. Many students ranging from elementary to high school level register and participate in programs offered by institute courses. This trend is the basis for the selection of course institutions as a place to do community service. The application of lit2go audiobook at English language course institutions is carried out by tutors at E-Home course institutions to assist the learning process by utilizing learning technology, which in turn is expected to improve student learning outcomes. In a learning course requires an appropriate method to get maximum results. Achieving goals in community service in the form of organizing English language training activities is to increase motivation or self-will, understanding and ability of students in learning a language. The purpose of this study was to find out how students' ability to learn English grammar by using the CTL method and to find out how the influence of the method on the spirit of student learning process. The type of research used to determine the results of the purpose of this study researchers used a qualitative approach in the form of field research. The conclusions obtained after the study were that: 1) Training Motivating Learning English Through Learning Methods CTL in MAS Tahfizil Qur'an and MTs Hifzhil Qur'an North Sumatra were conducted and the results were very satisfying. 2) Learning methods Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) that have been applied to students MAS Tahfizil Qur'an and MTs Hifzhil Qur'an of North Sumatra provide significant results where students are motivated and can follow the method so that understanding the grammar structure of sentences directly and the sentence is not immediately understood thoroughly in a relatively short time. 3) Students' ability to understand grammar after being taught using the CTL learning method increased in the percentage of 75% satisfying results in the MAS Tahfizil Qur'an and 70% satisfactory results at MTs Hifzhil Qur'an North Sumatra. 4) The enthusiasm of the students for the method they consider new is relatively new.

Community Capacity Building and Identification of Tourism Potential in the Development of Watu Tiri Village as a Tourism VillageThis community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the Watu Tiri Village community in the tourism sector and identify existing tourism potentials. In this activity, there are three approaches taken, including Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Community-based development, and participatory. Data collection used focus group discussion (FGD) techniques and field observations. The tourism potentials identified in this community service activity include Mberenang Beach and hot springs as natural tourism potential, while cultural potential includes the activity of weaving single for women and traditional ceremonies in Watu Tiri Village. It can be concluded that in developing Watu Tiri Village as a tourism village, assistance activities such as promotion and e-commerce training, guiding training and English language training, and improving the mitigation system in the Mberenang Beach area are still needed to improve its image

The globalization and disruption era creates effects for the human being; one is the connection between people without boundaries. This thing also brings up the importance of English language usage. This community service was conducted through online English training, which consists of 8 meetings between June-July 2020. The training includes 1 mentor and 3 participants. The initial assessment was conducted to know the participants’ abilities and categorize them into Basic, Intermediate, Advanced classes. This training was categorized in the Basic class. Each meeting was divided into three sessions, which enable the mentor and participants to have conversations with each other. This training uses Conversation Method. The participants were excited, which can be seen by the 87.5 % participatory rate. The final assessment shows an improvement for the participants’ English capability, and they can continue to Intermediate class.

Community service is the implementation of knowledge gained in schools, or lecturing process formally or informally. This community service aimed at giving English language training towards students of TK Melati Indah Sayang-Sayang, Cakranegara Mataram. This community service used lecturing, practice, and discussion. The respondents consisted of 30 students. The result of the training concluded that English language training towards students of TK Melati Indah Sayang-Sayang, Cakranegara Mataram was successful. It is proved from the students’ enthusiasm within the process of the training and their learning achievement after giving the training. Thus, the training of English language to the students is highly important especially in TK Melati Indah Sayang-Sayang as they will be the agent of change and future generation who will acquire English language well. Through this training, students of TK Melati Indah Sayang-Sayang are expected to have knowledge and basic experience to communicate through English language as their foundation and motivation to develop their skill.

THE IMPROVING OF ENGLISH COMPETENCE FOR LECTURERS OF FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY OF MATHLA’UL ANWAR BANTEN. This community service activity is motivated by the thought that the need for lecturers to have good competence in using English in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. With the hope that through its application, students become more enthusiastic in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide scientific assistance to the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in using English in the teaching and learning process. While the benefits of this activity are to have a positive effect on the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in communicating using English in class and the increasing enthusiasm and achievement of FKIP Unma Banten students in learning.  This service activity was carried out in the form of short training for two meetings with members of 10 lecturers held in the hall of FKIP Unma Banten. The first meeting discussed the importance of English, introducing word, clause, and sentences, mastering tenses by using smart fingers technique. The second meeting was a deepening of the material followed by the practice of TOEFL questions and the practice of speaking English in everyday life with simple sentences by participants of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and demonstration methods. Based on observations during this community service activity, several positive results were obtained. The results of this community service are the increased insight of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers on English language material and its application in the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Community service activities, specifically the Community Partnership Program (PKM), aims to improve the ability of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers, both in terms of pronunciation and the methods that support it in Nanggulan sub-district, Kulon Progo district. The target audience for this service program are the PAUD teachers in SPS Tunas Harapan, which amount to 4 (four) people. The programs that have been implemented are training 1) How to pronounce English words, and 2) English methods for PAUD level. The overall process of science and technology transfer is carried out with a pattern of education and training that is equipped with socialization to these teachers to improve the ability and skills to use English developed through English language training (pronunciation on pronunciation or pronunciation) and methods and benefits to improve teacher ability and school quality.

ABSTRAKKemajuan teknologi membangun perubahan dalam berbagai bidang, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Semua elemen dalam bidang tersebut dituntut untuk dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, seperti hal nya guru yang harus mampu beralih dari penggunaan modul cetak ke modul elektronik (e-modul). Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dan melatih keterampilan teknologi para guru bahasa Inggris SMK di Karawang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pendampingan membuat e-modul interaktif berbasis Content Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) menggunakan Sigil Software kepada 15 orang guru Bahasa Inggris SMK di Karawang. Pendampingan pembuatan e-modul ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, serta praktik pembuatan e-modul. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa program pengadian kepada masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kompetensi para guru bahasa Inggris dalam penguasaan materi dan pengajaran sesuai dengan jurusan bidang keahlian di sekolah. Selain itu, dapat memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dan tepat sasaran bagi guru Bahasa Inggris. Bentuk pendampingan seperti ini merupakan bentuk yang sangat efektif untuk memberikan tambahan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru di bidang teknologi informasi di luar proses pembelajaran yang sekolah berikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru. Kata kunci: bahasa inggris; content language integrated learning (clil); e-modul; pendampingan; sigil software. ABSTRACTThe Advances in technology build changes in various fields, especially in the field of education. All elements in these fields can take advantage of technological developments, such as teachers who must be able to switch from using print modules to electronic modules (e-modules). This community service activity is carried out by providing assistance in the form of interactive e-modules based on Content Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) using Sigil Software to 15 English Vocational High School teachers in Karawang. Assistance in the manufacture of e-modules is carried out by means of lectures, questions and answers, and the practice of making e-modules. This activity was carried out in the computer laboratory of SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin. The purpose of implementing this community service program is to improve and train the technology skills of vocational English teachers in Karawang. The results of the implementation of this activity show that the community service program is able to improve the competence of English teachers in mastering the material and teaching in accordance with the field of expertise at school. In addition, it can provide enormous and targeted benefits for English teachers. This form of assistance is a very effective form of providing additional insight and new knowledge in the field of technology outside of the learning process provided by schools to improve the quality of teachers.             Keywords: assistance; e-modul; english language; content language integrated learning (clil); sigil software.

English language skills are also often used as a requirement when they want to continue to a higher education level. However, it cannot be denied that the limited understanding of English vocabulary results in obstruction of language competence achievement. Therefore, this activity is a form of service to the community, especially as a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma obligations of higher education, which aims to help students at the Puri Kasih Tembilahan Orphanage to master English vocabulary quickly. The method used is Training of easy tricks to master English vocabulary through interactive activities. In this Community Service activity, several activities are carried out, namely: words puzzle, words matching, pictures, games, and watching short movies. The results of this Community Service activity showed that the participants gave a positive responses to this activity. They are also more courageous and motivated to use the vocabulary they have by participating in every activity they do. Furthermore, the initial test results showed 8.3% of participants in the Very Good category, 12.5% of participants in the Good category, 41.7% of participants in the Enough category, and 37.5% of participants in the Low category. Then, the final test results showed that 16.7% of participants were at the Very Good level, 25% of participants were at the Good level, 45.9% of participants were at the Enough level, and only 12.5% were at the Low level. This shows that interactive activities can help students at the Puri Kasih Tembilahan Orphanage more easily master English vocabulary.
