The hybrid training format and the development of consulting with the use of telecommunication networks determine the relevance of training in this area. Training in a hybrid format allows you to assess the technical and non-technical skills of students and significantly expand the possibilities of the educational process, involving in the training of persons who are on distance learning. At the same time, it is possible to analyze systemic inconsistencies and to correct educational measures to eliminate them. The format of the implemented trainings allows students, working in a team, to improve the skills of analytical thinking, decision-making and communication when conducting diagnostic and treatment activities at various levels.

Introduction. During the past ten years the important changes in educational programs of higher education point out the transition from the traditional live lecture form to the distance learning form (the online training format). Training for innovative engineering activities requires to involve students in the online training format and to explore its applicability.The aim of the present article is to identify the areas of the effective use of the online training format in the educational process for high school institutions and the prospects of further development of the distance learning.Methodology and research methods. In this article, an integration of theoretical and practical training of the innovative engineering with the methods of the analysis and synthesis, a pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Results. The areas of use of the online learning in the field of traditional and innovative formats of training have been identified. A subsystem of storage of the information on the course of educational activities is suggested. A high efficiency of the distance learning application is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment within the unified programs for a wide audience of students and persons having the right to an individual work schedule.Scientific novelty. The performed research contributes to identify the framework of the effective use of the online learning at higher education institutions. The suggested form of storage of the information on the education process events in a separate subsystem allow for processing and generalising the data with the use of the BigData and DataMining technologies.Practical significance. Further development of the research presented in this article might be focused on the establishment of numerical relations when using various education formats within various disciplines providing the greatest effect when training students at higher education institutions.

Opportunities and perspectives of the use of distance learning technologies (DLT) in the process of professional training of military experts are considered in the paper. DLT allows to carry out educational process at a distance without losing its quality. DLT even improves quality due to individualization, active teaching methods, bilateral interaction between teacher and student (cadet). The distance learning form will be considered as an additional system that is used to supplement the academic disciplines taught by the Secondary Schools for applicants’ education in full-time education. The main aim of the using distance learning technologies at the Secondary School is providing students with access to electronic educational resources through the using modern information technologies and telecommunication networks. The educational process in distance learning for a cadet have to include all the main forms of the traditional organization at the educational process: lectures, seminars and practical classes, laboratory workshops, control system, research and independent work. All these forms of organization of the educational process will allow to implement a flexible combination of independent cognitive activity of students (cadets) in with different sources of information, operational and systematic interaction with the course teacher and group work of students (cadets).The advantages of using distance learning technologies in the training of military specialists are various, namely: flexibility, modularity, technological approach, increase motivation and self-motivation of students, new role of the teacher.The process of using remote technology is considered as an integral part of the assessment of the quality education and information during the educational process. The new possibilities of practical application of remote technologies in the organization educational process in the Secondary School are formulated in this paper.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of teaching foreign languages in higher education in the context of distance learning. To achieve this goal, the article uses the methods of theoretical analysis, critical analysis of scientific resources and scientific observation of the educational process. A comprehensive description of the application of these methods through the prism of foreign languages is the scientific novelty of the work. In the era of continuous informatization of society and education, in particular the use of modern computer technology, the Internet, multimedia and mobile communications in the educational process of higher education, has become a necessary condition for training and education of competent professionals and their future adaptation to working conditions. Therefore, educational institutions try to organize the educational process so as to provide students with full access to educational materials, using paper, electronic and multimedia media and access to Internet resources. In addition, the use of computer technology and the Internet, distance learning technologies significantly expands the range of potential students and allows to involve in education (including language) a wider range of students from abroad. Conclusions. Distance learning through computer telecommunication networks has broad prospects in the study of foreign languages. First of all, this advantage, in comparison, for example, with video and audio seminars, lies in the availability of operational feedback from teachers and students, with numerous training programs. Distance learning of foreign languages is a fairly effective form of learning a foreign language, aimed at the development of cognitive abilities, oral speech, foreign language thinking and full mastery of written foreign language communication.

The relevance of the research is determined by the key ideas of the hybrid format of students distance learning and collaborative technologies of its implementation in the post- pandemic perspective of the university educational process. The authors, taking into account the trends of transformations of the educational process of the university in the post-pandemic perspective, reveal the content of the key concepts of the hybrid format of distance learning for students. The priorities of collaborative technologies aimed at supporting the hybrid format of distance learning of university students are determined. Based on the results of the study, the authors of the article substantiate the productivity and prove the effectiveness of the implementation of platform models of the hybrid distance-learning format. The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.

The article is devoted to one of the advanced formats of foreign language teaching at high school, which effectively complements extramural and full-time forms of education – distance learning. The author emphasizes that the quality and effectiveness of foreign languages distance learning athigher educational establishments depends on effectively organized course; the pedagogical skills of teachers, participating in the educational process; the quality of applied methodical content.The main principles of foreign languages distance learning in higher education has been covered, the means of improving the quality and effectiveness of this educational format has been proposed, the key conceptual regulations of foreign languages distance learning has been determined. The article proposes a model for organizing foreign languages distance learning course for future specialists, describes a system to control and monitor the knowledge of all types of speech activities. It is also noted that independent work in the foreign languages distance course at high school should not be passive, but on the contrary, the student should be involved in active cognitive activities, not limited to acquiring foreign language skills, but necessarily includes their practical application; to solve certain communicative tasks in the future professional activity.The article concludes that in the process of organizing the foreign language distance learning course at high school, it is necessary to take into account not only the didactic characteristics and functions of multimedia and telecommunications as a technological basis, but also the conceptual trends of didactic distance learning as a component of modern education. Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.

The problem of introducing distance learning in primary school is actualized by the development of social networks and Internet technologies, which open unlimited horizons for their application in educational activities. In addition, the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine requires primary school teachers to find ways to effectively master the program material. Among such ways is distance learning. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the specifics and possibilities of organizing the educational process in primary school with the use of distance learning. In the process of scientific research methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization were used. Distance learning in primary school is defined as a form of organization and implementation of the educational process, in which the subjects of learning (teachers and students) in the online mode carry out educational interaction in principle and mainly extraterritorially. In the context of reforming modern Ukrainian education, a number of e-platforms have been created for the organization of distance learning for primary school students. An effective commercial platform for distance learning is the service "My Class", which contains online courses from 1st to 11th grade, which contain lessons that integrate theoretical (test presentation of content) and practical (individual tasks that can be solved independently of each other, a block of tasks that need to be solved sequentially, guidelines) blocks. Result. Emphasis is placed on the requirements to be met by a primary school teacher when organizing distance learning in primary school during the quarantine period and it is suggested to advise parents who will work remotely with junior students in the initial stages of distance learning, gradually transferring activity to children.

The article describes the experience of conducting a theoretical cycle for medical University students in isolation of students and teachers. The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
