Since March 2015 at the Asian level, the number of cases of bullying that has happened to students in schools has reached 70%. The impact of body shaming will lead to poor self-assessment. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between body shaming treatment on body image among adolescents in Depok. The design of this research is quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is 81 students in Depok. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. Data are analyzed using Chi-Square test. The hospitalization is a full of stress experience both for children and for parents. The intervention of parent is needed to minimize the impact of hospitalization. Goal: this study aimed to analyze the relationship between the intervention of the parents and the impact of hospitalization on children of preschool-age who were treated in kid room of Saint Theresa Saint Elizabeth Hospital Medan. Method:The method used in this research is descriptive analytic research with cross sectional approach, the total sample were 40 people were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires intervention of parents and the impact of hospitalization compiled by Abdulbaki (2011) and later modified by the researcher, then re-tested for validity and reliability. The study was conducted early August until the end of October 2015. Result:The results of the analysis using Chi Square Test showed statistically significant correlation between the participation of parents with the impact of hospitalization on preschoolers with value 0:02 p values (p <0.05). This study founded 62.5% the intervention of parents was good and 60% of hospitalization impact on preschoolers was light. Conclusion:This study provides information that parents need to enhance their intervention of parents in caring for preschool children in order to minimize the impact of hospitalization on children.

Background. Traffic accidents are a public health problem in the world, and the main cause of head injury cases with the main contributor is motorcycle riders. The use of helmets on motorcycle riders can reduce the risk of head injury, by reducing the impact force on the head. Objective. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the use of helmet and the degree of head injury due to a traffic accidents on motorcyclists at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang in 2016-2017. Methods. This study was an analytic study with cross sectional design.The sample was conducted by probability sampling technique using random sampling with 93 samples. Data were obtained from medical records of head injury patients who suffered traffic accidents using motorcycle and treated at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang in 2016-2017. Data were analyzed using chi square test. Results. The results showed man (67,7%), did not use helmet (72%), and most types of head injuries are severe head injuries (50,5%. There was a significant relationship between the use of helmets with the degree of head injury due to traffic accidents on motorcycle riders (p=0,002). Conclusion. There was a relationship between the use of helmets on motorcycle riders with the degree of head injury due to traffic accidents. Keyword : Traffic acidents, head injury, helmet

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

Background: The knowledge of pregnant women about cosmetics' dangers is still shallow; this is because pregnant women mostly have never consulted a dermatologist regarding the cosmetic products they use. Aim: This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream. Method: This research applied an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study samples were 40 pregnant women taken from a population of 44 pregnant women who used facial cream with Slovin formula and a purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used questionnaires. Results: Data analyzed by the Chi-Square test showed bivariate results (ρ = 0.001) <0.05 indicating that there were relationships between 2 variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, there was a relationship between maternal knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream in the Bre Village of Palibelo Primary Health Center in 2017. Diarrhea is a symptom of infection in the intestinal tract with the second death rate in the world in children under five years of age. Risk factors for the incidence of diarrhea in children under five are host factors that increase susceptibility to diarrhea, not giving exclusive breastfeeding (ASI), not giving breastfeeding for 2 years, malnutrition, measles and immunodeficiency. Breastfeeding (ASI) contains the best nutrients that match the needs of the baby and exclusive breastfeeding is carried out from birth to the first six months without any additional food or drink. Several studies have shown that the immunity content of breastfeeding is able to coat the gastrointestinal mucosa and protect the digestive tract from incoming pathogens. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in children aged 6-24 months at Puskesmas Aek Parombunan, Sibolga Selatan in 2019. The research design used was observational analytic cross-sectional with the criteria for the research sample of toddlers aged 6-24 months. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. The research instrument was a medical record and data analysis used the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, there was a relation between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.

    Breast milk contains substance known as IgA for the defense system in digestive tract against infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and working mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in Sidomulyo, Stabat. The type of research used is a descriptive analytic survey using a cross sectional study. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 150 as population and 30 people is involved as the research sample.  The data analysis applied chi square test to determine the relationship between two variables. The results of this study revealed that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breast feeding with a significant level (ɑ) = 5% (0.05) and df = 2, the result is value = 0.026 at df = 2 where sig <ɑ (0.026 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  Therefore, mothers are advised to continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies even though they work by storing breast milk in the refrigerator.

<p>Data of community practices in 2013 at the Argomulyo village known that total of reproductive age couples were 900 couples and 533 couples (59,22%) following family planning (FP). The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between the education level of reproductive age couples with FP participation and selection of contraceptives on reproductive age couples in the Argomulyo village, Sedayu, Bantul Yogyakarta. The study design was observational analytic with the cross sectional. The total population of reproductive age couples in hamlet of Kemusuk Kidul, Karang lo, Pedes, Surobayan, Kali Berot in the Argomulyo village, Sedayu Bantul were 916 couples. Samples were selected by total sampling technique which consisted of 907 couples and 9 couples included in the exclusion criteria. Data analysis was done by chi-square test. The results showed that 610 couples (67,3%) was following FP and 297 couples (32,7%) not following FP programs. The results of chi-square x2 of wife participation was 3,658 and selection of contraceptives was 50,194, x2 of husband participation was 0,926 and selection of contraceptives was 53,862. In conclusion, there was no relationship between the education level of reproductive age couples with FP participation and there was a relationship between the education level of reproductive age couples with selection of contraceptives in Argomulyo village, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta.</p>

Background: Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, decreased level of vigilance, decreased physical performance, decreased work motivation and ultimately can reduce one's productivity. The working period is knowledge or skills that someone has known and controlled as a result of an act or job that has been carried out for a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work tenure and subjective work fatigue in inpatient nurses at dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. Subjects and Methods: This study was a type of analytic survey with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. The population is nurses. Sampling used a total sampling technique of 128 nurses. The independent variable in this study is tenure. The dependent variable in this study is subjective work fatigue. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is chi square, which is to test whether there is a relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results: This study showed that most of the nurses experienced subjective work fatigue with the moderate category as many as 65 nurses (50.7%) and had a service life of> 10 years as many as 84 (65.6%). The results of the chi square test showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between years of service (p = 035). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a statistically significant relationship between tenure and subjective work fatigue in inpatient nurses at RSUD Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. The relationship between pre-menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Menopause women have increasing blood pressure is higher than pre-menopause women, it caused by decreasing of hormonal levels. Initial data showed in February 2015 in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village was obtained 6 out of 10 women or 60% women had symptoms of hypertension in pre- menopause women. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between pre- menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo.It use analytic design, with cross sectional approach. The population were 61 women. The sample were 52 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was the incidence of hypertension and the dependent variable was the incidence of pre-menopause. Data were collected by using check list. Analyzed by chi square test ( α = 0.05 ) . Study results showed almost all pre–menopause women and most women them had hypertension. Results test ρ = 0.001 < α = 0.05. so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The conclusion of this study is there is relationship between Pre-menopause with incidence of hypertension In women In RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Suggested for women to understand and have knowledge about the signs of pre-menopause and the incidence of hypertension and Health staff to provide information to the women about the signs of pre-menopause and hypertension .
