The period of transition from class teaching to subject teaching is marked by changes that greatly affect students. The aim of the paper is to analyze the potential causes that lead to learning difficulties in the transition from class teaching to subject teaching. The goal is achieved at the theoretical level, applying the method of theoretical analysis and content analysis technique. Because of the pre-puberty and puberty period that they are in, students are in a phase of intense growth and development where they are more easily fatigued; their attention is short-lived, which often leads to clumsiness in performing activities and solving tasks. The analysis of the results of the research so far indicates that the fifth grade students are achieving lower school success compared to the previous four years of schooling. The causes of many difficulties that occur in the fifth grade are: the volume and difficulty of the teaching material, the difference in the criteria of students’ assessment, the problem of adaptation to changes in work, the adaptation of teaching procedures to the age of students. The pedagogical implications of this paper are reflected in the identification of causes and their prevention in order to ensure the best possible adaptation of students to new changes.

This study aims to identify problems in learning science at home during the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in fifth grade students at SDN Peterongan in the 2019/2020 school year. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data sources of this study were all fifth grade students, parents, and fifth grade teachers. The data collection technique was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data validity test used in this study was technical triangulation and source triangulation. Data were analyzed using the data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that student learning problems occur due to lack of interest and motivation of students and students have difficulty understanding concepts. Only 36% of students showed interest in online science learning, and 70% of students had difficulty understanding concepts. The problems that occur are caused by several factors. Based on these factors, efforts that can be made to solve learning problems experienced by students are to increase students' interest and motivation by choosing learning methods and media that make students interested and become more active, provide enrichment and remedial, and maintain communication with parents to monitor student learning difficulties at home.

The main problem in this research is to find out the design of valid teaching materials and the practicality of teaching materials. This research is a Research & Development (R&D) research method. To develop the product, this research uses a 4-D development model consisting of four stages, namely: (1) the defined phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the development phase, and (4) the disseminate stage. This research was conducted in class V of SD Negeri 1 Lalebbata Palopo, which acted as the subject of the study was the fifth-grade students totaling 25 people. Data collection techniques in this study are: observation, documentation, Questionnaire, and Validation. Analysis of the data used by the researcher was to test its validity by using the Aiken's formula and for analyzing student questionnaire response data and observations using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the integrated religious neuroscience-based teaching material is said to be valid by three validators with several revisions so that it can be said to be valid and can be tested, then this teaching material can be said to be interesting because the results from the questionnaire responses of 20 students tend to agree with teaching material developed. Thus this research needs to be socialized so that it can become a consideration of teachers in schools in improving students' writing skills.

The position of Indonesian Language subjects in the 2013 Curriculum is an intermittent interrelation of other subjects in the learning process, in addition to that the Indonesian language material is currently oriented based on text. The purpose of developing teaching materials is to form modules to produce module teaching materials based on local wisdom in writing narrative essays for fifth grade students to find out the level of feasibility of the modules developed in writing local narrative essay writing materials. This type of research is development research or research and development. An interesting development in the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). However, this development only reached implementation, and the completion was not carried out due to time and cost limitations. Implementation was carried out in one of the elementary schools with a subject of 28 students. The technique of collecting data in this study used a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive percentages. The results of the module validation by subject matter and learning experts consisted of 89% content eligibility aspects, 87% linguistic aspects, and 82% presentation aspects. Meanwhile, media experts released products with 83% teaching aspect, 81% picture / graphic aspect and 82% visual aspect. The limited trial results received a positive response of 98.25% so that the module is very feasible to use as teaching material. Teaching material based development modules based on local wisdom among students become an innovation in developing narrative writing skills
