Cross-interest is a program that aims to expand and develop students' interests, talents and abilities by selecting subjects outside the specialization program group. The cross-interest program has been implemented for several years in Indonesia, but there is still very little evaluation of the implementation of this program, especially across physics interests. For the implementation of cross-interest physics to be more optimal, research related to cross-interest program evaluation in physics is needed. This study aims to evaluate cross-interest programs in physics and identify obstacles in its implementation hence the solutions can be formulated. This study involved 203 social science students as respondents from schools which implementing cross-interest physics programs. This type of research uses evaluative research with qualitative descriptive methods, where data collection is compiled using questionnaires and interviews which are conducted online. The results of this study indicate that there are still several obstacles in the implementation of cross-interest classes in physics, including the inadequacy of class grouping across interests with student interests, lack of teacher teaching hours, and lack of participation and enthusiasm of cross-interest class students compared to specialization class students. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the cross-interest program in physics is still below expectation. Through the results of this research, it is presented an evaluation material and become a consideration for the relevant parties in charge of implementing the cross-interest physics program subsequently there will be improvements in the implementation of cross-interest physics program purposefully.

This study aims to describe the suitability of the RPP with the Learning Implementation Process, the suitability of the RPP made by teachers with the 2013 Curriculum, and the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the RPP. Data collection using, documentation, observation, interviews and then data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the percentage of completeness of the RPP components of Vocational High School Business Management in Padang with the Curriculum Component of the 2013 RPP is 97.01%, the percentage of the suitability of the RPP with the implementation of learning is 27.7%, 27.8%, 30.4%,36 , 2% and 41.7%. this means that the teacher is not competent in carrying out the lesson plans when implementing learning in the classroom. The obstacles faced by teachers are lack of time, IT like Infocus is also inadequate in schools and lack of source books.Keywords: learning implementation plan, learning implementation process, curriculum 2013

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

Walang Jati Kencono batik motif has been certified industrial design rights obtained by gunungkidul district government used as uniform fabric of school students from paud, elementary, junior high, and high school/ vocational school level that must be produced by the batik craftsman community in Gunungkidul. Walang Jati Kencono batik motif is also the uniform of officials in Gunungkidul Regency. Since the enactation of this motif into gunungkidul batik character continues to undergo changes and developments, both in shape, technique, and coloring results. The purpose of this research is to know the source of the idea of the form, and the development of batik walang in Gunungkidul seen from the beginning was created until now used by gunungkidul people even outside people who are interested in the motif of batik walang. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods, with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, then the research instruments are the researchers themselves assisted by observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Validity of data with triangulation and persistence of observation, while data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results found from this study are: (1) Knowing the idea of the shape and development of Walang Jati Kencono batik motifs that are programmed as a characteristic uniform for students in Gunungkidul and strengthening local batik in order to drive the growth and empowerment of batik industry in Gunungkidul.  Keywords: Batik, Motif  Walang Jati Kencono, Gunungkidul, Craftsman

AbstractThis study aims to describe the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected from 10 economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation and field notes / log books to see intellectual capital and social capital developed by economics teachers to improve the quality of graduates, and data collection instruments in the form: interviews to teachers about the social capital they develop and interviews with students and principals as a cross check data. It also observes the activities of teachers in developing social capital. The results showed that the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak State High School includes Trust through the activities of teachers building mutual trust with their students in race activities. Keywords: Social Capital of Economic Teachers AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Selain itu juga melakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan guru dalam mengembangkan modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Pontianak meliputi Trust melalui kegiatan guru-guru membangun rasa saling percaya dengan para siswanya dalam kegiatan perlombaan.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial Guru Ekonomi

This article discussed the limited problems namely: lack of the ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI of even semester students at Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the ability identifying intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI students of SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, namely by identifying students' abilities in determining intrinsic elements of drama texts in accordance with indicators such as themes, mandate, plot/plot, character/ characterization, setting/setting, perspective, language style. In this study, 30 samples from 150 existing populations were determined and random sampling was taken. Based on the results of research was conducted by the author through data collection techniques using test techniques, namely students were given the task of drama text and determine intrinsic elements, that the level of students ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama text of XI grade students of Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung as a whole can be said to be very good with indicators as follows: (1) determining the theme in the criteria is very well, (2) determining the mandate in the criteria is very well, (3) determining the flow in the criteria is very well, (4) determining  the character / characterization in the criteria is very well, (5) determining the setting is in good criteria, (6) determining the point of view is in sufficient criteria, (7) determining the style of language is in sufficient criteria.

Misconceptions can be in the form of initial concepts, mistakes, incorrect relationships between concepts, intuitive ideas or naive views. From the explanation that has been described misconception is interpreted as an initial concept owned by students that is not in accordance with the generally accepted explanation as a result of the experience constructed by students. Misconception can also be called an alternative concept. This study aims to determine the misconceptions of Class X students of Natural Sciences 2 of SMA Negeri 1 Remboken on atomic structure material. Data collection uses questions in the form of a two-tier diagnostic test, which was tested on 20 students. From the results of the study concluded that students who understood the concept of 82.75%, and students who experienced misconceptions as much as 11.25% while students who did not understand the concept of 6% in the Atomic Structure material.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil karya poster ditinjau dari warna, tipografi dan komposisi siswa kelas X SMK Multimedia deli tua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Multimedia Istiqlal Deli Tua yang terdiri dari 4 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 140 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling (acak kelas), maka diperoleh sampel berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitiatif dan diwujudkan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil karya poster ditinjau dari warna, tipografi, dan komposisi baik. Dari kategori di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil kemampuan siswa dalam membuat karya poster tergolong baik.Kata Kunci: analisis, warna, tipografi.AbstractThis study aims to determine the results of the poster's work in terms of color, typography and composition of all students' class X vocational high school multimedia deli tua. The population in this study were all students of class x vocational high school multimedia istiqlal Deli Tua which consisted of 4 classes with a total of 140 students.  The sample in this study was taken by using cluster random sampling technique (random class), then the sample obtained was 20 people. data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and represented in the form of a table. The results of the research findings indicate that the poster works in terms of color, typography, and composition was good. From the categories above , it can be concluded that the results of students' abilities in making poster work are classified as good.Keywords: analysis, color, typography.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan unsur realis yang terdapat pada patung Dr. I L Nommensen yang ada di taman wisata salib kasih tarutung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data mengenai analisis realis patung dilakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang dianalisis berdasarkan unsur realis patung, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah patung Nommensen yang berada di taman wisata salib kasih desa peatolong kecamatan siatas barita Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa gaya realis patung Nommensen di taman wisata salib kasih tidak sesuai dengan proporsi wajah,tangan, dan kaki. Proporsi patung tidak sesuai dengan 8 kali ukran kepala. Wujud dari patung Dr. I L Nommensen tidak sesuai dengan wujud Nommensen yang sebenarnya.  Kata Kunci: patung, realis, nommensen, salib, tarutung.AbstractThis study aims to describe the realist elements found in the statue of Dr. I L Nommensen who is in the crossing tourist park gave tarutung by using a qualitative descriptive research method. To obtain data on the realist analysis of sculptures, data collection using instruments was analyzed based on the realist elements of sculpture, observation, documentation and interviews. The subject of this study was the statue of Nommensen which was in the crossing tourist park of the village of Peatolong, Subdistrict Siatas Barita, North Tapanuli Regency. The results of the study explained that the realist style of Nommensen's statue in the tourist park of the cross of love did not match the proportions of the face, hands, and  feets. The proportion of the statue does not correspond to 8 times the head size. The form of the statue of Dr. I L Nommensen did not match Nommensen's true form. <p><em>This study aimed to evaluate semester credit system program in SMA Negeri 1 Salatiga. This </em><em>study</em><em> </em><em>was as</em><em> evaluation</em><em> research</em><em> by using CIPP models (Context, Input, Process, and Product) along with qualitative descriptive approach. </em><em>T</em><em>his </em><em>data</em><em> collecte</em><em>d by</em><em> interviews, documentations and observation. </em><em>The</em><em> </em><em>data</em><em> were analyzed by applying Miles and Huberman theory in Sugiyono (2013:95) that consisted of data collection; data reduction; data display; and conclusions. </em><em>T</em><em>his study </em><em>use</em><em> triangulation</em><em> technique</em><em> to test the validity</em><em> of data</em><em>. </em><em>The</em><em> result showed that: 1) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in context</em><em> evaluation</em><em> based on the needs of learners possess special smart categories; 2) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in input</em><em> evauation</em><em> include the plan, mechanism implementation, teachers, learners, finance, infrastructure, and schedule are valued as sufficient; 3) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation </em><em>in</em><em> process</em><em> evaluation</em><em> have been carried out as planned program although there are still some obstacles, but have been already handled well; 4) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in terms of the results </em><em>were</em><em> in accordance with the original purpose of the program, that </em><em>was</em><em> to facilitate learners with smart category Outstanding in order to complete their high school studies only for 2 years.</em><em></em></p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi ekstrakurikuler atletik nomor lompat jauh pada sekolah menengah pertama negeri kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 pembina, 3 pelatih, dan 58 siswa ekstrakurikuler atletik sekolah menengah pertama negeri kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan pengamatan (observasi), angket (kuesioner), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara bebas dan angket meggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini diambil dari hasil angket dari siswa ekstrakurikuler atletik berjumlah 58 siswa, maka di peroleh hasil angket kategori Manajemen Sebesar 58%, Sarana dan Prasarana 59,41%, Pelatih yang Kompeten 70,03%, Motivasi 64,58%, dan Prestasi sebesar 42,2%,dan dari semua hasil angket diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 58,84%. Dan berada pada klasifikasi 40-60% dalam kategori kurang baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi ekstrakurikuler atletik nomor lompat jauh pada sekolah menengah pertama negeri kota Bengkulu belum maksimal.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Ekstrakurikuler, Atletik, Lompat JauhAbstractThis study aims to determine the implemention of extracurricular athletic long jump numbers in the junior high school of the city of Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were 3 coaches, 3 trainers and 58 athletic ekstracurricular stundents at the Bengkulu city junior high school. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation. The instruments used were free intervies and questionnaires using a likert scale. The results of this study were taken from the result of questionnaires from athletic extracurricular stundents totaling 58 stundents, then the result of the management category questionnaire were 58%, facilities and infrastructure 59.41%, competent coach 70,03%, motivation 64.58%, and achievements. and from all questionnaire results obtained an average of 58,84%. And is in a classification of 40-60% in the bad category. So that it can be concluded that the implementation of extracurricular athletics in the long jump number in the junior high school of the city of Bengkulu is not maximal.Keywords: Implementasion, Extracurricular, Athletic, Long Jump
