Research aims to explain leadership in the Old Testament to find out ideally and pragmatically spiritual leadership has essential philosophical principles and in the pragmatic level the leadership is manifested in the light of philosophical principles with a theological ethical nuance. This attitude needs to be emphasized by noting that a Christian leader is an individual who has been redeemed by God, by whom he must be sure that he is called by God to assume the responsibility given. In writing this scientific paper, the writer uses the research method namely: The author obtains data through library research that is the writing books and lecture dictates. Based on the entire discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, the Leader gives influence. This means that a church or organization without a leader will not produce an order of values and good results. Second, the leadership model. This means that there are several leadership models that can be applied in church leadership and leadership in non-Christian institutions. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepemimpinan dalam Perjanjian Lama untuk mengetahui secara idealis maupun pragmatis kepemimpinan rohani itu memiliki prinsip-prinsip filosofis yang esensial dan dalam tataran pragmatis kepemimpinan itu diwujudkan dalam terang prinsip-prinsip filosofis yang bernuansa etis teologis. Sikap ini perlu dipertegas dengan memperhatikan bahwa seorang pemimpin Kristen adalah seorang individu yang telah ditebus Allah, yang olehnya ia harus yakin bahwa ia terpanggil Allah untuk memangku tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu: Penulis memperoleh data melalui penelitian kepustakaan yaitu buku-buku penulisan serta diktat-diktat perkuliahan. Berdasarkan seluruh pembahasan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, Pemimpin itumemberikan pengaruh. Artinya gereja atau organisasi tanpa pemimpin tidak akan menghasilkan tatanan nilai dan hasil yang baik. Kedua, model kepemimpinan. Artinya ada beberapa model kepemimpinan yang bisa diterapkan dalam kepemimpinan gereja dan kepemimpinan pada lembaga-lembaga non-Kristen.

This article discusses the model of spiritual leadership of elementary school teachers in the character formation of students, which teacher leadership in the classroom influences whether or not the character possessed by the students. The research method usedlibrary reserarch. Library research is a research conducted by researchers by collecting a number of books, magazines, leaflets pertaining with problems and research objectives. The findings in the research of spiritual leadership applied by elementary school teachers in leading the students, teachers always lead by using heart with the charactheristic are taqwa, tawakal and tawadhu (3T). So, the studentswill have a good character.

Abstract: As the times grew, leadership began to decline and crisis. This leadership crisis is also inseparable from the church environment. Speaking of leadership in the church is seen from the point of view of the Bible, inseparable from the Great person of Jesus Christ. This paper discusses Jesus' leadership model focusing on the Gospel of John. The author formulates the following problem: : What is the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know and explain the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church. This study uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach which this method considers that the data collected to be the key to what is studied. The data the author observes is the Gospel of John, literature such as books and journal articles on leadership. The model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John is Jesus as the Leader of the sheep, Jesus as the Ministering Leader, and Jesus discipleship and send. An example for the local church leadership model is to put self-integrity first, lead holistically, and implement a discipleship model. The local church leadership model reflecting Jesus' leadership model in the Gospel of John is expected to be a learning experience for leaders in the local church. Keyword: model, the leadership of Jesus, the local church, the example.   Abstrak: Semakin berkembangnya zaman, kepemimpinan mulai merosot dan mengalami krisis. Krisis kepemimpinan ini pun juga tidak terlepas dari lingkungan gereja. Berbicara mengenai kepemimpinan dalam gereja dilihat dari sudut pandang Alkitab, tidak terlepas dari pribadi yang Agung yaitu Yesus Kristus. Penulisan ini membahas tentang model kepemimpinan Yesus yang berfokus pada Injil Yohanes. Penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: : Bagaimana model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal? Adapun tujuan penulisan dari karya ilmiah ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana metode ini memandang bahwa data yang dikumpulkan menjadi kunci terhadap apa yang diteliti. Data yang penulis amati ialah kitab Injil Yohanes, literatur-literatur seperti buku dan artikel jurnal tentang kepemimpinan. Adapun model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes ialah Yesus sebagai Pemimpin domba-domba, Yesus sebagai Pemimpin yang melayani, dan Yesus memuridkan dan mengutus. Teladan bagi model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yaitu mengutamakan integritas diri, memimpin secara holistik, dan menerapkan model discipleship. Model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yang bercermin dari model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes diharapkan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi para pemimpin di gereja lokal. Kata kunci: model, kepemimpinan Yesus, gereja lokal, teladan.

The Research  on Buyer Legal Protection in the sale and purchase agreement through an electronic system aims to find out how the validity of the sale agreement through an electronic system and how the form of legal protection of buyers for losses due to damage to goods purchased through an electronic. By the agreement between the seller and the buyer in the sale and purchase agreement, they have the rights and obligations. This research method use Library Research Method and the research carried out in the library, where data is obtained from availeble data by reading, studying books, laws and relations, magazines, scientific paper, legal dictionaries and so on. Based on the method used, the results of this study indicate that the validity of the sale and purchaseagreement through an electronic system still considers the validity of the agreement as Article 1230 KUHP of the Civil Code, namely agreement of both parties, where both parties are capable in doing legal action and cause-effect which is lawfull. Buyer’s legal protection for losses due to damage to goods purchased through electronic systems is preventive protection and repressive protection, the buyerwho suffered the loss ca sue for loss or claim the replacement of the damaged goods with goods of the same brand.

Abstract: Secular leadership is not the same as leadership inherited from the Lord Jesus. The leadership of Jesus is a historical and inspiring leadership model for every Christian leader from time to time. The superiority of Jesus' leadership model stems from the communication of the Father's vision to his followers with a touch of compassion which is the basis of His leadership.In this study the authors used qualitative methods. While the data collection process, the method approach used is literature study. Through a series of research conducted, there are various leadership models that are found, but the Christ leadership model provides superior characteristics and models, especially in times of crisis like today.Keywords: Leadership, Jesus, Christian.Abstrak: Kepemimpinan sekuler tidak sama dengan kepemimpinan yang diwariskan oleh Tuhan Yesus. Kepemimpinan Yesus di dunia merupakan model kepemimpinan yang  bersejarah dan menginspirasi bagi setiap pemimpin Kristen dari zaman ke zaman. Keunggulan model kepemimpinan Yesus bertolak dari komunikasi visi Bapa kepada para pengikut dengan sentuhan belaskasihan yang menjadi dasar kepemimpinan-Nya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sementara proses pengumpulan data, pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Melalui serangkaian penelitan yang dilakukan, terdapat beragam model kepemimpinan yang dijumpai, namun model kepemimpinan Kristus memberikan ciri dan model yang unggul, terutama dalam masa-masa krisis seperti saat ini.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Yesus, Kristen.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

Toward leadership crisis that crashed the nation of Indonesia, one of thefactors contributors come from universities, concerning Higher Education is anursery area of society and the national leaders. To overcome the crisis, it needed torepair the leadership models that are able to change and improve social and nationallife. The mandate of the university is shaping and sharpening thinking of thelecturers, students, and alumni to always siding, thinking and acting for the benefitand improvement of the surrounding communities. One alternative models ofleadership that are relevant to college is spiritual leadership.Spiritual leadership has been tested and researched by Louis W. Fry ( 2003)along with the comrades in the context of different organizations and the resultsshow the possibility of the application of this theoretical model for various types oforganizations. According to Fry spiritual leadership is the incorporation of thenecessary values, attitudes and behaviors to motivate intrinsically oneselves andothers to be such a way so that they have a sense of spiritual defense through the callof duty and membership.Spiritual leadership model is studied by the author in STAIN Purwokerto, asIslamic educational institutions which incidentally has been practicing spiritualvalues in their environment. The study was conducted using qualitative research andcase study approach.Spiritual leadership in STAIN Purwokerto is constructed based on threeimportant things: First, the existence of spiritual values that were held by leaders andserve as an ideology or belief to motivate himself and others. Spiritual values arevalues such are togetherness, belief or determination, and obeying the rules. Second,building tradition of spiritual leadership that is reflected in the actions taken byleaders in achieving the vision to be achieved by STAIN Purwokerto. The habitualprocess is done by sticking to spiritual values carried. Then it is implemented byissuing flagship programs supported by strategic policies carried out intensively sothat it becomes a regular agenda of the academic community and staff as well as toproduce a healthy organizational culture and quality. Third, organizational culture isfostered by building a dynamic atmosphere, full of family-like-feeling, cooperation,open and respectful in terms of spiritual, intellectual and professional. The efforts aremade from simple things and daily life by providing deep meaning so that it can beused as a driver towards the direction of progress .

This paper aims at considering the well-known triad of What? How? Why? somewhat anew by suggesting looking at transformational leadership for successful human resources management through the lens of coaching core competencies as the key soft skill. Arising as the strategic approach to the effective management of people, well-thought human resources management that rests on a leadership model definitely enables management of a company or organization to move ahead of the curve and gain a firm foothold in the job market. The transformational leadership model fits the framework of the research and links to the contrastive line between management and leadership.It is emphasized that management processes focus on (i) maintaining and (ii) improving performance at work, on the one hand, and on the other, unlike management, the transformational leadership model focuses on the benefits of visionary thinking and bringing about change. Following the goal in the subject matter associated with successful HR management, the Golden Circle of What? How? Why?introduced by Simon Sinek finds its way in the description analysis. The Why? sectionopens the idea for successful HR managementto move further to What?section and is accompanied with How? section in the end. The final part of the findings embodies 11 current core competencies of coaching, which illustrate how the ways of implementing the soft skills in workplace may increase HR performance, enhance seamless communication among employees and management, drive change and welcome innovation.The four objectives for successful HR management: (i) drive change within a company or organization, (ii) encourage and motivate people for personal and corporate growth and development, (iii) employ innovation including modern technologies, and (iv) lead by example, correspond to the four cornerstones in the framework for successful company or organization management via transformational leadership. They are: (i) create an inspire vision of the future for the company’s (organization’s) employees, (ii) motivate the staff to live by and deliver the vision, (iii) manage delivery of the vision, (iv) attract and retain high-class professionals and young talents, build up strong and competitive teams, create and grow ever-stronger, trust-based relationships with the employees. The toolkit of ways, techniques and approaches may derive from the current core competencies in coaching that can be groupedsimilarly to the ICF ones as follows: (i) foundation, (ii) co-creating the relationship, (iii) communicating effectively, and (iv) cultivating learning and growth.

This article advocates that research is lacking on the connection between leadership theory and social network theory. To date, little empirical research has been conducted on leadership and social networks. Thus, the proposition of this article goes beyond traditional leadership models to advocate for a fuller and more integrative focus that is multilevel, multi-component and interdisciplinary, while recognizing that leadership is a complex function of both the organisational leaders and the followers who perform tasks, all of which subsequently leads to decision making qualities. Indeed, the current leadership model focuses on leadership behaviour and the ability to gain followers mutuality, to achieve decision making quality involving the integration of leadership and social network theories. Given the apparent mutable palette of contemporary leadership theory, this emergent construct of the leadership paradigm can expand the poles of the leadership continuum and contribute to a richer and deeper understanding of the relationships and responsibilities of leaders and followers as they relate to decision making qualities. This new construct, which is termed prophetic leadership, explores the literature of the life experiences of the prophet in the ‘Abrahamic Faith’ religion. Drawing on a priori links between the personality trait and spiritual leadership that has recently garnered the interest of scholars, the present study asserts a normative leadership theory that links the personal quality of a leader, posture and principal (based on the Prophet’s leadership behaviour) to synergy and decision making quality. Altruism is proposed to enhance relationships between leadership behaviour and decision making quality. For future research, much work needs to be done specifically aiming to (a) achieve greater clarity of construct definitions, (b) address measurement issues, and (c) avoid construct redundancy.
