The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of teachers' responsibility to classroom teachers' discipline. This type of research was quantitative correlational research. The population was six teachers at the State Elementary School of 012 Parit 7 Sungai Pinggan, Batang Tuaka District. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of the study indicated that there was a positive, and significant relationship between teachers' responsibility and classroom teachers' discipline. Through data analysis on the two variables, the output of the correlation coefficient was 0.582, meaning that the level of strength of the relationship between the teachers' responsibility and teachers' discipline was 0.582 or moderately strong. It means that the relationship (correlation) was significant at a significance value of 0.05. Thus, there was a positive and significant relationship between the teachers' responsibility to the classroom teachers' discipline in teaching.

This study discusses the relationship of creativity with the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. This study aims to determine the creativity of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. To find out the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. To find out the relationship between creativity with the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is a correlational study using a bivariate correlational research design. The results of the study stated that students' learning creativity in general was in the medium category with a percentage of 69.24%. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the creativity of students in grade III SDN Karang Tengah 7 in the academic year 2019-2020.

One of the basic things that affect the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties is self-concept. Self-concept is all ideas, thoughts, beliefs and convictions that individuals know about themselves and influence individuals in dealing with others. An important factor in self-concept is that self-concepts are learned through individual experiences and interactions with others. In addition, self-concept is a critical and basic aspect of the formation of individual behavior, developing rapidly and together with the development of speech. There is a positive and significant relationship between the self-concept of teachers in the State of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tebing Tinggi with the performance of teachers at the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tebing Tinggi. This means that the higher and positive self-concept, the higher and positive the performance of teachers in State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tebing Tinggi by providing an effective contribution of 28.7%. This means that the variation that occurred in the teacher's self-concept variable Tebing Tinggi State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was 28.7% predictable in improving the performance of teachers at State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tebing Tinggi. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of teachers at State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tebing Tinggi. This means that the higher and positive job satisfaction of teachers at State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tebing Tinggi city, the higher and positive the performance of teachers in State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tebing Tinggi by making an effective contribution of 32%.

 This research is motivated by the number of teenagers  in South Bungus Village shows behavior that is less good, which is suspected because of the way early married parents that has not seen the emotional stability in educational communication and behave in front of teenagers. This study aims to reveal the educational communication early married parents with teenagers, well behavior in early married parents, and the relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents. This study used correlational research with population of all teenagers of early married parents in South Bungus  Padang City by using Area Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, data collection tool questionnaire with percentage data analysis using Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both variables. The results showed that educational communication of early married parents applied to teenagers is categorized low that can be seen from the highest score found in the scores rarely, the behavior of adolescent propriety in early married parents categorized low seen from the highest score is on the score rarely, and there is a significant relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents in South Bungus Padang City. Suggestions for this research is to parents who marry early to be better communicate at the time of educating children so that they can behave well and politely later.Keywords: Educational Communication, Teenagers well Behavior

The role of parents is very big for the development of their children. Parental care for children affects the personality of the child in adulthood. The lack of development of the character of responsibility for children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency is suspected to be one of the causes because in this area many parents of children have a background of getting married at a young age. So that they are not yet mature in educating their children. This study aims to determine the relationship of child care in young married families with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District. This research belongs to a quantitative type of correlational research. Parents who are married at a young age who have children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, totaling 26 people, the sample of this study took 19 parents with the sample technique. purposive sampling. Data analysis using Spearman rho test. Based on the results of the research, the description of child care in young married families in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District is categorized as less accomplished , the description of the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years is categorized as less developed and there is a relationship of childcare in families who marry young with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District. This study sought to determine the influence of grammar and vocabularies mastery on the  students ability of  translate in the Kudus Islamic University. The approach articles used in this study is a quantitative approach because researchers wanted to test the hypothesis that shaped assosiative hypothesis (is the hypothesis that asks a relationship between two or more variables). This approach is said to be a quantitative approach because the existing data in the form of numbers and statistics used in analyzing it. Meanwhile, the method used is research Correlation, because the correlation study researchers wanted to uncover the relationship of variations in the correlation coefficient. The results of this research are: 1) the effect of gramatikan mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as 0.4925 rhitung score greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant correlation while the coefficient of determination between X1 and Y of 24.25303%. 2) the effect of vocabulary mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as a score of 0.605 rhitung greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant relationship coefficient of determination between X2 and Y amounted to 36.62499%, 3) The calculation Ry.X1X2 0.589, ryx1 0.492 and 0.605 ryx2 greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows that there is a relationship multi positive correlation between mastery of vocabulary and grammatical to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University and acceptance of the hypothesis.

School children are the nation's next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resources from an early age. Providing good nutrition, will affect the growth and development of a child. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The type of research used is quantitative research with a literature study design. The literature used is literature published from 2013 to 2020. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The results of data analysis showed that there were 3 research locations, namely in Java 60% (6 articles), Sulawesi 30% (3 articles), Kalimantan 10% (1 article). Using correlation research 50%, analytic survey research 20%, and 30% other research. Data analysis was made in univariate and bivariate ways. The variables used in each study were diet, breakfast, and learning achievement. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. So further research is expected to develop other factors that can affect student achievement.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021, dengan hipotesis terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif inferensial, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul yang berjumlah 86 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 65 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup sebanyak 31 item yang disusun oleh penulis berdasarkan indikator variabel sesuai teori ahli. Uji coba angket dilakukan kepada 21 siswa yang bukan responden penelitian, dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung  rtabel atau 0,612 0,244 dan uji signifikan hubungan diperoleh thitungttabel sebesar 6,148 2,000, dengan demikiandapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima .Katakunci : Hasil belajar, Kepercayaan diri Abstract This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII Sumbul, Dairi District, 2020/2021 Learning Year, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Regency. Dairi Academic Year 2020/2021. This study used an inferential descriptive quantitative approach, with a population of all students of class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul, totaling 86 people with a sample of 65 people. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 31 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. Questionnaire trials were conducted on 21 students who were not research respondents, and had tested their validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Dairi Regency 2020/2021 Learning Year with a correlation coefficient r count r table or 0.612 0.244 and a significant correlation test is obtained t count t table of 6, 148 2,000, thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Self-Confidence

Level moral development in early childhood in Kenagarian Lunang Barat, Kecamatan Lunang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan is still low category. This is allegedly due to the low attention give by parents. This study aims to reveal a picture of the attention given by parents to children, a picture of the level of early childhood moral development and the relationship between the two variables. This research is correlational research, with population and sampled are parent. Sampling with area random sampling technique. Tools for data collection used in the form of questionnaires and data analysis technique using the formula percentage and product moment formula. The results of the study include: (1) Attention given by the parents is still low category. (2) The level of early childhood moral development is still low category. (3) There is a significant relationship between the attention given to parents and the level of early childhood moral development. The suggestions in this study are that parents need to improve understanding, knowledge, and increase attention to children, so that children can show the good level of moral development.

This study aims to determine the relationship of the relationship between agility, flexibility, speed and coordination with dribbling skills in football games. This research is a descriptive correlational type of research. The study population was all male students of class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar with a total sample of 150 male students who were selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is a single correlation analysis technique and the correlation of four predators. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: There was a significant relationship between agility and dribbling skills in football, (ro = 0.508> rt = 0.220); There is a significant relationship between flexibility and dribbling skills in football, (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between speed and dribbling skills in football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between coordination with dribbling skills in the game of football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between agility, flexibility, speed and coordination with dribbling skills in football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195).

This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.
