As Covid 19 pandemic hits Indonesia, teaching-learning activities change dramatically. Learning from home becomes the only alternative in conducting distance education. From the earlier, this cyber pedagogy is assumed as an emergency step taken by the government. Consequently, teachers hold the learning process without clear objectives. Many complaints have occurred, and some improvements are proceeded to reinvent the quality of education. As a radical response toward the chaotic situation, this article is aimed at investigating two significant issues. The first is the requirement of mindset shift as the way to solve the cyber pedagogical problem. The second is the teachers' strategy in doing online learning. Theories about distance learning and quality are referred to as library research does. A descriptive qualitative approach was carried out, and in-depth interviews with parents, students, and teachers were taken. The result of the discussion is the mindset shift in teachers, parents, and stakeholders is required. The creative teachers who have good literacy in information technology are needed in running e-learning and conduct interactive learning from home.

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

Education plays a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources and is a process that is integrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources themselves. For this reason, the government implements School-Based Management which involves relevant stakeholders, especially the community. This study aims to find out and analyze the collaboration of the Committee (community) with the Head of Madrasa in terms of improving the quality of education at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, documentation, and observation. While the results of this study are the authors find that the Cooperation Committee and the Head of MAN in Banda Aceh City have been carried out in the form of partnerships that synergize and mutually understand the roles and functions of each institution in order to improve the quality of Madrasah education, this is clearly seen by the implementation of the boarding school program, student creativity activities, extracurricular activities and also academic achievement of students who continue to increase along with the increasing intensity of collaboration of the committee and the head of the Madrasah as a whole in all aspects that include learning activities, facilities, infrastructure, and technical education materially and non materially, so that it gives a significant influence on the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City.

Villages that are home to the majority of Indonesia's population have a variety of potentials, ranging from natural resources and human resources to state support. This large capital should make the village no longer haunted by problem of unindependence, poverty and unemployment that are still inherent in Indonesian villages. Village management in Indonesia is carried out using a self-governing community system that requires apparatus that has good capacity. On the other hand, the existence of village officials in Indonesia still does not have the capacity needed to organize the government to become an independent village. Therefore, it is necessary to do a legal political reconstruction to find a solution to the inequality of expectations of village regulation and the reality of the quality of village officials like this. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the type of library research by reviewing data related to villages in Indonesia. The results of this study revealed that only 7.29% in Jambi Province were independent villages, unqualified apparatus, poverty rate 9.43%, and unemployment rate of 4.000 peoples. This requires a solution through a series of solution policies so that the objectives of village regulation towards qualified village apparatus. Effort to overcome this problem, The Government of Merangin Regency held activities to increase the capacity of village officials through Workshop on Village Financial Management Systems Application (SISKEUDES) and the Provision of Village Technical Capacity Building (P2KTD).

It changes classroom dynamics also - An important outcome of e-learning is E content -The quality of education depends to great extent on the quality of teachers - The scores of the post test of experimental group (e-content in history) in PT design and the post test of experimental group (e-content in history) in PPT design are high. A curiculum as a teaching program of one of the instutions may have changed in accodance with the need of the society. In Indonesia, the government under the administration of the Ministry of National Education has made the changes of curriculum for several times, such as, KTSP 2006 (unit lesson-based curriculum) and Kurikulum berbasis karakter2013 (character-based curriculum).These changes are aimed at developing the quality of education in this country. This writing discusses the differences between KTSP 2006 and Kurikulum berbasis karakter 2013. Through the discussion, it is found that there are some differences between both of these curriculum in many aspects in lessons focused, methods applied, students’ achievement scale, and teaching learning goals.

Posyandu cadres are an important part of the program journey in Indonesia which has long been integrated into various programs. Including in the health program, cadres are the spearhead of community health activities based on community empowerment through Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu). The problem of Posyandu operational costs and economic cadres often become obstacles for developing Posyandu, so that the Posyandu productivity decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen entrepreneurship for Posyandu cadres to increase Posyandu funding while increasing the family economy. This study uses a qualitative approach to portray efforts to strengthen Posyandu through entrepreneurship in Posyandu cadres. Posyandu cadres are the main informants whose information is obtained through in-depth interviews, after which in-depth interviews with stakeholders will be conducted. The results showed that Posyandu cadres who have entrepreneurship are still active in running Posyandu and have good performance, and are classified as active cadres. Entrepreneurs that are being carried out by cadres are still individual and do not affect their performance as cadres, in fact entrepreneurs who are run a lot help posyandu activities, cadres can help household financing while helping Posyandu operations. Cadre business is going well because the government is strengthening cadres in training to improve the quality of entrepreneurship, then supported by licenses issued by the district. Business incubation also impacts cadre business.

Local autonomy that revolves in Indonesia has provided opportunities for villages to develop independent villages in accordance with the potential of the villages —in line with the Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 concerning Villages. The most common health problem in the rural areas and directly related to the quality of Indonesian human resources is stunting. For this reason, this study is intended to illustrate how the strategy of increasing the capacity of organizations and increasing the capacity of village officials in efforts to prevent stunting in villages. Besides the government, stunting prevention in Pandeglang also involves the private sector and academics. These sectors are directly involved in increasing village capacity to prevent stunting. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, observation, and study of documents related to the research topic. From the results of the study it was found that the ability of organizations in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, managing village funds, socialization and communication, partnerships, fostering village government and village communities, became the dominant factor in handling stunting in Pandeglang.

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of knowledge transfer in the education that can improve business in Bengkayang Regency. Information management is one of the things that must be faced by disadvantaged areas, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. Bengkayang Regency is one of the areas directly adjacent to Malaysia so that there are many cross-border businesses. In the era of this industrial revolution, the government has a 4.0 making Indonesia program, namely making Indonesia becomes the 10th largest economist in the world. One of the factors to improve is the quality of human resources. However, the quality of human resources in Bengkayang Regency was is very low due to the poor education quality. This research was conducted using a phenomenological qualitative method with observation and in-depth interviews. The informants were elementary school students studying in Year 4, 5, 6. They studied in the village of Tampe and 4 students in Shanti Bhuana (ISB) institute located in Bengkayang. The results showed that the quality of human resources was strongly influenced by the quality of education and the quality of education was strongly influenced by the knowledge transfer process implemented in schools
