This study examines the determination of rainfall-based agricultural insurance premium prices using the Black-Scholes model. The Black-Scholes model was originally used to determine the price of European-type options. The research method used is a literature study with secondary data collection. The data used in this study are rainfall data and rice production results in the city of Malang from 2015 to 2020. Based on the results and discussion, rainfall which is strongly correlated with rice production results is in quarter 2. The premium results obtained are different according to the desired percentile. In addition to percentiles, taking R_0 also affects the premium price. When R_0=322, the premium price tends to be cheaper than R_0=271.

The purpose of this study was to determine the management system to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage. Background underlying this study is the hallmark and uniqueness of Pura Tirta Empul. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with the source of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants using purposife sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used by the process of descriptive qualitative analysis conducted through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Management systems to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage in this study using POAC management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Results from this study is the strength of a leader or manager in executing management functions POAC management system as well as it has been implemented in Pura Tirta Empul. Good management of a positive impact on managers such as the number of tourists is increasing.   Keywords:system management, tourist attraction, heritage tourism

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin keuntungan setiap pelaku tata niaga perikanan, dan mencarikan model distribusi alternatif untuk perikanan tangkap laut di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif guna untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin pemasaran, dan penentuan model distribusi alternatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder, dan data primer yang di ambil langsung dari 93 nelayan, 50 pedagang pengecer, 35 pedagang sedang, dan 10 pedagang besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interview, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekurang-kurangnya terdapat tiga pola distribusi namun hanya ada dua pola yang paling dominan yaitu pola pertama: nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang besar ke pabrik atau pasar tradisional. Pola yang kedua yaitu nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran untuk Cumi-cumi tertinggi terjadi pada pedagang besar (21%), Pedagang sedang (8,6%), dan pedagang pengecer (5,7%). Udang tertinggi pada pedagang besar (13,7%), pedagang sedang (5%), pedagang pengecer (3,9%). Ikan Kembung tertinggi pada pedagang besar (31%), pedagang pengecer (11%), pedagang sedang (9%).     The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, profit margin of every fishery trading actors, and to find alternative distribution model for marine catch fishery in Kendal Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive approach in order to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, marketing margin, and the determination of alternative distribution model. The types of data are secondary data, and primary data taken directly from 93 fishermen, 50 retailers, 35 medium traders, and 10 wholesalers. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The result of this research is that there are at least three distribution patterns but there are only two most dominant patterns, namely the first pattern: fishermen to medium traders to wholesalers to factories or traditional markets. The second pattern is the fisherman to the merchant is to the retailer to the end consumer. The highest marketing margin for Squid occurred in wholesalers (21%), Traders (8.6%), and retailers (5.7%). The highest shrimp on wholesalers (13.7%), medium traders (5%), retailers (3.9%). The highest stocks were in big traders (31%), retailers (11%), traders (9%).

This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

The valuation of company is very important because provides information about the current value/situation of company, and through this, provide the opportunity of choosing the best company’s growth alternatives. The future strategic decisions are characterized by lack of knowledge, information, so all measures of company’s growth are closely linked with uncertainty and risk. The company’s valuation process is also related with uncertainty and risk. The risk may result both from the assessed assets and the technique used. In literature, we could find three approaches for risk management: capital budgeting based method, methods based on portfolio analysis and real options approach of risk management. Among them, the real options based methods is the most revolutionary approach for risk management. The advantages of the method, consists in the fact, that the process of establishing strategic decisions integrates the possibility of reversibility, delay and rejections, which isn’t it possible at two previous methods. The method also takes into account the total risk of company, so both the company-specific and systematic risk. In this study, I have used one of the best-known real option based method, the Black-Scholes model, for determining the option’s value. Determination of option value is based on the data of enterprise, which was tested Monte Carlo simulation. One of the basic assumptions of the Black-Scholes model is that the value of option is influenced by several factors. The sensitivity of option’s value could be carried out with so-called “Greeks”.. In the study the sensitivity analysis, was carried out with indicators Delta (Δ), Gamma (Γ) and Vega (ν). The real options based risk management determinations were performed in the R-statistics software system, and the used modules are 'fPortofio' and 'mc2d'. By using of real options method, I have calculated the average value of company capital equal with 38.79 million. By using simulation was carried out 1000 runs. The results of this show a relatively low standard deviation, small interquartile range and normal distribution. In the calculation of indicator Delta, could be concluded the value of company moves in 0.831 proportion to the price of options, the standard deviations of index is low, so the real option based method could be used with success in company’s value estimation. The Gamma index shows the enterprise value is sensitive just for large changes. The result of Vega reflects the value of option, so the company’s value volatility, which is small in this case, but this means a volatility of value. In summary, we can conclude that the call options pricing model, well suited for the determination of company’s value.

Istihsan is one of the ijtihad methods disputed by the scholars ushul fiqh, although in reality, all scholars use it practically. The establishment of the law by istihsan method is widely carried out by scholars among the Hanafiyyah and Malikiyyah so that in the history of ushul fiqh, the Hanafiyyah are known as the group that uses istihsan as one of the methods of istinbâth al-ahkâm (determination of the law). Imam Shafi'i is a cleric who rejects istihsan as a method of determining Islamic law. But in practice Imam Shafi'i also uses istihsan as a method of determining Islamic law. The science of ushul fikih has a significant role in contributing to the existence of Islamic law, especially in the field of Sharia economic law. Research method conducted based on normative juridical approach, The specification of research used is analytical descriptive, The type of data used in this research, namely secondary data, data collection method used is literature study and analysis of secondary data that is qualitative. The results showed that istihsan is one of the methods of istinbâth al-ahkâm, which can be used as an argument and a proof of syara' and serves in determining the validity of an agreement / transaction in the field of Sharia economic law.

This study aims to determine how the implementation process of adoptions that occurred in the Religious Court of Semarang, and what is the reason for the judge to give authority to the prospective adoptive parents. In answer to this problem the authors conducted a sociological juridical research, namely by conducting direct research and find data related to this study directly in the field, and also based on legislation regarding adoption. This is to obtain primary data and secondary data, using data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The data obtained in the analysis using qualitative analytical methods and presented descriptively.Based on the results of research that has been done in the Religious Court of Semarang, we can conclude that 1) the implementation of the adoption of the Religious Court of Semarang is done by people who are Moslem. Filing the petition has been set by the Religious Court of Semarang through 3 stages and was previously submitted to the Department of Social Welfare. 2) Determination of adoption set based on consideration of the judge with reference to the legislation and personal data information provided by the applicant.Keywords: Implementation; Adoption; Religious Court.

Land certificate is the proof of ownership of land rights. Moreover, the certificate making must implemented with the successive procedure in accordance with UUPA (Basic Agrari-an Law) within the renewal rules that are always updated by government. The determina-tion and stipulation of appropriate limits with the principle of Contradictoire Delimitatie becomes the main key before implementing the land measurement. Because, without a boundary agreement between the land owners adjacent to the registered land, it will be-come a time bomb in the future, lawsuit could arise which results in re-measurement and even the cancellation of the certificate. This research is normative research type (doctrinal research) with statute approach and conceptual approach. This research focuses to the literature study; data which becomes the research source is secondary data. This will give the answer that the mechanism for determining and stipulation boundaries in land registra-tion has applied the principle of safety, so the land owner get the legal certainty of owner-ship of their rights. The law consequence if the determination and stipulation boundaries in land are not accordance with the fact in the field resulting in the absence of legal cer-tainty for the certificate of land rights. Conclusion and suggestion in this research is in determination and determination of land plot boundaries in order to achieve legal certainty must in accordance with PP (Government Regulation) No. 24 of 1997 and PMNA/KaBPN No.3 (Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN) of 1997. Magetan Regency National Land Agency Office before implementing the measurement activities must be more thoroughly in the process of determination of land plot boundary in order to reaches the law certainty so that it can be accounted for.

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menghitung harga premium asuransi menggunakan Copula FGM. Adapun tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan harga premium asuransi yang ideal untuk tanaman Sagu di Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan (applied approach) dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif untuk luas lahan dan hasil produksi Sagu di Kabupaten Luwu yang bersumber dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan untuk mengkaji konsep dasar Copula dan konsep Copula FGM beserta sifat-sifatnya; mengumpulkan data kuantitatif luas lahan (X) dan hasil produksi Sagu (Y); mengukur dependensi antara luas lahan dan hasil produksi Sagu menggunakan Copula FGM; dan terakhir menentukan harga premium asuransi pertanian (crop insurance) yang ideal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Harga premium yang ideal berada pada kisaran harga Rp. 24.000 - Rp. 60.000 per Ha; (2) Harga premium asuransi yang ideal untuk tanaman Sagu di Kabupaten Luwu sangat bergantung pada besarnya deductible; dan (3) Harga premium untuk deductible dengan range kecil menghasilkan harga yang relatif lebih murah dibandingkan range deductible yang besar.Kata kunci: Copula FGM; Crop Insurance; Premium Asuransi; Sagu. Determination of Insurance Premium Price for Sago Plant in Luwu Regency Using FGM CopulasABSTRACTThe main focus of this study is to calculate the price of insurance premiums using FGM Copulas. The main objective of this research is to determine the ideal prices of insurance premium for Sago plants in Luwu Regency. This research is an applied approach using quantitative data for land area and Sago production in Luwu Regency sourced from the Central Statistics Agency Data. The stages carried out in this study began by conducting a literature study to examine the basic concepts of Copulas, the concept of FGM Copulas and their properties; collect quantitative data on land area (X) and Sago Production (Y); measure dependencies between land area and Sago production using the FGM Copulas; and finally determine the ideal price of insurance premium for Sago plants. The results of this study are: (1) The ideal premium is in the range of IDR 24,000 to IDR 60,000 per Ha; (2) The ideal premium for Sago plant in Luwu Regency is very dependent on amount of the deductible; (3) The premium for deductibles with small range relatively lower than large range.Keywords: FGM Copulas; Crop Insurance; Insurance Premiums; Sago.

This study aims to examine the capital structure in Islamic economics, in terms of components, characteristics and factors that affect the capital structure. This research is a literature study that used a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results show that the decision to formulate the capital structure must be made appropriately so that the company avoids various risks. The capital structure in Islam prohibits the elements of Maysir, Gharar, Riba in it. In general, the factors that influence the capital structure are liquidity, profitability, sales growth and asset structure. However, it all returns to the types and characteristics of the company and the company's management decisions.
