This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of Pancasila education and citizenship of students at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the data collected is in the form of quantitative data (PPKn learning achievement or report cards) and data qualitative quantified (emotional intelligence), this research was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Yogykarta in March 2020. Number of samples in this study were 720 respondents, with details of class X having 8 classes, class XI there are 8 classes and class XII there are 8 classes, so there are a total of 24 classes. Of the 24 classes (from each class) a sample of 30 students was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from questionnaires are then processed by a simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). For the data on emotional intelligence (X), the researchers took the data by distributing questionnaires, while the students' learning achievement scores for Pancasila and Citizenship Education (Y) were the final grades (report cards) in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed: statistical analysis. produces a regression equation Y = 74.298 + 0.165 X, meaning that if the value of emotional intelligence (X) increases by 1 unit, the learning achievement value of PPKn (Y) will increase by 0.165 units with a constant value of 74,298. Hypothesis testing shows that the independent variable emotional intelligence is proven to significantly affect the dependent learning achievement of PPKn. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.59 (5.9%), meaning that the variable has an influence emotional intelligence contributes 5.9% to the achievement variable learn PPKn and 94.1% are influenced by other factors outside emotional intelligence variable.

Purpose: This study determines the influence of emotional intelligence on the students' achievement of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year.Methodology: The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with both quantitative and qualitative data, specifically learning achievement and emotional intelligence. With EQ, it is hoped that students will be able to train and manage their feelings, motivate themselves, be able to be strong in the face of frustration, ability to control impulses and delay momentary gratification, regulate a reactive mood, and be able to empathize and cooperate with others. Through EQ too, students are expected to be able to keep away from frustration and prolonged stress, so this emotional intelligence will support a student in achieving his goals and ideals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of the educational staffs. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The instrument testing used a validity test and a reliability test. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that the work environment was very influential on the performance of educational staffs within the scope of the AMC office. Conducive work environment provided maximum performance of all teaching staffs.

The base student achievement was the background of this study. The ignoble scores on student achievement, especially in entrepreneurship subject was influenced by the external and internal factors. Learning model could have developed by teachers in the school environment that certainly have a profound influence on learning achievement. SMK Negeri 1 Bandung teachers apply the discovery learning model in entrepreneurship subjects to improve learning achievement of learners. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the application of the discovery learning model in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 2) learning achievement in class XI AP and UPW SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 3) The amount of influence discoveries learning model on achievement learning in class XI AP and UPW of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Discovery learning model as the independent variable (X), and the dependent variable is learning achievement (Y) with descriptive and verification analysis. The method used in this research was explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique with 124 respondents used linear regression technique. The findings in this study are as follows: 1) the application of learning model discovery learning in class XI AP and UPW in either category, 2) learning achievement in AP classes and UPW in the high category, 3) learning achievement positively influenced by discovery learning model with a coefficient of determination 21.3%. The Result based on the research, discovery learning model with indicators and different objects recommended as a basis for other studies. Keywords: discovery learning model, academic achievement

This research was conducted at PT Valmatic, Indonesia, which is engaged in the distributor of valve products. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of promotion, distribution channels, and service quality on the purchase decision of valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative, descriptive, and explanatory approach. The population of this study was 161 customers of PT. Valmatic Indonesia. To calculate the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents and 30 respondents out of the sample for testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially promotion, distribution channels, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen the effect of the studied variables is 37, and the remaining% is influenced by other variables not examined that is equal to 62.4%. Penelitian ini diadakan di PT Valmatic Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk valve. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 161 pelanggan PT. Valmatic Indonesia. Untuk menghitung sampel digunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 115 responden dan 30 responden diluar dari sampel untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui besarnya pengaruh variabel yang diteliti adalah sebesar 37,% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu sebesar 62,4%.

This study aimed to examine emotional intelligence significantly influence students’ economic learning achievement and stimulatingly examine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on student’s economic learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. Afterward, this study included as descriptive quantitative study. Population the study was all students of SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng which is 955 students. 90 students were chosen as sample, using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, analysis test requirements, and data analysis used SPSS 21 program. Result of this study showed that intellectual intelligence variable significantly influence on economic learning achievement of students; emotional intelligence variable significantly influences the economic learning achievement of students; spiritual intelligence variable significantly effects the economic learning achievement of students; and There was significant variables of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on the economic learning achievement. Determination coefficient of X1, X2, and X3 to Y (r2Y.123) was 0,153 which showed that intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence factors have contribution to influence economic learning achievement of students in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng that was 15,3%, while 84,7% was influenced by another variable that was not analyzed.

This study aims to determine the direct influence of spiritual intelligence and peer relationship on economic learning achievement of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the 2018/2019 school year. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the academic year 2018/2019 with a total of 364 students. The sampling technique is proportional random smpling with a sample size of 190 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, heterokedasticity tes, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of this study indicates that: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 2) peer relations has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 3) spiritual intelligence and peer relationship has a significant effect on economic learning achievement. In an effort tp improve economic learning achievement of class X students of SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung Academic Year 2018/2019, student is expected to be able to increase spiritual intelligence and pay attention to peer relationship that have a positive influence to improve learning achievement of economic subjects.Keyword: spiritual intelligence, peer relationship, learning achievement

Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn dengan menggunkan model Brain Based Learning Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Bengkulu pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kelas VII B dengan jumlah 26 siswa (Laki-laki 11 dan Perempuan 15). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunkan siklus model Kermmis dan Mc Taggart yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes evaluasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisi Data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dari pra siklus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model Brain Based Learninghasil jumlah perhitungan pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50,00%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan tuntas dengan persentase 57,69%, dan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan kembali dengan presentase 65,38%. Sesuai dengan KKM 70 dan Indikator keberhasilan 60% dengan hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II maka, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dihentikan karena prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, PPKn Brain Based Learning Abstract This Classroom Action Research aims to determine efforts to improve PPKn learning achievement by using the Class VII B Brain Based Learning model of SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency in the 2019/2020 school year in Class VII B with a total of 26 students (male 11 and female 15). This Classroom Action Research uses the Kermmis and Mc Taggart model cycle, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection was carried out by observation, evaluation tests, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive, namely an increase in learning achievement from the pre-cycle. The results of the study concluded that efforts to improve student achievement in class VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu using the Brain Based Learningmodel resulted in the number of pre-cycle calculations with a completeness percentage of 50.00%, in the first cycle experienced an increase in completeness with a percentage of 57.69% , and in the second cycle it increased again with a percentage of 65.38%. In accordance with KKM 70 and success indicators of 60% with the results obtained in cycle II, this Classroom Action Research was stopped because student learning achievement had increased and had reached predetermined success indicators. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Flores Management Faculty of Economics. This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Flores in the class of 2015-2016 who had passed the entrepreneurship courses of 170 people. Samples taken in this study were 105 respondents, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 1.060 + 0.594X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.421X3 + e. The coefficient of determination R2 for the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.675, which means that entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment by 67.50% and the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors including factors of education, skills, motivation and others. F test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (28.442> 2.69) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of the Faculty of Management Study Program Students The economy. Partial test results (t) show 1) Emotional intelligence factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 2) Family environment factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 3) Independent attitude factor has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.     The result of observation shows that the students' understanding of physics science subject is still low. Many teachers still use conventional methods. Students just listen and take notes. Therefore, the use of appropriate and varied learning models is expected to help students in understanding a concept. One alternative of physics learning that can help students understand the concept is through pictorial riddle learning method. This pictorial riddle learning method uses a riddle of drawings on a whiteboard, poster or projected from a transparency then the teacher asks questions relating to the riddle. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of pictorial riddle learning method on the understanding of physics concepts class IX students semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Painan 2015/2016 academic year. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The research population is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Painan. The sample used is class IX-2 as experiment class and IX-3 as control class. The variable in this research is the students' concept understanding on the magnetism materials, with the experimental control group design pre test post test. Data retrieval is done through the test in the form of free description and analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and test of significance in microsoft excel. The results of data analysis showed the relationship between variables expressed in a simple regression equation Y = 51.99 + 0.4286. The value of correlation coefficient 0,5787 with enough criterion (0,5 <r <0,8) value 0,3348 and coefficient of determination equal to 33,5% and> (3,175> 2,015) at significance level 5%, which mean study pictorial Riddle method effect of 33.5% on the understanding of student physics concepts. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and quite significant method of learning pictorial riddle on the understanding of students' concepts on magnetism materials.
