The high number of students with learning disability in Banyuwangi Regency requires teachers to implement appropriate strategies in the learning process. Learning disability can be interpreted as a condition in the learning process which characterized by obstacles that are realized or not by people who experience in psychological, sociological, or physiological in the whole learning process that interfere the listening, speaking, reading, writing, and counting. The purposes of this study are: (1) Determine the application of teacher strategies who have learning disability in SDN 3 Karangrejo Banyuwangi. (2) Understand the factors support and inhibit teacher strategies in helping students’disability. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that, (1) The strategies implemented by teachers are applying cooperative learning models so that students who have learning disability can work together with other students, implementing classes with a pull out system which means students who have learning disability can learn with the teacher at a certain time by using several learning media (2) Supporting factors of teacher strategies are supported by parents and the existence of private tutor. While the factors inhibiting are students' mood swings and inadequate school facilities.

The design of Semaphore Password Learning Mode Using Visual Studio Programming is an application designed for semaphore coding learning. So far, learning has been done manually by means of drills from the instructor. With this application is expected to accelerate the learning process. Learning is done by clicking the alphabet button in the application, then the system will display the image of the letters in the application. To test skills, it can be done by the instructor sending practice questions to the server application, then the students will answer in the client application. In making the application the author uses the System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) in building software. Keywords: Semaphore and Lesson Application.

The aims of this paper are know the definition, competence and the procedures of each learning models in English. The learning process at school is an educational process that is planned, integrated, and systematical coordinated with clear and firm evaluation standards and measures. By therefore, everything related to the process learning in schools is an interpreted whole cannot be separate and random. AbstractIn determining the learning design teachers must pay attention to learning models that fit the needs of students, so they can help the learning process that is good, effective and efficient. This study aims to illustrate the use of instructional design model learning in PAI materials at MI Darul Hidayah Tirtoyudo, describe the obstacles faced by the use of convincing design learning models on PAI material, and describe solutions to overcome the obstacles encountered. The method used is a qualitative approach to the type of evaluation research, while data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The results of this study are: 1) the use of design learning models assure strongly supports the teaching and learning process and can motivate students to increase their potential, 2) the obstacle faced is the presence of some students who are lazy to learn so they need supervision additional to the teacher, there are delays ABK students in understanding the subject matter, 3) solutions to overcome obstacles namely, teachers can work together with psychologists in order to find out the cause of student laziness, so they can find solutions. While solutions for special needs students can be handled by teachers through a comprehensive learning approach.Keywords: Design, Instructional, Model Assure AbstrakDalam menentukan desain pembelajaran guru harus memperhatikan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat membantu proses pembelajaran yang baik, efektif dan efisien. Kajian ini bertujuan menggambarkan penggunaan pembelajaran desain model instruksional dalam bahan PAI di MI Darul hidayah Tirtoyudo, menggambarkan kendala yang dihadapi dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran desain yang meyakinkan pada materi PAI, serta menggambarkan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap jenis penelitian evaluasi, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil studi ini adalah: 1) penggunaan model pembelajaran assure sangat mendukung proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk meningkatkan potensi mereka, 2) hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kehadiran beberapa siswa yang malas untuk belajar sehingga mereka membutuhkan pengawasan tambahan dari guru, ada penundaan siswa ABK dalam memahami materi pelajaran , 3) solusi untuk mengatasi rintangan yaitu, guru dapat bekerja sama dengan psikolog dalam rangka untuk mengetahui penyebab kemalasan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat menemukan solusi. Sementara solusi bagi siswa ABK dapat ditangani oleh guru melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang komprehensif.Kata Kunci: Desain, Instruksional, Model Assure

School will be able to run smoothly if facilities and infrastructure of education very support for learning process. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe correctly and real about the management of education facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning.Data collection technique include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research subjetct were Headmaster, Vice Principal, Teacher Council, and School Staff/Operator. Result of research indicate that: (1) Planning of facilities and infratructure that is with activity analyze first first all school facilities and infrastructure. (2) The procurement of facilities and infrastructure collects inventory data for the data first and knows the inventory. (3) Utilization/use in is used by all citizens of schools, teachers and all school children, utilization of educational inventory should also be effectively monitored by the parties appointed by the school. (4) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is needed by teachers and students so that the goods owned by the school is always under supervision and well maintained. (5) Elimination in made a letter of proposal to the Education Office so that related parties can make an official letter for the deletion.   The purposes of this study are to identify the dynamics of geography learning in SMA Negeri 9 Takalar, and to describe what factors are to be supporters of the quality of geography learning in SMA Negeri 9 Takalar. This study used a qualitative approach involving teachers at SMAN 1 Takalar as informants.  The results showed that the dynamics of learning geography are of  less conducive in terms a) learners are less involved in the learning process, b) teachers of geography subject facilitate and motivate learners in the learning process at the minimum degree, c) the teachers do not develop models of innovative learning, and d) in the learning process, teachers rely much on teacher-centered approach. In addition, factors supporting the quality of learning of geography comprise of a) teachers and learners collaborate for the achievement of improved learning outcomes, b) multiple sources a reading and video learning about learning models and developed in geography learning have been used, and c) the teacher is able to understand the characteristics of learners by using a learning model in variety  and innovative manners.

Media provide students and teachers with creative as well as practical ideas and enable them to meet various interests and needs, hence, this study analysed the implementation of using media particularly radio programme to improve students’ speaking ability. This study employed descriptive qualitative approach and there were 42 students of senior high school involved in this study. The results indicate that the implementation of media (radio talk show programme) assists students to improve their speaking ability; it can be one of methods in teaching and learning process especially in speaking class; and the influence of media (radio talk show programme) could encourages and motivates students to pull out their best of communication skill particularly in using English.

The Given

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

In this article the author will explain the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the school environment. Facilities and infrastructure administration is one of the most important things in education. All activities in schools will require facilities and infrastructure, both directly and indirectly so that they will support the course of the learning process of education.Administration of facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving educational goals. The positive and negative educational environment depends on maintaining the school facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and management of infrastructure must be managed properly, but there are still some that have not been implemented optimally. The Impact

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

Local content mediated PBL model is a facility to make students active and also as a media to deliver massages in learning process that make an independent student. By knowing student’s learning style, the teacher can implement the suitable learning model. So it can increase the learning result. Based on the result of this research we found the effect of learning model of local content mediated PBL to the learning result. The learning result is different between students who have kinesthetic learning style and student who have auditory learning style. Given the existence interaction between learning models of local content mediated PBL and learning style to the student’s learning result it can be concluded that by knowing student’s learning style, the teacher can implement the appropriate lesson model that ultimately could increase students’ learning result.
