The success of an organization is closely related to employee performance. It can even be said that employee performance is one indicator of its success. Employee performance determines the organization's success if it can carry out its duties and functions appropriately and adequately in realizing the set organizational goals. The purpose of this article is to measure Performance which is influenced by leadership style and work climate in Manado city. Researchers use this type of research with a quantitative approach. Researchers used a cross-sectional design to obtain information from respondents through a researched sample. The method of this study requires the variables to be measured by surveying the selected model. This quantitative approach is used to measure the level of success in the influence of leadership style and work climate on employee performance at the Manado City Population Control and Family Planning Office. The technique of collecting data and information in this quantitative approach is a questionnaire. The data method analysis in this study uses statistics, namely inferential statistics. Inferential statistics used in this study are parametric. The statistic is helpful for testing population parameters through sample data. This test population parameter is called a statistical hypothesis test.Parametric statistics requires the fulfillment of many assumptions. The results showed that leadership style significantly affected the employees' Performance at the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Manado City with a contribution of 3.059 or 0.031%. So it can be concluded that the better the Leadership Style, the higher the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Family Control. Manado City Planning. Work climate does not significantly affect employee performance at the Manado City Population Control and Family Planning Office because it does not contribute to the dependent variable. The influence of leadership style and work climate together on the Performance of employees in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning Manado City is 11.3%.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning in South Konawe Regency. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Konawe Regency, by using the method of determining respondents by census, so that the sample size was set at 84 employees. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to find out, explain how the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program, as well as the factors that support and inhibit integrated community-based child protection programs. This research was conducted at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Community Based Integrated Child Protection Program (PATBM) in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City includes the integrated community-based child protection program that has been running and on target, a community-based integrated child protection program is useful and accepted in the City of Palangka Raya, during the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program there has been a decrease in the number of violence, Resources Implementation of integrated community-based child protection programs both in terms of human resources and budget is still lacking and inadequate, integrated community-based child protection program received a good response from the people of Palangka Raya City, and strategy undertaken by the Population Control and Family Planning Office, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City in implementing a community-based integrated child protection program is to carry out socialization and training activities for activists or cadres of Integrated Community Based Child Protection in the City Government Palangka Raya.

This study aims to determine the effect of Transfromational Leadership Style on, Work Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, where researchers distribute questionnaires as data retrieval media which are then processed into interval data which are then tested using the SPSS18 application. The population and samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained F count value of 454,106 with a significant level of 0,000, there is a simultaneous significant effect between transfromational leadership style, work discipline, and competence towards employee performance. In partial hypothesis testing, work discipline variables that do not significantly influence employee performance. While the results of the determination test obtained simultaneously (R square) of 0.964 means that the variation in the value of Employee Performance is influenced by the Style of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Competence of 96.4% while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by other variables not examined.

The problem of the quality of human resources is the most important part for every company, both government and private. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, job placement on employee performance and work climate on employee performance. This research is located at PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. The research population is all permanent employees of PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. The sample used is 94 people, using the saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study prove that transactional leadership style with contingent reward indicators, active expectations management indicators, passive exception management indicators, have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon. Work placement with indicators of education, skills, and physical and mental health has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon. Work climate using indicators of compensation, cooperation, work suitability, division of tasks, and organizational policies have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Modern Express Bank Ambon.

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work commitment on company performance at PT. Pura Barutama partially and simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling used is a saturated sample is all of the population is sampled. The number of samples in this study was 70 respondents. The analysis uses path analysis using the SPSS program. The results obtained: 1) The leadership style variable affects the company's performance. 2) The compensation variable affects the company's performance. 3) The work commitment variable affects the company's performance. 4) The influence of leadership style on company performance through employee work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 5) While the effect of compensation on employee performance through work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 6) The variables of leadership style, compensation and work commitment affect the company's performance simultaneously.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of human resource management practices (i.e. leadership styles, employee commitment, work motivation, and work climate) on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. This study used primary data obtained through a survey to 221 employees as a sample. The result of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis shows that empirically the leadership style, employee commitment, work motivation, and work climate have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Leadership style, employee commitment, work motivation, and work climate, either directly or indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as variable intervening. Job satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. The direct effect of leadership styles, employee commitment, motivation and work climate on employee performance is positive, which means that when the exogenous variables improved the job satisfaction and employee performance will increase. The indirect effect of exogenous variable on employee performance through job satisfaction is positive. The total effect which is the sum of the direct and indirect effects through job satisfaction obtained positive value, which means there is effect of direct effect and indirect effect of exogenous variable on employee performance through job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Lampung University employees, through leadership style and work motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of education staff at the General and Financial Devision at Lampung University of 110  people. Samples were taken purposively, as many as 53 employees. Data was collected using survey methods. The data were analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the results of t-count of 2.374 and t-table of 1.67655 were obtained. Furthermore, the motivation variables on employee performance, the results of t-count were 7.283 and t-table was 1.67655. Simultaneous testing or jointly obtained results of F-count statistics of 40,288 and F-table 3.18. The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee performance at the General and Financial Bureau of Lampung University is influenced by motivation.

Democratic leaders always try to stimulate their members to work cooperatively to achieve common goals. Democratic leadership places humans as the main and most important factor in each group / organization. The aim is To improve employee performance, efforts are needed to arouse employee motivation and other factors that influence it. this study is a quantitative approach is one of the efforts of scientific search (scientific inquiry) which is based on logical positivism philosophy about logic, truth, laws, and predictions (Watson in Danim). The results are the study show that there is an influence of the principal's democratic leadership style on teacher work motivation in the Tapaktuan Superior State Madrasah Aliyah.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and leadership style in PT DKP Tangerang on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - June 2020. The population studied was 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Product For Service Solution) program) Version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the company should further improve work discipline by acting more firmly on disciplinary violations, changing the remuneration system to be fairer and changing the appropriate leadership style.

PT J&T Express is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods. Decreased employee performance can be seen from the decreased ability of employees to meet delivery targets which is influenced by inefficient communication among fellow employees and the lack of a leader's role in motivating employees to work more optimally. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of collecting data were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population and research sample amounted to 157 employees of PT J&T Express. The results of research on communication and leadership style simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT J&T Express. The leadership style variable has a more dominant influence than communication in improving employee performance. Finally, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.587. This means that 58.7% of employee performance can be explained by Communication and Leadership Style while the remaining 41.3% is explained by other variables.
