This study aims to determine the effect of boarding schooleducation on morals students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3Tasikmalaya. Based on the results of data processing obtained theEffect of boarding school education is quite. It is based on the results ofresearch conducted to 34 respondents using a questionnaire, That is theinfluence of a high between of boarding school education on moralslearners in the school. Through hypothesis testing it is stated that thereis positive influence between two variables is accepted. Past resultscalculate the coefficient of determination is known that there isinfluence by 38%, rest influenced by other factors, which amounted to62%. Thus, it turns out that there are many factors that influence themorality of students.

This study was conducted in al-istiqamah ngatabaru modern islamic boarding school with sample of 50 students. Data were gathered through  observation and questionnaires. The data were analysed  using  descriptive analysis approach.  The results showed that the parenting style applied by each parents of students in general can be said to be quite democratic, but none of the parents of students who apply pure democratic parenting. Under certain circumstances, parents are authoritarian and in another  circumstances parents are permissive. Based on the significant value of the Coefficients table, the significance value of 0,000 <0,05, then based on the known value of , while the Ttable value at the error level 5% = 2.011, thus the statement can be written that, tcount>  (18.254 <2.011 ), the degree of the influence of single parent parenting style on social emotional behavior women student of al-istiqamah ngatabaru modern islamic boarding school also can be known through the magnitude of coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.871 or 87.1%. This means that 12.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. so it can be concluded that single parent parenting style (X) parenting variable influential to emotional social development variable (Y), the result is significant hypothesis that there is positive influence between parenting parent single parent to emotional social development santriwati pondok pesantren modern Al-istiqamah Ngatabaru.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of motivation on employee performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. The sample was 87 Employees BMT Amanah Ray Medan, sampling using random sampling is sampling that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sampled. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), Persia test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS 20. The results showed that the motivation explain the existence of the variable employee performance , besides partially effect motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of employee turnover in the Employee Performance Raz Hotel Medan. Samples were all employees Hotel, sampling using saturated samples that the population of the whole sample. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that of the coefficient determination Turnover variables affect the performance of employees, in addition to the partial and simultaneous employee turnover and no significant negative effect on employee performance.

The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Individual Characteristic and Work Environment on Employee Performance are good. 2. The analysis regression is Ŷ = 20,910 + 0,816X1 + 0,399X2 have a positive influence between individual characteristic and work environment to employee performance. 3. The correlation result of r = 0,799, the analysis correlation have a moderately high and positive correlation between individual characteristic, work environment with the employee performance. 4. The result of coefficient of determination can be explained the level of employee performance is 63.90%, and the remaining 36.10% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors concluded that the individual characteristics and work environment conducted by the Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT SAMSAT Pematangsiantar had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by simultaneous hypothesis testing, where the results of the test are calculated (36,214 )> ftabel (3.23) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

The Purpose of this research is to know much influence promotion and price to purchasing decisions milk Dancow produks at Irian Supermarket Aksara Medan. The sample are 100 consumers who purcahase milk Dancow products, using Accidental sampling is taking respondents as a sample by chance. Data Analysis using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model ( the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), and a simultaneous test (f test), data processing using SPSS 20. Results showed that of the test the coefficients of determination (R2) variable Promotion and price are able to explain the existence of the variable purchasing decision,besides the partial promotion and price have positives and significant influence on purchasing decision, simultaneous promotion and price have positives and significant impact to purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size on the Performance of the cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with regression analysis tools and the coefficient of determination. The results of data processing analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a fairly strong and unidirectional closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable and has a determination coefficient value of 47.91%. The results of testing the F test hypothesis indicate that the Capital Structure, Profitability and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on company Performance. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that Capital Structure has no significant effect on company Performance. Profitability has a significant effect on company Performance and Company Size has a significant effect on company Performance. The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.
