The main objective of carrying out a public relations strategy management in an educational institution is that the school continues to be in demand by educated participants and experiences development and progress from year to year In conveying information, good communication is needed so that the information submitted can be received. In conveying information, public relations must have good strategic management and direction so that what is expected is carried out well Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, Interviews and documentation The results of this study indicate that: (1) Public Relations Strategy Management in Increasing Student Interest in MTs Pacet Surban Foundation includes planning, communicating, implementing and evaluating well and directed by the school to attract the attention of prospective new students. (2) One of the inhibiting factors for public relations in increasing the interest of prospective students to attend the MTs Pacet Surban Foundation includes ineffective time in the implementation of management as well as long distances so that strategic management is not optimal.

Currently, many formal and non formal education institutions are competing to get new students, so the profile of an educational institution becomes an important identity in introducing the institution to the general public. Various ways are used to socialize his profile, one of them STMIK Raharja Tangerang. In this modern era, multimedia plays an important role in the field of marketing as a promotion. The purpose of this study is, for prospective students / i new interested in the Department of Computer Systems, as well as a means of information and promotion effective and attractive to the general public. The problem is, the previous SK's promotional program only uses the brochure and banners media which information is not complete and interesting, for that SK Department requires video profile media capable of providing detailed information and interesting about the Department of Computer Systems, The research methods are: problem analysis, data, media design analysis and, media production concept (KPM). The results of his research in the form of video video profile Department of Computer Systems, which explains the profile of Computer Systems Department STMIK Raharja include CCIT and Computer System concentration, learning methods, excellence, and facilities. With the design of video media profile majors Computer Systems STMIK Raharja can be an attraction to increase interest in prospective new students in the Department, and become an informative and useful media for the general public.

Admission of New Students is a routine activity organized by the Educational Institution. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is included in out-of-school education in the age range of two to five years, the goal is to help improve physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have the readiness to enter further education. Admission of New Students to Al-Qudwah is still done using prospective students visiting Al-Qudwah and filling out the registration form with paper. New Student Admission Application at Al Quwah aims to promote the school to the community at large and can also be registered without parents of prospective students visiting educational institutions. This application makes it easy for parents of prospective students to find out the facilities and infrastructure and the information available on Al Quwah. We built this application using HTML and PHP programming languages with the PHP MySQL database and using the waterfall method.

AbstractEducational institutions in general public schools rarely use marketingstrategies in getting new students. This is due to one of them because thepublic school when the acceptance of new learners have been flooded withnew prospective students, but different things happen in the average ofprivate schools. The purpose of this paper is to examine how IntegratedMarketing Communication (IMC) which consists of advertising, salespromotion, public relations & publicity and direct marketing, of NewStudent Admissions (PPDB) in private schools, especially the newlyestablished private schools. Due to the reality in society many publicperceptions that private schools are less interested in society because theythink that private schools do not have good quality compared to stateschools. For that it needs new breakthroughs to increase the number of newlearners in accordance with the target expected by the educational institutionis through Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).AbstrakLembaga pendidikan secara umum terutama di sekolah-sekolah negeri jarangsekali menggunakan strategi marketing dalam mendapatkan siswa-siswibaru.Ini disebabkan salah satunya karena sekolah negeri ketika penerimaanpeserta didik baru sudah kebanjiran calon siswa baru, tetapi hal berbedaterjadi di rata-rata sekolah swasta.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengkajibagaimana Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) yang terdiri dariadvertising, sales promotion, public relation & publicity serta directmarketing, terhadap Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di sekolahsekolahswasta terutama sekolah swasta yang baru berdiri.Karena realita yangterjadi di masyarakat banyak persepsi-persepsi masyarakat bahwa sekolahsekolahswasta kurang di minati oleh masyarakat karena menganggap bahwa sekolah-sekolah swasta tidak memiliki kualitas yang bagus di bandingkansekolah-sekolah negeri.Untuk itu perlu adanya terobosan-terobosan baruguna meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik baru sesuai dengan target yangdiharapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut yaitu melalui IntegratedMarketing Communication (IMC).

The progress of a madrasa or educational institution needs to be supported jointly by all elements, small environment (family), madrasas (educational institutions), and the environment (community). These three elements must be combined, synergized, with the hope of producing results or good quality education outcomes. This expectation must of course be carried out / improved by the education provider (madrasa). in the sense that madrasas play an active role in establishing communication with elements of the environment (community), both with teachers, education personnel, student guardians, or with surrounding communities. in realizing this good relationship, the implementation of community relations management is needed. Madrasas in the current era really require an active role from the community in supporting its success, both in educating, providing great opportunities and giving birth to capable, independent sons of the nation. so that later, students can adapt to the environment, in establishing good communication. Management of public relations management is very important, so that communication links between educational institutions and the surrounding environment (community) generally encourage and participate in supporting the success of an educational institution.

This study aims to reveal the strategic management of public relations to build an image and increase public interest in An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School of Bululawang, Malang, with sub-focus covering: (1) concept of analysis and planning, (2) implementation process, and (3) evaluation process by PR management of An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School Bululawang, Malang. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was done through in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation, source of triangulation techniques, theories, and methods, and perseverance of the observer. The research informants were boarding school caregivers, the person in charge of public relations, public relations of formal and non-formal educational institutions, work units / executive committee of public relations program, santri (students), parents, surrounding communities, and all relevant stakeholders. The results showed the facts obtained as evidence that An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School Bululawang Malang succeeded in building image and increasing public interest through strategic management of public relations, namely: 1) Award of The Best Islamic Boarding School, 2) Increasing new students interest every year, 3) Social empowerment and improvement of the community economy programs.

Admission of new students to an educational institution such as STMIK STIKOM Bali was an activity which is routinely implemented every new academic year. The registration of new student candidates was always increasing from year to year, but not all prospective students continued registration step of a number of prospective students who had passed. It would be too late to take action if a new student enrolled very little. By not knowing the number of registration students, institution cannot measure the time and the number of new admissions target which had been achieved. In this case the use of data mining techniques was expected to provide knowledge or information that was previously hidden in the data warehouse, thus becoming valuable information for the organization or institution. In this study, the classification model and the frequent pattern are made to identify the data pattern and its appearance for the "advanced" or "backward registration" status class. Some task mining was used to predict the prospective student was by classification techniques and techniques Frequent Pattern which extracted model and describe important data classes. The algorithm used is Decision Tree. The software which was used for implementation is WEKA.   Index Term : Data Mining, Classification, Decision Tree, Frequent Pattern

This arcticle aims to explain about urgency of educational administration for educational institution. Administration is a must in the world of management, the level of effectiveness, efficiency of education administration is strongly supported by the role and urgency of administrative staffing, equipment, administration and public relations in education administration. The staffing administration talks about employee recruitment, promotion, payroll until retirement, while the administration of equipment discusses the matter of adequate facilities and infrastructure, while administration deals with new students and alumni, while public relations administration looks good / positive. Educational administration is well locked if all is not managed and can function well and effectively and is equipped with coordination and coordination (KIS).   Abstrak   Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan urgensi administrasi pendidikan bagi suatu institusi pendidikan. Administrasi merupakan keniscayaan dalam dunia managemen. Tingkat efektifitas, efisiensi administrasi pendidikan sangat ditopang oleh peran serta atau urgensi administrasi kepegawaian, perlengkapan, tata usaha dan humas dalam administrasi pendidikan. Administrasi kepegawaian berbicara tentang rekrutmen pegawai, promosi, penggajian hingga pensiun, sedangkan administrasi perlengkapan membicarakan hal ihwal sarana dan prasarana/ fasilitas yang memadai. Adapun tata usaha membahas tentang penerimaan siswa baru hingga lulus dan alumninya. Administrasi pendidikan dapat dikatakan baik jika semua unsur dan fungsi managemen dapat dioptimalkan kinerjanya secara efesien dan efektif serta dilaksanakan dengan cara koordinasi, integrasi, dan sinkronisasi (KIS). Dengan adanya administrasi pendidikan yang baik akan mendukung bagi eksistensi suatu institusi pendidikan.

Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.
