This study explains al-Ghazali’s argumentative criticism in Tahafut al-Falasifah. It aims to analyze the intentions of al-Ghazali’s argumentative refutation of other alleged rational thinkers considered by irfani epistemology as the cause of decline of Islam and to observe the method used by al-Ghazali in his argument. This study is a library research which is included in the qualitative research cluster. The result of study is that the intentions of al- Ghazali’s argumentative criticism are to discuss the twenty errors of Muslim philosophers, namely al-Farabi and Ibn Sina in matters of metaphysical philosophy. The method used by al-Ghazali is also the same as Aristotle’s criticism of Eudoxus, that is attacking Muslim philosophers in terms of the arguments they built, even labelling them as heretics and infidels/apostates. This method is known as argumentum ad hominem because it attacks Muslim philosophers when it comes to argumentation. It is built on the dialectical method of speech or in other terms known as jawab wa su’al which always recalls an imaginary trial. Keywords: Tahafut al-Falasifa, al-Ghazali, argumentative criticism

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

This paper is discusion the polygamy is still a controversial problem, although much discussed and examined. The difference of opinion among scholars make this problem continues to potentially raises the agree and disagree. Even though it has been regulated in Act Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the compilation of Islamic law (KHI), this does not necessarily make the problem of polygamy is complete. Not a few perpetrators of polygamy choose married under the hand or by sirri. This research uses qualitative approach by implementing thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i) to obtain a comprehensive understanding about polygamy in the Qur'an. The Data obtained through the study of a library research by sharing the data that comes from the various verse of the Qur'an, hadith, book fiqh, research results, books and the news in various media outlets in order to complete the interpretation of the verses of polygamy. Based on the results of this research it is known that the verses of the Qur'an gives a very tight restrictions for those who want to in polygamy. Justice that the conditions of polygamy is not only were quantitative but also qualitative research. In the context of historical-socio, the command of polygamy is intended as a form of the solution to avoid injustice to orphans women. Even if polygamy still want to do, should the husband marrying the widows who have lighten the orphan.

This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. Character education is considered the best solution to produce excellent students in character, personality and uphold the nation's noble values. Through local wisdom in each area, such as the Dongkrek dance culture, it is important to understand and improve character education in students. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply character education based on local wisdom by exploring the Dongkrek dance culture to internalize character values in learning art in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the character education of Dongkrek dance and efforts to internalize it in learning arts in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis and a library research approach. Five main character educations are explored in the Dongkrek dance, including religion, cooperation, nationalism, independence, and integrity. Meanwhile, efforts to internalize it into art learning are by understanding the contents of the dance, performing, and developing the Dongkrek dance into a show.

The main focus of Orientalist thought is nothing but to reconstruct and influence Islamic civilization. Their enthusiasm to activate orientalism is increasingly challenged by the presence of Islam as a religion that has followers of most of the world's population. One of the actions of orientalism towards the Islamic world is to start a research movement on the Qur'an and al-Hadith which are the basis of the law and guidelines of Muslims. Not far from the critics of the Qur'an and al-Hadith, they also deconstructed aspects of the development of science, Islamic law, and even the originality of Islamic history. Some famous orientalism figures, one of them is Reinhart Dozy, a famous orientelism from the Netherlands with the concept of literacy in the history of Islamic civilization in Spain. Even though he received a lot of criticism and appreciation from both orientalists and Muslim thinkers, his literary work has had a great influence on Islamic civilization. The discussion steps of this study are entirely carried out using qualitative research that is library research. To be more useful and function properly, this paper is equipped with an explanation using the method of description, interpretation and analysis of data in each discussion. This is done, none other than to focus the discussion to produce a consistent and comprehensive understanding.

The aims of this study are: (1) to describe the morphological formation of Asmaul Husna; (2) describe the Asmaul Husna slot; (3) describe the Asmaul Husna pattern model; (4) describe the case and the syntactic function of Asmaul Husna; (5) describe the grammatical markers on Asmaul Husna in the Qur'an. This research is an analysis of Asmaul Husna's morphosyntactic in the Qur'an. This research is a qualitative research with library research design. The data of this research are presented with the consideration sample technique. In this study, from 156 data of Asmaul Husna found 3 data ism jamid, and 153 data ism musytaq. There are 91 mubalaghah data slots, 21 ism fa'il data slots, 6 mashdar data slots, and 35 musyabbahah sifah data slots. There are 97 data on raf' cases, 31 data on nashb cases and 33 data on jar cases. There are 2 data as mubtada', 51 data for khabar case, 3 data for fa'il case, 28 data for khabar inna, 10 data for na't (marfu'), and 3 data for ma'thuf (marfu'), 21 data for khabar kana, 2 data as maf'ul bih, 1 data as munada, 6 data as tamyiz, and 1 data as na't (manshub), 8 data as majrur, 5 data as mudhaf ilaih, and 18 data as na't ( majrur), and 2 data as badal (majrur). There were 91 data marked with dhammah dhahirah, and 1 data marked with dhammah muqaddara, 31 data marked with fathah dhahirah, and 33 data marked with kasrah dhahirah.   Asmaul Husna merupakan kumpulan 99 nama-nama Allah yang menunjukan keindahan dan keperkasaan Allah. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis morfosintaksis Asmaul Husna di dalam al-Qur’an menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi pustaka (library research). Data penelitian ini disajikan dengan teknik sampel pertimbangan. Dalam penelitian ini, dari 156 data Asmaul Husna  ditemukan 3 data ism  jamid, dan 153 data ism musytaq. Tedapat 91 data slot mubalaghah, 21 data slot ism  fa’il, 6 data slot mashdar, dan 35 data slot sifah musyabbahah. Terdapat 2 data dengan model pola فَعَل, 5 data dengan فَعْل, 4 data dengan فَعِل, 79 data dengan فَعِيْل, 9 data dengan فَعْلَان,  15 data dengan فَعُوْل, 2 data dengan فُعُّوْل, 1 data dengan فَعَال, 17 data dengan فَاعِل, 15 data dengan فَعَّال, 1 data dengan مُفعِل, 1 data dengan مُفَيْعِل, 1 data dengan مُفَعِّل, 1 data dengan مُفْتَعِل 1 data dengan  مُتَفَعِّل, dan 1 data dengan مُتَفَاعِل. Terdapat 97 data raf’, 31 data nashb dan 33  data jar. Terdapat 2 data sebagai mubtada’, 51 data khabar, 3 data fa’il, 28 data sebagai khabar inna, 10 data na’t (marfu’),dan 3 data ma’thuf (marfu’), 21 data khabar kana, 2 data maf’ul bih, 1 data munada, 6 data tamyiz, dan 1 data na’t (manshub), 8 data majrur, 5 data mudhaf ilaih, dan 18 data na’t (majrur), dan 2 data badal (majrur). Ditemukan 91 data berpenanda dhammah dhahirah, dan 1 data berpenanda dhammah muqaddarah, 31 data  berpenanda fathah dhahirah, dan 33 data berpenanda kasrah dhahirah.

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

The discussion in this research is terrorism from the perspective of Islamic criminal law (fiqih jinayah). The problem that becomes the focus of research is how terrorism is in the review of Islamic criminal law or jinnayah fiqh. Qualitative research, the source of which is library research, is the method used in research. There are two kinds of data sources in this research, namely primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection and analysis uses literature review research. The data were analyzed using the Islamic criminal law theory approach. So as a result of this research that acts of terrorism are not justified in Islamic teachings. The birth of this action is because the perpetrators have shallow thoughts or have very minimal thoughts and have political goals to harm themselves and others. They even consider this act as Jihad, even though in fact it is not a jihad but an act that brings fear to potential victims.
