ABSTRACT   Pastoral Grief referred to in this study is a pastoral service to those who are grieving especially to the congregation of GMIST in the City of Manado. The pastoral duty must be carried out by Church councils in this case the Pastor, Elder and Deacon. Based on observations and interviews with Church councils, it was found that the pastoral care of grief for them only applies when a person dies and that is only a consolation and funeral service. Even though talking about grief does not only apply to people whose closest relatives die. This prompted researchers to conduct further research on Church councils in the  GMIST congregation of Musafir Manado City. This study aims to find out how the understanding and practice of special servants about the task of the Pastoral Grief service and what the impact of the service results and the meaning obtained for the development of the Grief Pastoral service for Church councils in the congregation of GMIST Musafir in Manado. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods which will describe in full the purpose of the study so that it is expected to get valid and scientific results about the understanding of special servants regarding Pastoral Grief.

AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries that has also been affected by the corona virus or covid-19 which originated from China, to be precise in the city of Wuhan. In early 2020 the corona virus or covid-19 began to enter the country of Indonesia. The corona virus has had a huge impact on the lives of Indonesian people, both positive and negative impacts. Communities affected by covid-19 are increasing day after day, but now to be precise in 2021 the increase in covid-19 infections is not as fast as 2020. And the impact is slowly being controlled by both the government and most Indonesians. The Indonesian people are now able to adjust to life in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, even the hospitality that faded at the beginning of Covid-19 entering Indonesia is now starting to slowly be shown by the Indonesian people. This paper aims to provide information about Covid-19 in Indonesia and the Christian hospitality that should be practiced by the Indonesian people, especially believers or Christians. This research uses a qualitative approach with theological research type and social descriptive research

Nowadays, the globalization era makes the tourism industry got the impact of globalization. The city is as destination that become one of the components can  can attract tourists. An interesting phenomenon arises that there are many kinds of cities with various tagline. One of them is The Soul of Madura. Based on the city branding processin Sumenep city, thus representation should be concerned through branding that will be done, branding process that is done requires communication, because communication is one of branding process that is done. Besides, the researcher wants to see how the communication process in the saronen music culture in the process of branding. This research used a qualitative approach in the type of descriptive research. The object in this research was saronen music culture. The result was a communication that is created in the process of city branding at saronen music culture. It included all conceptulization, even they were one-way communication processes, interactions and transactional processes.

AbstractIn this paper we discuss the SKPD Filing Unit Employee Perception of the Regional Archival Information System Application (SIKEDA) and the Regional Archival Information Network (JIKEDA) in  the City Government of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the competence and optimal shield of SKPD employees in inputting files to the SIKEDA application.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was carried out in 5 SKPD Institutions in Bukittinggi, namely: (1) the Library and Archives Office of Bukittinggi City, (2) the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (3) the Youth and Sports Pariwasata Service of the City of Bukittinggi, (4) the Health Service City of Bukittinggi, (5) Social Service of the city of Bukittinggi. The object of the study was SKPD employees in five government agencies in the city of Bukittinggi. Writing this paper aims to describe (1) To describe the optimization of the use of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications by Admin node SIKEDA in supporting records management in the city administration of the City of Bukittinggi; (2) To describe the competencies possessed by HR in SKPD in utilizing information technology in the application of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications in the City Government of Bukittinggi.Data was collected by observation and direct interviews with SKPD employees in the Bukittinggi city government and literature studies in the application of electronic records in the government of the City of Bukittinggi.Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the First Employee in the SKPD in the City Government of Bukittinggi is still not optimal in inputting the archive to the sikeda Second application.iKeywords: optimization, competence, electronic archives.

Objective The study describes the pentahelix model in tourism development in the city of Semarang. The problem is the lack of optimal cooperation between the actors involved. Theory uses the Policy Actor Theory and the Pentahelix Model. Descriptive research type, qualitative approach. Data is collected through: interview, observation and literature. Determination of informants with Snowball technique and key informants Head of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the city of Semarang. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data verification and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses source triangulation. From the research it can be seen: (1) tourism development in Semarang city using pentahelix model, has involved academics, government, community, business, and mass media (2) Field findings are the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Agency (BP2KS) is not optimal and (3) Cooperation between the pentahelix model actors in the city of Semarang from the results of the research is not optimal. Research recommendations: revised the tourism regulation of Semarang city concerning "collaboration between actors, strengthening the institutional capacity of BP2KS, and subsequent researchers are advised to take the focus of research with different loci or make comparisons with the same focus.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, Indonesia's tourism development had a strategic meaning when viewed from multiple aspects. However, in March 2020, the condition has now turned around. Tourism is one of the hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, including tourism in Singkawang City, Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Singkawang City's tourism political policy in dealing with the impact of Covid-19. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The researcher collected primary and secondary data through interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out in systematic stages, starting from presenting the data that had been collected, summarizing, and making conclusions. The researcher found that the tourism policy of Singkawang City in dealing with the impact of Covid-19 was implemented through the Regional Representative Council on the new normal economy; refocusing budget reallocation; the implementation of leading tourism events according to health protocols; implementation of cross-unit coordination and application of managerial interpretation; and operations utilizing information technology, digital platforms, and online applications. Objective – This article aims to enlighten the theory of capital and revenue nature receipt and expenditure in accounting and taxation.Methodology/design/approach – Methodologically, this article adopts the descriptive research methods and qualitative approach based on the primary, secondary, and tertiary sources of information from Acts/laws, journals, reports, books, dictionary and encyclopaedia.Finding and conclusion – The study found that the income tax Act of Nepal does not define the terms capital and revenue receipt and expenditure clearly, but clarifies provisions of non-business taxation assets of the individual persons and net gains from business assets or liabilities for the entity and gains from depreciable assets for both persons. Thus, we argue that it should define to avoid vagueness in the law. A simple tax law increases both tax revenue and evasion while vague decreases both.Originality/value – This paper explicitly presents the state of capital and revenue receipt and expenditure in theory and practice. The purpose of the research in IIS to know and analyze the impact of the haze on the performance of business traders market. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research. Descriptive research that aims to describe, describe and analyse existing events and aims to obtain information about the impact of haze in accordance with existing theories. Data collection method through dissemination of questionnaires and questions answered. The population in this study is the market merchant of Rengat City. Determination of sample count of 100 respondents/market trader. The data analysis technique used to analyze this research data is to be descriptively used statistical analysis in the form of a percentage formula because its purpose is to see the trend of the indicators of each variable and the research is only aimed to describe the reality in the field is not to be seen relations or comparisons. In this study, researchers used Likert measurement scales. The Likert scale relates to a statement about a person's attitude toward something.  The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The health of the market traders of the city of Rengat is interrupted because of the thick haze that affects the trading activity itself. (2) The income of market traders in the city of Rengat is decreasing due to declining people's desire to shop in the market due to the worry of being exposed to haze which can cause ISPA disease and other health disorders. (3) The market environment of the Rengat is affected by the smoke of the daily Trader's life. Usually traders have already held their trades starting from the beginning of the morning, because the haze of most traders often come late to the market (overdo). (3) The education of students from the family of market traders in the city of Rengat is also affected by the haze so that it must be dissolved until normal weather conditions are back. Because of this, students have a lot of missed material and have to force themselves to pursue the lag by adding hours and learning tasks that are much beyond the student's thinking capacity.

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

This community service activity is motivated by the low level of mathematical ability of TPA children in learning to read, write and count. This activity aims to increase the mathematical ability of Al-Ukhwah TPA children in the fields of reading, writing, and arithmetic. The implementation of this activity was carried out using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The findings in this service are 1) Knowing the importance of learning to read, writing and counting, 2) Researchers can carry out this activity in several ways, including designing methods or strategies and teaching materials, providing motivation and teaching, and selecting assignments to be given, 3) Reading, writing and arithmetic activities can improve children's mathematical abilities.

The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the management of  Dendang Melayu tourism as one of the potential marine tourism in the city of Batam in terms of facilities and attractions. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study qualitative data analysis is used by following the concept of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion. The results of this study show that the management of Dendang Melayu tourism has undergone many changes as one of the potential for marine tourism in the city of Batam, although there are still some shortcomings. Dendang Melayu Tourism is far more interesting than before because of the tourism of Tanjung Penarik, but there are some things that must be addressed, namely the condition of the facilities that are still complained by the community and the attraction of Dendang Melayu tourism for tourists.
