The importance of community empowerment and assistance in improving the quality of Human Resources, including infrastructure facilities to support business activities. MSMEs are a great opportunity to develop businesses, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic where there are many layoffs or a decrease in labor wages. Creative ideas, as well as expertise and skill, are very important in developing MSMEs. Chips are very practical because they are dry so they are more durable and easy to serve anytime. Chips are one type of snack product that is widely consumed and favored by the community so that it becomes a great opportunity in developing a taro chips business, one of which has great potential in earning income and improving the welfare of the people of Tambakan village, Blitar Regency. Through legality assistance activities, it is hoped that the community can start processing Home Industry Food Production Permits (PIRT). The legality of taro chips SMEs business actors can certainly increase their productivity because consumers feel safe with the products they consume so that it fosters consumer confidence which in turn can increase consumer purchasing power and is expected to be marketed outside the region. The taro chips product developed by partners that were previously only marketed in local villages with permits and existing brands is expected to continue to grow and increase the income of the local village community

The Village Community Empowerment With Traditional Culinary Business in the Group of Boga Ganesha Buleleng The development of fast food must be balanced with the consumption of traditional foods because fast food is allegedly to be a risk factor for the emergence of various diseases. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of IbIKK group of Boga Ganesha. The choice of location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the Boga Ganesha is one of the groups to empower the people with the traditional culinary efforts. The method used in collecting the data in this study was interviews with questionnaire instruments. Based on the research results, the potential of the IbIKK of Boga Ganesha is a kosher, hygienic and healthy traditional food processing. Behavior that was demonstrated by the members can be classified into an excellent category (4,6). The achievement of the implementation of the empowerment program that is included in the category of successful (4,2). Empowerment of program aimed to improve the quality of human resources. In this regard, members of the group should implement their skills so that they can open up business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the family. To support this, the facilitator should use the appropriate method so that all participants can obtain information equally.

Karangpranti Village is a village located in Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. The local advantage of the Karangpranti village is that there are several superior MSMEs that seek to empower the surrounding residents to build and help improve the economy of the surrounding residents. One of the MSMEs that is quite helpful in providing employment in the Karangpranti village is Abon Hj. Sun. However, the development of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is constrained by the lack of capital and public knowledge about the empowerment of its citizens. So that solutions can be done to overcome existing obstacles, for example, Students hold a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Socialization, Expanding production land, Assistance for capital submission. The method used is the preparation stage includes a survey or observation, evaluation of problems and preparation, then the implementation phase which includes approaches to the community and MSME socialization, then the evaluation stage is carried out to see the success rate of activities starting from the beginning, the process, to the achievement of the results of activities . If the productivity of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is increasingly being developed so that efforts to empower residents around Karangpranti village will be increasingly realized, so that the welfare of the people can be increasingly created. Community Service Activities carried out by the Service Team are intended to achieve the output target of reducing the spread of covid-19 in the people of Laut Dendang Village. The community service team conducts outreach regarding improving the quality of health and education in this village, in this case the Village Head, Hamlet Head, and PKK women become participants in this outreach, so that further all participants can socialize the issue of the importance of preventing Covid-19 and how to do it. prevention. It is hoped that the improvement of the quality of health in this village can be a lesson for the village community to understand and implement all knowledge or rules in reducing or stopping the spread of this deadly virus. This research is entitled "The Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises to Increase Society Revenue (Case Study of Center for Elimination in Getap)". The purpose of this thesis is to find out the size of the income generated from the Welding in Getap, Cakra Selatan Baru Village, Cakranegara District, knowing what things affecting income, production costs, the quality of the products produced and the ways of marketing.The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by utilizing interview activities and direct observation as a technique of data collection, informants from this study consisted of the Welding Owners, Employees and Communities in Getap, South Cakra, New Cakranegara District.The results of this study indicate that the income of the welding is quite large on average - Rp. 20,000,000 per month which also undermines unemployment because workers who work in, work hard and want to take part in training conducted by the government so that they have expertise in the field of welding. On the other hand, with the presence of the welding, it was able to improve the living standards of the people around Getap with the opening of small kiosks of snack vendors, and rice stalls which earned an average daily income of Rp.250,000 to Rp.300,000 perday.

The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic Disaster is still very much felt by the economy of the people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to map the policies of the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in empowering the community to the perpetrators of cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises and to map the operational strategies carried out for the development of these policies. This study uses qualitative methods and uses secondary data from various kinds of literature such as books, articles, related journals regarding empowerment policies for actors in cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the research, it is known that the success of community empowerment policies for actors in cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises in the Special Region of Yogyakarta from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster in the first quarter of 2021 experienced growth compared to the first quarter of 2020. The biggest contribution to economic growth in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the first quarter of 2021 is the information and communication business field.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)  are one of the sectors supporting the economy of the people in the Lunang II area of Pesisir Selatan Regency. MSME in the Lunang Dua area still have several problems to compete or survive in the Industry 4.0 era. The first problem were  they do not have a brand or image that is easy to recognize by potential customers. The second problem were they don’t have attractive product packaging. The third problem were they  still limited marketing area. Through the activities of the team Technology Student Creativity Program (PKM T), the team carried out educational activities to partners about the importance of the brand for the product. In an effort to improve the competitiveness of MSME, especially in the Lunang Dua area, it was carried out by branding the names of MSME partners to become the Barokah MSME which later became their own identity for local, national and international marketing. To improve the quality of product packaging, the partners of the PKMT team helped design attractive packaging and can compete with competitors' products and match the characteristics of partner products. The PKM T team also built and developed a website in the form of an online shop as a means of online sales so that it expands the market from partners, namely Barokah MSME. The team also helped make Barokah's MSME social media in the form of instagram to increase sales of partner products. To increase the usefulness of this online market for partners, the team provides web and UMKM Instagram training to partners. The Barokah MSME brand and the improvement of product packaging quality and the existence of an online shop that can be operated easily by partners are expected to expand the marketing area of partner products and increase sales volume and improve the welfare of partners.

The priority implementation of the Dana Desa is a government program to improve the standard of living of the people of Kampung Salor Indah in improving the quality of life, welfare, poverty alleviation and public services. The research objective is to describe and analyze the priority of the use of the Dana Desa towards the Salor Indah village community in Merauke Regency. Data analysis technique is qualitative which uses an interactive analysis model. The results of the study illustrate that prioritizing the use of Dana Desa is very helpful in village development. This is implemented through various community empowerment activities, improvement of infrastructure facilities for health service centers, education and infrastructure.

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS. Although electrification rates have increased in developing countries, the poor quality of electricity still remains a challenge. This paper studies the effects of electrification at the intensive margin, using a fixed effects approach. I find that power outages significantly reduce employment, earnings, and hours of work. A key channel through which outages affect employment is decreased prevalence of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) among households. Evidence indicates that severe outages reduce opportunities for households to indulge in income generating activities. The decrease in employment opportunities is further exacerbated by reduced industrial growth and changes in the industrial composition. The results suggest that unreliable electricity may have a negative implication for job creation in developing countries.
