The problem in this research is that there are cases of bullying behavior committed by students against their own friends. Like mocking friends, calling their parents, so that makes someone feel annoyed. This study was conducted to determine how much influence bullying behavior has on the confidence of grade VIII students of MTs Esa Islamic School Binong-Tangerang for the 2019-2020 academic year.            This type of research is quantitative correlational research with a sample of 49 students. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling (it does not provide the same opportunity to the population) to determine the number of samples taken, namely the census technique because the population is less than 100 so all populations can be used as samples. The instrument used for the study has been tested for validity and the researcher uses 20 valid statements. Reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach formula in the SPSS application so that the results of r count (0.622)> r table (0.281) for bullying instruments and r count (0.677)> r table (0.281) for self-confidence instruments, so the instrument is declared reliable.            The results of this research hypothesis test are: (1) The level of bullying (bullying behavior) in class VIII students of MTs Esa Nusa Islamic School Binong- Tangerang for the 2019-2020 school year is in the strong category with a percentage of 47.6%. (2) obtained the results of r count (0.690)> r table (0.281) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that bullying behavior has an influence on student self-confidence, meaning that if the higher the intensity of bullying in students, the lower the self-confidence in students, and vice versa.

AbstractThis experimental research aims to determine the learning outcomes of musical ensembles, recorder (soprano) in SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmasin using two methods of learning: peer tutoring and conventional. This study also seek out differences in the results of the two methods. Two classes of samples in this study were taken by purposive random sampling technique. Peer tutoring learning methods applied in the experimental class, and conventional teaching methods applied in the control class. Data collection techniques used are tests and documentation, while data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the learning outcomes of students who use peer tutoring learning methods that are in a good qualifying with an average value of 82.91; (2) the results of student learning using the conventional method is more than enough in qualifying with an average value of 78.90; and; (3) test based on statistics found differences in student learning outcomes were significant between experimental class using peer tutors to grade control using conventional methods. Similarly it can be said that results for students in the experimental class is better than learning outcomes in the control class. Keywords: peer tutoring, learning, music ensembles, recorder

The purpose of this research was to improve the integrated science learning outcomes in Class VIII.1 students of SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Rokan Hilir Regency by using the active learning deadline strategy. The subjects of this study were students of Class VIII.1 SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Rokan Hilir Regency with a total of 30 students. The form of research is classroom action research. Based on the results of the study, the average score before the application of the deadline strategy for student learning outcomes was only achieved at an average value of 62.50 with a percentage of 36.7% completeness. After implementing the Deadline strategy, it is known that student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average score of 67.33, with the completeness of 66.7% or there were 20 students who obtained a minimum score of 65 (KKM). Then after reflection and improvements to learning weaknesses, in the second cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached an average value of 82.33 with 100% completeness. This means that all students have reached the specified KKM, so this indicates the success of the research. Because the success indicator set has exceeded 75%.

Motivation is one of the important factors that affect student learning and learning outcomes. A person who has motivation has a tendency to devote all his abilities to get optimal learning outcomes in accordance with the expected goals. The higher the motivation that the students have, the more active the students will be and the learning frequency will increase, so that the learning outcomes will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine how students' motivation to learn mathematics, student learning outcomes, and prove whether there is an effect of student motivation on learning outcomes. The population of this study were 22 students of class VIII MASS Irsyadul Islamah. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire, documentation and observation. The results showed that the motivation to learn in class VIII MASS Irsyadul Islamah students was very positive and good seen from the results of the value of the motivation indicator and the number of students, high motivation students were 4 (15%), medium 13 (68)% of students and low 5 (17% ) students. So it is found that there is an effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is suggested that teachers always try to arouse their students' self-confidence, this is expected to foster student motivation to learn, so that students are motivated to be more active in learning and maximize their potential, and in order to achieve good learning outcomes.

E-Learning is one of the breakthroughs in education that requires information technology. Various online learning models began to be developed. For example blended learning, distance learning (distance learning) and flipped learning. Online learning is basically trying to innovate and change the paradigm in learning. One model of online learning that is currently quite a lot of learning in educational research is reverse learning. Reverse classes are learning held in class with online learning. In turning the lassroom things that are usually done in the classroom such as explaining the material, giving assignments, exercises and homework are transferred to online learning. This research was conducted with development research design. This study aims to study the differences in student learning outcomes through pretest and posttest in students and student learning outcomes also aims to determine the level of student self-confidence. The application of Information Technology-Based Flipped Classroom learning model to classroom learning outcomes and the increase in self-confidence of class VIII students in Fiqh Subjects in MTs Al-Chusnaniyah Surabaya is relatively effective.
