The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the skill aspect of blended learning assessment techniques in fiqh learning during the covid-19 pandemic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ngabar Ponorogo. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection using interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the learning concept used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ngabar Ponorogo uses a combination of two learning systems, namely online and offline or blended learning. The technique for assessing the skill aspect of blended learning uses performance appraisal techniques or practices and products in fiqih learning during the covid-19 pandemic and in its implementation there are advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion of this study is that the learning of fiqh at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ngabar Ponorogo applies a blended learning model with techniques for assessing aspects of performance skills or practices and products that are going well even though there are shortcomings in implementation in the field during the covid-19 pandemic.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Pesan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media termasuk instagram. Trend  tersebut memiliki dua sisi seperti pisau bermata ganda (tantangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah dalam instagram dan mencari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangan penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya, melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari dua puluh unggahan yang diteliti, terdapat tiga unggahan yang termasuk bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah informatif, empatbelas unggahan yang termasuk persuasif, dan tiga unggahan yang termasuk koersif. Kelebihan penyajian pesan dakwah pada akun instagram ini ialah menyampaikan pesan dalam bahasa singkat dan mudah dipahami pembaca. Dan kekurangannya, yaitu penjelasan yang kurang lengkap dan singkat. Kelebihan dan kekurangannya ini juga memberikan dampak pada pemahaman  pembacanya. Da'wah messages can be conveyed through the media including Instagram. The trend has two sides like a double-edged knife (a challenge). This study aims to determine the presentation of preaching messages on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of preaching messages on Instagram and find out the advantages and disadvantages of preaching messages in social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, through observation and documentation. The results showed that of the twenty uploads examined, there were three uploads that included informative preaching messages, fourteen uploads that were persuasive, and three uploads which were coercive. The advantage of presenting da'wah messages on this Instagram account is that it conveys messages in short and easily understood language. And the shortcomings, namely an incomplete and concise explanation. These strengths and weaknesses also have an impact on the reader's understanding.

Abstract The phenomenon of online learning has resulted in problems for the environment for administering Madrasah diniyah education by pursuing various innovations to create and implement quality Al-Qur'an reading and writing learning as a form of the existence of institutions in the Covid-19 era. This research was designed with a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done by collecting books or references that are relevant and accurate, as well as reading and studying to obtain data or conclusions related to the discussion. While the validity of this research data using observation and document analysis. The results of this study include several innovations that teachers can create and implement during the online learning concept: Learning from Home: Collaboration between Schools and Parents, Online Learning as an Opportunity as well as a Challenge and Blended Learning Learning Models in the Covid-19 Pandemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur perencanaan, langkah-langkah perencanaan, serta keuntungan dan kerugian perencanaan di Masjid Al-Muhajir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan rekaman audio. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat unsur perencanaan yang didalamnya ada 5W+1H. Langkah-langkah perencanaan meliputi evaluasi kegiatan sebelumnya, diterimanya beberapa masukan ide dari para jamaah untuk kegiatan yang akan direncanakan. untuk Keuntungannya kegiatan menjadi lebih terarah dan tersusun, kegiatan berjalan secara optimal, dan mudah untuk di evaluasi. Kerugiannya, terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang tidak terrealisasi, serta adanya kekhawatiran mengenai anggaran masjid, karena keuangan masjid baru berpacu pada kotak infaq saja. This study aims to determine the elements of planning, planning steps, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of planning at Masjid Al-Muhajir. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, document study, and audio recordings. The results of this study indicate that there is an element of planning in which there are 5W + 1H. The planning steps include evaluation of previous activities, receiving some input from the congregation for the activities to be planned. For the benefit, activities become more focused and structured, activities run optimally, and are easy to evaluate. The disadvantages are that there are several activities that are not realized, as well as concerns about mosque budgets, because mosque finances are only racing on the infaq box.

This research aims to determine the efficiency as one of the strategies in increasing the Financial Performance of Baitul mal wattamwil UGT Sidogiri Lumajang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The object of this research is Baitul maal wattamwil UGT Sidogiri Lumajang. Data collection is done by interviewing informants from Baitul mal wattamwil UGT Sidogiri Lumajang. The results were conducted from observation and interviews by researchers to 3 informants, showed that the strategies by Baitul mal wattamwil included: controlling operational costs, increase third-party Funds (DPK) savings and time deposits, finance clearly directional, and improve our services and product features fee based income, innovating on the technologies used, targeting every employee, , providing training regarding skills needed by employees, performance appraisal systems, employee rewards and promotions based on their contribution in efforts to improve quality, sustainable productivity.Keywords: Strategic, Efficiency, Finance performance, Baitul mal wattamwil UGT Sidogiri Lumajang

This study aims to determine the application of the Blended Learning Method in PAI learning in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study are: blended learning method is to combine two or more learning methods. Its application to PAI learning at SD Rejowinangun 1 Yogyakarta goes through three stages, namely (1) planning: preparing lesson plans and materials; (2) implementation: online, offline, and face-to-face consultation with health protocols; (3) evaluation. The advantage of this method is that the material can be conveyed comprehensively and the drawback is that it can potentially be exposed to the covid-19 virus because there is face-to-face. The expected positive impact from the results of this research is as information to educational institutions that Blended Learning is an alternative that is very suitable to be applied in the Covid19 Pandemic Era.

Abstract. This research aims to develop Blog PION as a learning media based on blended learning on Muamalah material. This type of research is Research and Development with ADDIE models. Data is presented in the form of descriptive data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that 1) The first stage is an analysis of the curriculum, media and learning models that have been used, and materials that need to be studied by students, 2) The design of Blog PION is done by designing and setting product titles, making storyboards, and making product display, 3) Making a blog through WordPress and supporting images using Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementation by validating the material and media contained in the PION Blog and evaluating teachers and students, 5). Evaluated according to the advice of material experts and media experts as well as weighing the advantages and disadvantages of PION Blog. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Blog PION sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada materi Muamalah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara serta penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tahap pertama dilakukan analisis terhadap kurikulum, media dan model pembelajaran yang telah digunakan, dan materi yang perlu dipelajari oleh peserta didik, 2) Desain Blog PION dilakukan dengan cara merancang dan menetapkan judul produk, membuat storyboard, serta membuat tampilan produk, 3) Pembuatan blog melalui WordPress dan gambar penunjang menggunakan Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementasi dengan cara melakukan validasi materi dan media yang terdapat dalam Blog PION serta penilaian guru dan peserta didik, 5) . Dilakukan evaluasi sesuai dengan saran ahli materi dan ahli media serta menimbang kelebihan dan kekurangan Blog PION.

The implementation of learning in the new normal is not much different from learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore it takes teacher creativity for successful learning implementation. The creativity of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers at MTs Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi is to use blended learning, therefore this research aims to reveal how the implementation of blended learning in AIK learning in the new normal. The study uses a qualitative approach, the data source consists of key informants and additional informants. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data is analyzed using interactive techniques. The application of blended learning model in MTs Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi is done by combining online and offline.  The obstacles faced by using blended learning are from the aspect of teachers, learners and facilities. Research recommendations require comprehensive training to realize teachers who have information technology capabilities.
