The research objective is to find out The Model of Entrepreneurship Training, Mentoring and Bookkeeping Fostering for furniture craftsmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality, Indonesia. With purposive technique, there was research sample of 100 furniture craftmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality; the data collection method applied questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The procedure of model development used Borg and Gall (1983) as following: Research and collection of information, Planning, Initial Product Development (models draft), Initial Tests, Products Revision, Limited Field Trials, Product Revision, Field Trials, Revision of the Final Product, Model Implementation. Data analysis technique applied descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research is a model of entrepreneurship training, mentoring and bookkeeping fostering for furniture craftsmen, which are arranged in the form of textbooks, containin guidelines for training, mentoring and bookkeeping simple guidelines for furniture craftsmen.

ABSTRACT. Based on the results of interviews with biology teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, that not implemented yet local potential based learning is because of limited information. This research aims to develop local potential of West Kalimantan based booklet media on biodiversity material in Grade X of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.. Media development of this booklet used the Brog&Gall model development method, with stages:(1) Research and data collection,(2) planning,(3) Initial product development,(4) Initial field trials,(5) initial product repairs, and (6) field trials. The results research phase (1) that the book and worksheets teacher have not shown local potential, stage (2) the designed booklet contains core competencies, basic competencies, indicators, objectives, contents, evaluations, and bibliography, stage (3) shows the validity booklets on language aspects 85.3% (very valid), material aspects 95.3% (very valid) and media aspects 90.6% (very valid), stage (4) student responses was 85,7% (very positive) and the teacher's response was 88.7% (very positive). Then stage (5) and stage (6), student responses 90.0% (very positive) and teachers 90.4% (very positive), it concluded that developed booklet media valid and received very positive response from students and teachers.

The purpose of this research is to develop a lithosphere module for grade X SMA / MA students using the Dicky & Carey development model and to find out the effectiveness of the developed module. This research method uses research and development. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests for each learning activity. The data analysis technique of this research uses descriptive statistical analysis. In this research, five modules have been developed, namely Module I (Structure of the Lithosphere Layer), Module 2 (Endogenous Energy), Module 3 (Exogenous Energy), Module 4 (Pedosphere), and Module 5 (Soil Erosion). Based on the results of field trials, this learning module has succeeded in showing benefits.

The purpose of this study is to produce a modification of the basketball-based game. This research is a research and development (Research and Development). The stages of research on the development of the Borg & Gall model that have been adopted into seven stages, namely: needs analysis, planning, developing initial products in the form of making initial products which are validated by material experts, media experts, and practitioners. Furthermore, the product is tested on students through small group trials, revisions, field trials and final product revisions. The subjects of this study were the upper grade students of SD Negeri Bakalan, SD Negeri Ledoknongko and SD Negeri Jongkang totaling 30 students in total, with 10 students in each elementary school. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and an evaluation sheet. The quantitative data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study were in the form of TGfU-based basketball game material in the form of a book consisting of six games as a learning tool. The material expert's assessment is included in the criteria of "very good" with an average of 4.9, then media experts indicate the criteria of "very good" with an average of 4.7, and practitioners include the criteria of "very good" with an average of 4.9, while the material field trials The TGfU-based basketball game that was tested on students showed the criteria of "very good" with an average score of 4.37. It can be concluded that the development of TGfU-based basketball game material is feasible to be used as a means of learning big ball games in physical education lessons in elementary schools.

This study aims to develop a dribble jump shoot training model in basketball. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). In this development research, the product developed is a dribble jump shoot training model in basketball.The subjects in this research and development were 3 experts and 10 basketball athletes. The instruments used in this research and development were questionnaires and questionnaires used to collect data at the following stages: (1) needs analysis; (2) expert evaluation; (3) small group trials; and (4) field trials. The effectiveness test is the result of validation from 3 experts and the results of field tests. The results of the 3 experts stated that 86.25% was very suitable for use and the effectiveness test revealed a high gain value of 0.90. Based on the results of research and development, it can be concluded that: (1) By developing an exercise model dribble jump shoot This, can help students in improving basketball jump shoot skills. (2) Provide a new reference for basketball jump shoot practice.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran trigonometri menggunakan ADOBE FLASH CS3 untuk pembelajaran matematika siswa SMA kelas X semester II dan mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan untuk pembelajaran matematika di SMA Kelas X Semester II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model pengembangan Borg dan Gall yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: pertama, pendahuluan yaitu studi pustaka dan studi lapangan; kedua, pengembangan yaitu perencanaan dan pengembangan produk awal; dan ketiga, uji lapangan yaitu uji pengembangan terbatas, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia yang dihasilkan dalam pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran matematika trigonometri adalah baik dilihat dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan suatu multimedia pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran matematika, adobe flas CS3, trigonometri DEVELOPING AN TRIGONOMETRY MULTIMEDIA INSTRUCTION USING ADOBE FLASH CS3 FOR SMA STUDENT AbstractThis research aims to develop trigonometry multimedia intruction using ADOBE FLASH CS3 for the teaching of mathematics on the semester II class X of SMA and reveal the feasibility of the product in the aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness aspec. This research is development research use Borg and Gall development models, conducted through three phases: first, introduction that included the study of literature and field studies; second, development that included the planning and development of the initial product; trird, field testing which included a limited development testing, a small group testing, and field trials. This study aims to: (1) develop thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade V elementary school students, (2) Know the validity, practicality and effectiveness of thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade students V elementary school. The development of thematic textbook learning media based on local wisdom uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The development stages include: (1) Potentials and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product testing, (7) Product revision (Sugiyono, 2016). The research was conducted with 33 students from class V SDN 2 Sendang Jepara Regency. Initial product development is a process of making media based on needs analysis. Expert testing or validation was carried out by 2 experts, namely media experts and material experts. The data collection method in this research is observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and comparison test of two independent groups, namely using the independent t-test. Based on the results of the trial, this thematic teaching material is very valid, very interesting, effective and can be applied in learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test from three experts which show that the product is good. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the experimental class students had better learning outcomes than the control class. This means that textbooks based on local wisdom of Jepara Regency are developed effectively

The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of teaching materials based on an open-ended approach to improve the reasoning abilities of fourth grade students in elementary schools. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). The subjects of this study were 3 classroom teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion) and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of stage 1 media validation, it was obtained 84.8%, and the results of stage 2 media validation were obtained 94.8%. The result of material validation for stage 1 was obtained 84.6%, and validation for material for stage 2 was obtained 93.3%. The results of initial field trials obtained media 93.7% and material 92.3%. This shows that the teaching material is declared valid and suitable for use. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be conveyed is that teaching materials based on an open-ended approach can be used as a tool for teaching and learning resources for students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.
