The purpose of this study: To determine the level of confidence of FSEI IAI students Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk in online buying and selling. This is to determine the level of knowledge of FSEI students IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk about khiyar. To find out the effect of the application of khiyar in online buying and selling on purchasing decisions. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. In collecting this data the authors collect data by means of interviews, observations, questionnaires. This study resulted in a 63% level of confidence in students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics (FSEI) IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk. In the table of interpretation guidelines, the percentage level of 63% of online trading is high. Meanwhile, the percentage level of 81% shows that the level of knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics (FSEI) IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk about khiyar is at a very high level. And the application of online buying and selling khiyar significantly affects the dependent variable (purchase decision) of the IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk Islamic and Islamic Economics Faculty (FSEI) students so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

The purpose of this research is to explain how much Product Innovation and Price Influence Purchase Decisions on Shopee application in Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who used the Shopee application and the process of calculating multiple regression analysis in the process by SPSS25 software. The main data of this study was obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through the publication of journals and textbooks. Based on the results of the study that the variables Product Innovation and Price have a significant influence together on the Purchase Decision, but for variables Product Innovation has a less significant influence on the Price Decision. This shows us that Shopee app users in Bandung have other perspectives when making purchasing decisions instead of just Product Innovation that is considered.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p align="center"><strong></strong><em>Menu listing design needs to have a visual power that attracts the attention of consumers and to be able to compete with other cafes. Design Objectives in the menu list becomes important, because its existence is not limited to the menu information offered but as the attraction of the cafe and can increase sales. In addition to the Design in the menu list also to find out how much influence on consumers in purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach where quantitative research emphasizes the testing of theories through measurement of research variables with numbers and performs analysis with statistical procedures. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that refer to the three aspects of the variable from the menu list of elements of color, typeface, text, illustrations or drawings. The results show that the elements of color, text, illustrations and images have an important effect on the design of the cafe menu list of purchasing decisions. Tujuan Desain dalam daftar menu menjadi penting, karena keberadaannya bukan sebatas informasi menu yang ditawarkan tetapi sebagai daya tarik dari kafe tersebut dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Selain itu Desain dalam daftar menu juga untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana penelitian kuantitatif lebih menekankan pada pengujian teori- teori melalui pengukuran variabel- variabel penelitian dengan angka dan melakukan analisis dengan prosedur statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengacu pada tiga aspek variabel dari daftar menu yaitu elemen warna, jenis huruf, tulisan, ilustrasi atau gambar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa elemen warna, tulisan, ilustrasi dan gambar berpengaruh penting dalam desain daftar menu kafe terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari ketiga elemen yang paling mendominasidalam keputusan pembelian adalah elemen warna karena desain menu berwarna lebih penting dari desain menu kafe yang  hitam putih.</p><p><strong> K</strong>eywords: Kafe, Daftar Menu, Keputusan Pembelian</p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers' perceptions of wedding vendors to the current marketing mix of services, reference groups, and purchase decisions. Analyze the effect of the services marketing mix and reference group on the purchase decision. Formulate an effective marketing strategy for wedding vendors in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. 208 people of samples, with purposive sampling. Analytical tools use descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and IPA. Consumer perception of service marketing mix and purchase decision is a good category, while the reference group is in fair category. Services marketing mix has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decisions of the wedding vendor, while the reference. group has. no significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the wedding vendor.Marketing strategies that can be improved to improve purchasing decisions so that is following the priority indicators that have a high level of importance, but have a level of performance that is still below average.

For the price of wood sold at CV. Harapan Jaya III is a little more expensive compared to other wood products. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Wood Purchase Decisions at CV. Harapan Jaya III Kasmen Kota Serang. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study as many as 70 people are consumers of Wood CV. Harapan Jaya III. The sampling technique using probability sampling is a technique to provide equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample, which is as many as 70 respondents. The results showed that partially product quality had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then the price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously product quality and price affect purchasing decisions. The results of the study conclude that partially product quality affects purchasing decisions and prices affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product quality and price simultaneously affect the purchase decision

The study aims to determine whether there is influence between lifestyle and income on purchasing decision of KBC helmet. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey to 109 users of KBC helmet. Sampling method is non probability sampling. The results of the hypothesis (t test) showed that lifestyle variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. This is indicated by t arithmetic of 13.198 which is greater than t table.However, the income variable has no significant effect on purchase decision with t -0.508 which is smaller than t table. The conclusion from this study that lifestyle variables are most dominant on purchasing decisions.This can be interpreted that, increasing purchasing decisions can be supported by the lifestyle of people who always want to look trend and always keep up with the times. This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising and brand image on Samsung brand purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 137 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Krisnadwipayana who used Samsung smartphones consisting of 84 students majoring in management and 53 students majoring in accounting. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, which used purposive sampling technique, which was an economics faculty student who used a Samsung mobile phone and who had seen a Samsung advertisement. The results showed that there was an influence of advertising and brand image on the purchase decision of the Samsung brand at the Faculty of Economics at University of Krisnadwipayana.

The hospitality business is rapidly growing and has caused fierce competition in this industry. It can be seen from the number of new hotels particularly for the 2 and 3-star hotels, and budget hotels in Surabaya. The hotels applied various strategies in acquiring new customers and retain loyal customers in the pursuit of a high level of occupancy in order to maintain business continuity. Performing appropriate marketing tactics is one of the ways to enable the hotel to increasing occupancy rates. Marketing strategy is associated with the products, prices, promotions, and distribution. This study aims at seeking the impact of the product, prices, promotion, and distribution on the consumer purchasing decisions. The population is all visitors to budget hotels located in the city of Surabaya. The data collection was conducted by distributing the self-administered questionnaire to 150 visitors. Of the 150, 125 questionnaires were valid for further analysis. The sampling frame uses judgmental sampling techniques. Data processing used multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that hotel products have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions; prices have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The location of the hotel affects the purchase decision. Promotion performed by the hotel influence the purchase decision by the consumer. This research model needs to be developed by providing service process variables and employee competencies in hotels in Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere consisting of instore atmosphere and outstore atmosphere on purchasing decisions and to find out the store atmosphere that consists of instore atmosphere and atmosphere outstore the dominant influence on the purchase decision. This type of research is (descriptive reasearch) with a quantitative approach, using primary data taken from questionnaire respondents, namely consumer Inggil Restaurant in Malang. The sampling technique using a non-probability sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done it can be concluded that 1) there are significant atmosphere and outstore atmosphere instore partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions and 2) instore atmosphere as dominant influence on purchase decisions Inggil Restaurant in Malang.

SummaryData from a sample interview survey conducted in Accra in 1982 show that there is a very high level of knowledge of contraceptive methods among mothers aged 25–39 years (92%). However, only about 41% of the women had ever used any form of contraception, and only 18% were using modern methods at the time of the study. This is low for a city where an official family planning programme has been in operation for 15 years, even when the confounding effects of availability and accessibility of services have been controlled for. Suggestions are made for increasing the effectiveness of such programmes.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran logo halal dan iklan media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wanita yang menggunakan kosmetik Wardah di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran logo halal, dan iklan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun silmultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Kehalalan dapat menjadi branding yang semakin kuat, jika didukung dengan promosi melalui media sosial, yang mampu menjangkau segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas terhadap produk lokal.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Awareness of the Halal Logo and Instagram Social Media Ads on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female consumers who use Wardah cosmetics in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study explain that Awareness of the Halal Logo, and Instagram Social Media Ads significantly influence Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneous testing results showed that Halal Logo Awareness and Instagram Social Media Ads had a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions.
