The background of this research is the existence of a strategy to develop a tourist village in Samarinda's Pampang Cultural Village which will have a good impact on the economy of Samarinda's Pampang Cultural Village community. The Pampang Cultural Village in Samarinda has been developed by the government and the local community as a tourist destination, so it is necessary to know the strategy of developing a tourism village in Samarinda's Pampang Cultural Village so that the human resources we have must be utilized properly and increase tourist arrivals. Grand Theory in this research is the principles of managing the development of tourism villages by Gumelar (2010), among others, utilizing the facilities and infrastructure of the local community, benefiting the local community, involving the local community, and implementing the development of rural tourism products. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that with the development of a tourism village development strategy in Samarinda's Pampang Cultural Village to further develop through the human resources that we have and can be managed properly, as well as providing an economic impact on the community of Pampang Cultural Village such as changes in the economic activities of its people who get additional income in activities tourism. From the results of the study it is suggested to the government in the development of tourism the government should build tourism education, and improve facilities and infrastructure as well as recreational facilities even better in the cultural objects of the Pampang Cultural Village in Samarinda.

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. Troso is a village that was developed by the government of the district of Jepara to be a tourist village. It has the potential of home-based crafts such as weaving which could be developed into industrial centers. However, not all community members realize the potential. The community members don?t recognize that Troso is going to be developed as a tourist village. On the other hand, the way the community member doing their business is very ineffective. There is no coordination with other businessmen to accommodate and to control the business. Each entrepreneur is working on their tradition to enrich their own business. One entrepreneur to another is a competitor. For these reasons, the village needs to be developed in order to be efficient for the welfare of all people in Troso. Purpose of this research is to understand the existence of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center and to evaluate development strategy of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center as a tourist village in the district of Jepara. SWOT. The results show that (i) Strength – Opportunity strategy was focusing on digging deeper of the potency and then wrap them up in a specific brand which will impact on economic sector, (ii) Strength – Threat strategy was focusing on offering the potency of the village to investor to create added value of the village to attract tourists, (iii) Weakness – Opportunity strategy was focusing on building the community awareness of a tourist village plan and the importance of Troso weaving industry association, and (iv). Weakness – Threat strategy was focusing on identifying existing weaknesses of the Troso tourist village and then inviting other stakeholders to get involved in developing the village. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Abstract: While mangrove forests support large surrounding populations and diverse economic activities, mangrove areas in Central Vietnam are decreasing. This study, thereforce, aims to understand the current status and threats facing mangrove conservation and development. A survey of 52 respondents was conducted in Duy Xuyen district, the largest area of mangrove forests of Quang Nam province. The results show that 17 mangrove species belong to 11 families, in which 8 significant species and 9 minor species were found in this site. The distribution of species was uneven with dominated by Nipah palms (Nypafruticans Wurmb). Although the mangrove species had several useful functions including protection against wind, wave break and serving tourism development, mangrove areas have been decreasing from 26.39ha to 18.22ha during period of 1999-2018. In which, 67.3% of respondents argued that the conversion of mangroves to aquaculture is one of the main causes of mangrove loss. The study also provided some suggestions related to a long-term development strategy for both government and local community, especially who are directly involving in the mangrove for their livelihoods.Keywords: Central Vietnam, development strategy, mangrove forests, livelihoods

In Sidomulyo Village there is a weaving craft industry that has the potential to be international. This weaving industry is AJZ's weaving industry, owned by Mrs. Asih Tri Tanti, a full-time female worker. According to the results of an interview with Ms. Asih Tri Tanti on April 13, 2017, it is known that her weaving skills are currently acquired while working as a migrant worker in Brunei Darussalam. Then in 2013, this craftsman returned to Sidomulyo Village to develop the potential of weaving craft in his village. However, there were many obstacles. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Bu Asih worked with businessmen from the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam and had been contracted for 10 years by this country. Each sheet, this woven fabric is sold at Rp. 5,000,000. The potential of Asih bu is very likely to be developed. The development of these handicrafts can open employment opportunities from local residents and certainly improve the welfare of the community, especially vulnerable women and women with disability. This service aims to (1) increase the availability of human resources from diffable groups and vulnerable women, (2) shape the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, (3) establish coordination between the government and the community regarding the development of weaving potential, and (4) provide a place for people with disabilities who are members of PPDI to develop their skills. The method of implementation is carried out through seminars and weaving training for vulnerable women and women with disabilities. The results show that UB's community service activities in this weaving training are able to (1) improve Human Resources (HR) (disabled and vulnerable women) in Sidomulyo Village, Blitar Regency, (2) improve the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, and (3) able to change the mindset of the local community to not be ashamed to work in weaving in their own neighbors.

Rural areas experience an imbalance between rural development and cities due to a centralistic development approach. Noting this reality, the government shifted its approach to development strategies that led to decentralization policies. The development of tourism in the village of Pasirmulya is directed at the concept of sustainable development, where local communities are given the authority to manage the tourism potential that exists. The problem is that there are no accommodation facilities for visitors in the village of Pasirmulya, according to the character of rural areas. Eco-homestay is the concept of accommodation facilities in the local ecotourism destination area which is natural, clean, healthy, safe, orderly and environmentally friendly. Applied the concept of marketing, understanding the values ​​of tourism, and improving the quality of human resources, is expected to contribute economically to local communities in the village of Pasirmulya. The results of mentoring that have been carried out are the ability of the community in tourism awareness, can carry out independent cleaning of the homestay and increase income in homestay management.

Bamboo is a plant that can botanically be classified in the family Gramineae (grass). The economic and ecological benefits of bamboo, among other things, when compared to wood commodities, bamboo plants can provide an increase in the income of the surrounding community in a relatively fast time, which is 4-5 years. Demand that remains high is not followed by an increase in quality and prices that are compared to similar goods made from wood or other materials. This is a consideration and reduces the interest of the community to develop the business. This study aims to explore the understanding and role of community empowerment through the use of bamboo, explore the role of government in empowering bamboo-based communities and develop strategies for empowering local communities in the use of bamboo. This research is qualitative by using an emic approach that is focused on data and analysis based on answers from key people. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through interviews and observations. While the secondary data comes from the problem report documents that will be examined, writing and the results of research on the Local Community Empowerment Development Strategy. The results of this study indicate that the local community in Loksado District has the potential to develop processed bamboo production through community participation in bamboo processing and utilization training, the government and village apparatus support the processing and utilization of bamboo through programs / activities, cooperation, bamboo ecotourism and bamboo industrial products, and constraints in the empowerment of bamboo in Loksado District is in marketing and capital strategies.

AbstrakTerjadinya pandemi virus covid-19 menyebabkan peran keluarga semakin penting dalam rangka mencegah penularan pandemi Covid-19. Keluarga menjadi harapan untuk pencegahan  pandemi covid dengan tetap berada di rumah, membimbing anak untuk tetap belajar di rumah. Oleh sebab itu team PKM UPI YPTK pun mencoba menawarkan solusi kepada keluarga Pra sejahtera untuk mencari solusi lain dalam  rangka mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan walau tetap berada di rumah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari identifikasi mitra, kesepakatan penentuan objek pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, dan evaluasi bersama. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan tersebut adanya pemahaman, dan motivasi untuk memanfaatkan Ekonomi Kreatif bagi keluarga Pra Sejahtera sebagai kegiatan tambahan dalam mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan bagi keluarga. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian tersebut diantaranya (1)Semua peserta bersemangat untuk mencari tahu kegiatan ekonomi lain, walau tetap berada di rumah (2) Dukungan dari Pemerintah terkait peningkatan ekonomi kreatif bagi keluarga Pra sejahtera perlu digalakan agar masyarakat pra sejahtera bisa meningkatkan ekonomi walau dalam keadaaan krisisKata Kunci: Permbedayaan, Keluarga, Produktivitas, Ekonomi Kreatif, UMKM,AbstractThe occurrence of the covid-19 virus pandemic has made the role of the family increasingly important in order to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19  pandemic.. Families become hope for the prevention of the Covid pandemic by staying at home, guiding children to keep studying at home. Therefore, the UPI YPTK PKM team also tried to offer a solution to the Pra-prosperous family to find other solutions in order to get additional income even though they were still at home. The method of implementing this service activity is carried out starting from partner identification, agreement on determining training objects, training and mentoring, and joint evaluation. The results obtained from these activities were understanding, knowledge and motivation to take advantage of the Creative Economy for poor families as an additional activity in getting additional income for the family. Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.
