This study aims to determine the correlation between leg length and leg muscle power on the results of long passing in soccer games. The population in this study were all Wakanda football players FC Deliserdang in 2020. A total sample of 20 was obtained by total sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were an instrument for measuring leg length, a standing broad jump instrument for leg muscle power and a long passing instrument was the gastric passing test from Bobby Charlton. The results of the first statistical analysis show that the correlation coefficient is 0.501, which is a strong enough correlation. The R square of 0.251 explains that the length of the legs has an effect of 25.1% on the results of long passing football, while 74.9% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that tcount> ttable where (2.45> 1.729), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between leg length and long passing results in Wakanda football player FC Deli Serdang in 2020. The result of the second statistical analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0.457, which is a strong enough correlation. The R square of 0.209 explains that leg muscle power has an effect of 20.9% on the results of long passing football while 79.1% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that tcount> ttable where (2.183> 1.729), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship of leg muscle power to the long passing results of the Wakanda FC Deli Serdang football player in 2020. The result of the third statistical analysis shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.506 which is a strong enough correlation. The R square of 0.256 explains that leg length and leg muscle power have an effect of 25.6% on the results of soccer long passing while 74.4% are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that tcount <ttable where (0.344 <1.729), so it can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between leg length and leg muscle power together on the long passing results of football players Wakanda FC Deli Serdang in 2020.

Abstrak. Prevalensi terjadinya penurunan power pada otot hamstring menurut American football > 41%, sedangkan di Australian Rules Football terjadi penurunan power hamstring dengan presentase 16% yang angka kejadiannya pada urutan ketiga setelah cedera lutut dan ankle, oleh karena  itu perluya peningkatan power otot tungkai karena mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat penting terhadap performa tim untuk mencapai prestasi sepak bola yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh lari zig zag dengan side jump sprint  terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada pemain sepak bola. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental. Sampelnya yaitu Pemain bola di lapangan Nogotirto Yogyakarta yang berusia 17-22 tahun, pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik total sampling, dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi didapatkan 16 orang dan dibagi 2 kelompok sehingga masing-masing 8 orang. Kelompok intervensi 1 dengan lari zig zag dan kelompok intervensi II dengan side jump sprint yang dilakukan selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali seminggu,kemudian diukur dengan vertical jump test. Hasil Uji Paired Sample T-test pada hipotesis I dan II diperoleh nilai p :0,000 (p< 0,05), dan uji beda menggunakan Indevendent Sample T-test diperoleh nilai p :0,633 (p> 0,005). Dapat disimpulkan Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh latihan lari zig zag dengan latihan side jump sprint terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada pemain sepak bola.  Kata Kunci      : power, zig zag run, side jump sprint, vertical jump  The Influence of Zig Zag Running and Side Jump Sprint on Increasing the Power of Football Players   Abstract. The prevalence of decreasing power in the hamstring muscles according to American football> 41%, while in Australian Rules Football there is a decrease in power hamstring with a percentage of 16% which occurs in third place after knee and ankle injuries, therefore the need to increase leg muscle power because it has a very important influence on team performance to achieve better football performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effect of zig zag running with side jump sprint on increasing leg muscle power in football players. The research method use quasi experimental design. The sample is football players in Yogyakarta Nogotirto field aged 17-22 years, taking the sampling with total sampling techniques, with inclusion and exclusion criteria found 16 people and divided into 2 groups so that each 8 people. Intervention group 1 with zig zag running and intervention group II with side jump sprint conducted for 4 weeks with exercise frequency 3 times a week, then measured by vertical jump test. The results of the Paired Sample T-test in hypotheses I and II obtained p values: 0,000 (p <0.05), and different tests using the Independent Sample T test obtained p values: 0.633 (p> 0.005). Abstract: Physical condition is an important role in football because with good physical condition, it will be more likely to achieve. This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of Arema players aged 16 years in Malang City in 2021. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative which aims to provide a real picture in accordance with what is in the field about the physical condition of Arema Football Academy football players aged 16 years old in Malang in 2021. The results on leg muscle strength have an average of 44.24, speed has an average of 7.73, agility has an average of 9.91, flexibility has an average of 16.60, muscle power limbs have an average of 55.88, endurance has an average of 45.98. It can be concluded that strength (leg muscles) is in sufficient category, speed is in good category, agility is in very good category, flexibility is in very good category, leg muscle power is in good category and endurance is in good category. And the overall physical condition is in the sufficient category. Abstrak: Kondisi fisik merupakan peranan yang penting dalam sepak bola karena dengan kondisi fisik yang baik maka akan lebih berpeluang untuk berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pemain arema usia 16 tahun di Kota Malang tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata sesuai dengan yang ada di lapangan tentang kondisi fisik pemain sepak bola Arema Football Academy umur 16 tahun di Kota Malang tahun 2021. Hasil pada kekuatan otot tungkai memiliki rata-rata 44,24, kecepatan memiliki rata-rata 7,73, kelincahan memiliki rata-rata 9,91, kelentukan memiliki rata-rata 16,60, power otot tungkai memiliki rata-rata 55,88, daya tahan memiliki rata-rata 45,98. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan (otot tungkai) masuk kategori cukup, kecepatan masuk kategori baik, kelincahan masuk kategori baik sekali, kelentukan masuk kategori baik sekali, power otot tungkai masuk kategori baik dan daya tahan masuk kategori baik. Dan pada kondisi fisik secara keseluruhan masuk dalam kategori cukup.

Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat  mengetahui hubungan panjang tungkai dan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari 100 meter pada klub atletik Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan Teknik studi korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para anggota klub Atletik Jakarta Utara dengan jumlah atlet 50 atlet. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang, sampel ditentukan dengan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat hubungan Panjang Tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter diperoleh koefisien korelasi ry1  = 0.69, yang berarti variabel panjang tungkai memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil lari 100 meter sebesar 82.38 %. (2). Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter, diperoleh koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,94 yang berarti variabel Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil lari 100 meter  sebesar 88.50 %. (3). Terdapat hubungan berarti antara Panjang Tungkai dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter secara Bersama – sama, dengan koefisien korelasi ganda Ry1-2 = 0,94 hal ini berarti bahwa 88.50% Hasil Lari 100 Meter ditentukan oleh Panjang Tungkai dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai secara bersama-sama.  Kata Kunci : Panjang Tungkai, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, Hasil Lari 100 Meter.  ABSTRACT                        The purpose of this research is to find out relationship between leg length and leg muscle explosiveness to the results of running 100 meters at the North Jakarta athletic club. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational study techniques. The population in this study were the members of the North Jakarta Athletics Club with 50 athletes. The number of samples is 30 people, the sample is determined by purposive sampling. The results of the study concluded that: (1). There is a relationship between the length of the limb with the result of running 100 meters and the correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.69, which means that the leg length variable contributes to the 100 meter run by 82.38%. (2). There is a significant relationship between the leg muscle explosive power with the result of running 100 meters, the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.94, which means the variable Explosion of Leg Muscle contributes to the 100 meter running result of 88.50%. (3). There is a significant relationship between Leg Length and Leg Muscle Explosion with the results of running 100 meters together, with a double correlation coefficient Ry1-2 = 0.94 this means that 88.50% 100 Meters Run Results are determined by Leg Length and Muscle Explosion Power. This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle power to volleyball spike skills in class X SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi, Empat Lawang. The method used is a descriptive correlational method, because basically this study aims to determine the relationship between variables. The research data collection instrument was carried out by measuring the power of the leg muscles using the Vertical Jump test, then the Spike skill was performed with the Spike. The results of data analysis indicate that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, there is a positive relationship between the two variables, namely of 0.977 is positive, meaning that the greater the score obtained, the stronger the relationship between the two variables. The test for the significance of the correlation coefficient was carried out by means of the value r count with r table at α = 5% with N = 24 obtained r table of 0.404 because the correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.97 r (0.5) (24) = 0.404 means the correlation between the power of leg muscles on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students is significant. Thus, the hypothesis which says "there is a strong correlation between leg muscle power on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students", is accepted. Olahraga bulutangkis memiliki beberapa teknik pukulan, salah satunya smash yang membutuhkan beberapa komponen fisik sebagai penunjang keberhasilan melakukan pukulan smash. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional, bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap variabel terikat ketepatan smash. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 atlet anggota PB Delta Purwokerto. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi hubungan power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,571. Koefisien korelasi kekuatan otot lengan dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,735. Koefisien korelasi koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,520. Sedangkan hasil dari f hitung > f tabel (17,364 > 3,49) dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash bulutangkis.Badminton has several hit techniques; one of them is smash which requires several physical components as a support for the success of making a smash. This study was to determine the correlation between leg muscle power, arm muscle strength and hand eye coordination on badminton smashes. This study was a correlational study and the purpose was to find out the correlation between the independent variable of leg muscle power, arm muscle strength and hand eye coordination to the dependent variable smash accuracy. This study had 20 of PB Delta Purwokerto athletes as the subjects. The researcher used product moment correlation test to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient value between the leg muscle power and the accuracy of the smash was 0.571, the correlation coefficient between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy was 0.735, meanwhile between the hand eye coordination and smash accuracy was 0.520. The result of f > table f (17,364 > 3,49) with a probability value of 0,000. The result of the data analysis indicated that there was a significant correlation among leg muscle power, arm muscle strength, and hand eye coordination with the accuracy of badminton smashes.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leg mucle power, stomach muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle’s coordination on side kick’s speed in perguruan pencak silat kembang setaman wonosobo year 2020. This study is a corelation researcher, it needs one meeting to collect the data. The subject of this research is 14 athletes of Kembang Setaman Wonosobo. Source of data of this research is from the athletes and the researcher. Methods of collecting data that the researcher uses are test and observation. The researcher uses SPSS to test the data. Method of data analysis that the researcher chooses is descriptive quantitative. The study used 5 variables, namely variable x with leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle coordination and variable Y with side kick speed / T. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be explained that (1) leg muscle power has a significant relationship to the side kick speed / right T indicated by the sig value. 0.008 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 50.5% for the right leg and a sig. 0.004 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 4.1% for the left leg and a relationship between leg muscle power and the left side kick speed / T indicated by the sig value. 0.003 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2.7% for the right leg and a sig value. 0.000 &lt;0.05, the contribution value is 66.7% for the left leg (2) the strength of the abdominal muscles is indicated by the value of sig. 0.012 and 0.047 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2% and 2.1% (3) body flexibility has no significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.541 and 0.073&gt; 0.005 (4) eye-foot coordination does not have a significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.374 and0.472&gt; 0.05. From the value of the contribution above, the contribution value is the leg muscle power compared to the abdominal muscle strength from the total value of the contribution, namely 55.6% for the side kick speed / T right and 71,1% for the contibution value for the side kick speed / T left. Based on the data above, it can be concluded from this study that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength to side kick speed / T in the Kembang Setaman Wonosobo martial arts college in 2020 and there is no relationship between body flexibility and ankle coordination on side kick speed / T in Setaman Wonosobo Kembang Silat College 2020.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the relationship of arm muscle strength and leg power with the jump shot ability of the extracurricular women's basketball team. This research is a Non-Experimental study with correlational design.Data collection techniques in this study were tests. The instruments used in this study were push-up tests, vertical jump tests, and ball-to-ring tests with jump shots that were at 5 shot post points with 5x chance to shoot at each post.The results of the analysis showed that: There was a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and jump shoot, significance value 0.001 <0.05, the magnitude of the relationship between arm muscle strength and Jumpshot by 75.3%. (2) There is no significant relationship between leg muscle power and jump shoot in basketball extracurricular women's teams with t count 3.105> t table 2.23, and significance value 0.316 <0.05. (3) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and leg power simultaneously to Jump shoot ability with r = 0.753 and significance = 0.001 with sig F change = 0.004.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian ini siswa putra kelas VII jumlah 32. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini zig-zag run untuk kelincahan dan standing broad jump untuk power otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan SPSS 16. Dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,02. Sedangkan untuk data power otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2014. This study aims to reveal the contribution of balance and leg muscle power to the side kick ability of Pencak Silat athletes at the Tapak Suci College in Bekasi. This research is included in the correlational research. The population in this study were all Tapak Suci athletes in Bekasi City, aged 15-17 years, amounting to 38 people and the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 29 male athletes alone. To get the research data used a balance test (stork stand test), leg muscle explosive power (vertical jump) and side kick ability tests. The data obtained were analyzed with produck moment and to see the correlation used dolittle double method and to know the contribution results determined by the dolittle formula. From the results of the study it can be seen that the correlation coefficient r count> r table (research hypothesis is accepted) and significant testing of the correlation coefficient of variables X1 - Y, X2 - Y and X1, X2 against Y is obtained Fcount> Ftable. From the results of this study prove: (1) there is a significant contribution between balance (X1) to the side kick capability of 23%. (2) There is a significant contribution between the leg muscle explosive power (X2) to the side kick capability of 74%. (3) There is a joint contribution of balance (X1) and leg muscle power (X2) to side kick capability (Y) of 97%.
