<p>This study wants to examine the relationship between teacher competence and emotional intelligence that held by teachers to increase the teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah at district of Serang Banten. This research was conducted with the quantitative method, through analysis descriptive and inferential. Samples the research were teachers Madrasah Tsanawiyah with using the instrument as a means of data collection, the results showed that there is a relationship between teacher competence to teacher performance, as well as emotional intelligence has relationship with the teacher performance. Improvement the teacher performance due to increased and improvement the teacher competence and emotional intelligence. So therefore, it takes a real effort of various parties in improvement the teacher competence and emotional intelligence held by teachers, improvement the teacher competence and emotional intelligence will give a positive result to the improvement and enhancement of the teacher performance in the learning process in schools.</p>

Spiritual and emotional intelligence is one of the most important components in tecacher’s performance. The teacher should be able to perform the planning of teaching and learning process, implementing teaching and learning process, evaluating learning process and implementing the accountable follow-up, therefore the teacher’s performance will be better. In implementing the performance, the teacher must have good spiritual and emotional intelligence. The aim of the study is to show the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence and the teacher’s performance in all of SDIT metro city.The hypothesis proposed is; There is a positive and significant relationship between the Relationship of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and the teacher’s performance either individually or collectively. This research is designed quantitatively with the research population are all teachers who are in SDIT of Metro city with total number is 93 teachers.The sampling ofthe study was done with the formula from isaac and michael, which the table with the level of error 10%. The instrument usedLikert scale model questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability.The first and second hypotheses were tested with partial correlation techniques, and the third used multiple correlation techniques. The results showed that (1) the achievement level of spiritual intelligence score of 76.31% from ideal maximum score and included enough categories.Spiritual intelligence contributes significantly to the teacher's performance of 17.70%.(2) The achievement level of Emotional Intelligence score of 79.97% of the ideal maximum score and including enough category. Emotional intelligence contributes significantly to teachers' performance of 14.40%.(3) Level of achievement of teacher performance score equal to 77,39% from ideal maximum score and included enough category. Spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence together contribute significantly to teacher performance by 39.50%. The study found that the two predictor variables studied individually and collectively contributed significantly to teacher performance. Therefore these two predictors need more attention to improve teacher performance.Thus, the performance of teachers will be better with the increase of spiritual and emotional intelligence.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Teacher Performance and School Facilities on Student Success in Studying Knowledge Through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City           Methods and Types of data in this study, are quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. This study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City. With a student population of approximately 1,508 students. The sample of this study was 125 students and alumni. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18.           The results of the research and testing of hypotheses that have a significant effect are as follows: 1. Teacher competence has no significant effect on the learning process. 2. Motivation does not significantly influence the learning process. 3. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning process. 4. Facilities have a significant effect on the learning process. 5. Competence does not significantly influence student success. 6. Motivation does not significantly influence student success. 7. Teacher performance does not significantly influence student success. 8. Facilities have a significant positive effect on student success. 9. The learning process has a significant effect on student success. This paper describes enhancement in teacher performance in implementing the learning process, after academic supervision is carried out. Transformation in the form of attendance, fulfillment of work tools, time discipline, use of media, and teaching skills are indicators of this. The method used for research is qualitative with quantitative data collection and analysis techniques, and Classroom Action Research approach. The number of teachers used as a sample was 20 people, and the results obtained showed that after the research was carried out in cycle I and cycle II, a total of 85% sampled for 10 aspects of the assessment increased their performance. This data shows the achievement of the successful implementation of supervisory academic supervision of PAIBP teachers.

However, EQ good can determine thesuccess of individuals in learning achievement in building a successful career, and can reducethe aggressiveness, especially among teenagers purpose of this study was to determinewhether there is a relationship of emotional intelligence toward student learning achievementProdi DIII Midwifery Curup Semester II and IV. This research was conducted in the ProdiDIII Midwifery Curup from July to August 2016, with the number of respondents, thisresearch is descriptive analytic, data collection using a scale based on the theory of emotionalintelligence Daniel Goleman; to measure student achievement used methods of examinationof documents by the second half saw the value of IP, IV and population II and IV semesterstudent, taken by total population, the data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Theresults of the analysis of experimental data showed correlation coefficient of 0.635 with p0.005 (<0.05), the Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship betweenemotional intelligence and academic achievement of students Prodi DIII Midwifery Curup IIand IV semester of 2016. To develop and optimize the emotional intelligence plays a role instudent success both in school and in the surrounding environment, it is recommended to thecampus, especially the lecturer-dosenagar incorporate elements emosioal intelligence inpresenting the material as well as the emotions involved in the learning process

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of the high school teachers. This study uses a research design with an associative quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation and online questionnaires. This study used a sample of 39 respondents with the determination of the sample size using the saturated sample formula. Partial least square is applied to examine the relationship between teacher performance, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that of the seven hypotheses developed there are two accepted hypotheses, that is, for the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, it is obtained that the results of a significant effect and the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance are also obtained significant results. Meanwhile, the other 5 hypotheses developed were not significant. Through the findings of this study, it is hoped that it can provide additional information for various parties, especially the school, to pay attention to the factors that affect teacher performance and job satisfaction, so that teachers gain comfort and confidence to continue to improve their performance in implementing learning in schools.

In our globalizing world the competition among firms producing the same goods and services have intensified, every organization now seeks to maximize funds and resources while delivering the best results for projects embarked on towards the overall profitability of said organization. Consequently, understanding the relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management is a necessity. The main purpose of this study was to determine if there is a significant relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management. In this research paper, a literature review in the field of resource budgeting and project management was presented, and the papers were discussed for a deeper understanding of state of the art. This research made use of quantitative method to gather data due to the nature of the topic. Survey was used as a method of data collection. It was concluded that resource budgeting is a tool for project management, hence effective resource budgeting goes a long way in ensuring the success of a project. It was recommended that a more comprehensive research covering other states in Nigeria should be carried out so as to contribute to existing knowledge on project management. LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION IN EFFECTIVE PATIENT ROUNDING TECHNIQUESBackground : The Nursing round is the way for a nurses to discuss more about the problems and needs of patients and is a learning process for nurses it hopes of improving cognitive, affective, psychomotor and motivated bias. The results of the interview with the head of the Raden Mattaher General Hospital operating room in Jambi found that nursing rounds were very rare.Purpose: The study is to determine the relationship between nurse motivation and leadership style of nursing rounds in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi City.Methods: The research was used a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted in the Surgical hospitalization rooms. The population of this study were all of nurses who worked in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi which totaling 38 nurses. The samples were taken in total sampling thenique. The data collection did by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate by using chi square test.Results: The results of this study indicated that of 38 respondents, 55.3% had low motivation, 71.1% with good leadership style and 57.9% who did a nursing round. There is no relationship between nurses' motivation for the nursing round with p value 0.122> 0.05. There is a relationship of leadership style to the nursing round because the p value is 0.002 <0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the leadership style influences the nursing round.Latar Belakang: Ronde keperawatan merupakan media bagi perawat untuk membahas lebih dalam masalah dan kebutuhan pasien serta merupakan suatu proses belajar bagi perawat dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotor dan bisa termotivasi. Hasil wawancara kepada kepala ruangan bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi diketahui ronde keperawatan sangat jarang sekali dilakukan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi perawat dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan diruang rawat inap bedah, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana yang berkerja diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi yang berjumlah 38 perawat. Sample diambil secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 38 responden, 55,3% memiliki motivasi rendah, 71,1% dengan gaya kepemimpinan baik dan 57,9% yang melakukan ronde keperawatan. Tidak terdapat hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap ronde keperawatan dengan p value 0,002 > 0,05. Terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan karena nilai p value 0,002<0,05.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi ronde keperawatan.

This study aims to examine the role of workplace spirituality in enhancing affective commitment with emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. The respondents in this research are the millennial generation who work in various industrial sectors in west Java. This study applies a quantitative method and the survey method is used for collecting data.. The number of respondents obtained as many as 203 respondents who have worked for at least 1 year and were born in the range of 1980-2000. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results reveal that workplace spirituality had a significant positive effect on affective commitment and emotional intelligence did not moderate the relationship between them.

As long as humans live, they need interaction with other people both individually and in groups, as social beings humans will go through stages of life that influence one another. One of them is the adolescent stage which has a big influence on his life. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self- adjustment in youth youth organizations of Bina Muda Desa Ngrawan. The population in this study amounted to 30 adolescents. Data collection techniques used in this study were emotional intelligence questionnaires, social skills questionnaires, and self-adjustment questionnaires that have been developed by researchers. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Kendall-tau technique which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. 26.0 for windows. Based on the research results obtained r = 0.560 and p = 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self-adjustment in youth youth organizations at Ploso Hamlet, Ngrawan Village, Getasan, District Semarang. From these results it can be concluded that the higher the score for emotional intelligence and social skills, the higher the score for self-adjustment. Conversely, the lower the emotional intelligence and social skills scores, the lower the adjustment scores will be.

Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.
