Library collections are economically sustainable only if the rate of increase in costs is no greater than the rate of increase in the library acquisitions budget. Because book prices increase at a much lower rate than journal prices, undergraduate libraries can achieve economic sustainability through a renewed emphasis on books rather than journals. Book-centered collections are consistent with the goals of many undergraduate colleges, and books rather than journals may provide the best teaching resources even in those fields that rely heavily on journals for the communication of original research results.

There is an obvious conceptual link between the words "professor" and "profession". May one however assume that being a professor entails belonging to a profession, an academic profession? One may have various motives for entering into and staying in the academy, eg the advantage of progression one the basis of one's own, independent efforts, earning a good salary and following one's calling to expend the energy and abilities one receives in life sensibly. Professors are expected to be (at least) adequate teachers; they are required to have and maintain specialised knowledge of their field and to generate new knowledge by means of the production and dissemination of original research results. Insofar as professions are characterised by their members having specialised knowledge or skills, performing specialised services, are bound by ethical codes and holding an acknowledged social status often expressed in titles, there should therefore not be any doubt as to the existence of an academic profession distinct from other professions (especially those related to the field of scholarship concerned). Practising academics should work towards the active acknowledgment by all of the professionalism of the professorial institution.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on all elements of society, including information institutions such as libraries. Innovations made by information institutions such as libraries are mostly carried out on the development of library collections, library services, human resources. The purpose of this research is to look at innovations in college libraries in providing services to academicians due to covid-19. Digital libraries exist as an innovation in overcoming the problems of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, researchers conducted online interviews by sending emails to the email library. The data were obtained by interviewing the librarian of the college library. Innovations made in libraries involve human resources, library collections, and services. Increasing human resources in the library by providing training on deficiencies in terms of services, turnover of librarians aims to provide officers with new experiences. Library collections experience sharing of resources where collaboration between libraries aims to fill the void in library collections in the library. Internship in libraries can be a movement in terms of library development, where the internship is a place to accommodate young people who are rich in creative ideas and incoming invoices that make libraries more colorful.

The purpose of this study was to investigate anxiety as a status quo, either as a personality trait, a level of stress, and how to deal with it in Criminal Police and Prevention and Traffic. Assumptions about the purpose of the study indicated a higher level of anxiety and stress in Criminal Police officers. These hypotheses were based on the character of uniform work of a given Branch. The nature of this specialization is influenced by the environmental conditions of work, the dynamics of change, the presence of criminogenic factors and the responsibility of the tasks aimed at combating crime. The greater the presence of risk factors, the better should be the countermeasures. These assumptions were confirmed because Criminal Police officers showed task-oriented problem-solving and tensions. This gives you the ability to be effective and effective in your occupation and prevent burnout.
