This article displays the analysis and evaluation of the use of Emerging Technologies in a computer solution to contribute to health security in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective of the study is to envision Technology with a new approach, as a tool that favors autonomy and social isolation for the benefit of health. The case study of the QRoute academic project is presented, developed by university students who exhibit disciplinary skills and competencies in a comprehensive computing solution composed of a website and a mobile application for the tourist guide in Campeche. With the application of the heuristic method, the analysis, evaluation and correspondence of the Technologies used together with the main health security strategies imposed at the national level in Mexico was carried out. The result of the study concludes that the proposed IT solution directly favors two health security strategies, confinement and healthy distance. In this way, it is ensured that the software management can act as a strategic tool for the reactivation of social, economic and commercial processes in the country.

The objective of this research is to analyze the change in organizational well-being, due to voluntary confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic, through a correlational comparative study to identify key variables for improvement. The methodology that was applied was, through a sample of 504 students and university professors from the Toluca Valley, in which, through an electronic form, information was collected on the positive emotions they experienced before confinement and six months after remaining in that condition. The standard deviations were calculated for each variable, when representing the results by means of a radial graph, it is possible to appreciate the detriment of each one, however the proportion in which they change differentiated led to the elaboration of a correlation-covariance matrix. The analysis of the results, using the spreadsheet and the conditional format in the matrix, allows identifying key variables that the organization can promote to improve organizational well-being.

The National Survey on Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco, 2016-2017, notes that 15.6 million Mexicans are active smokers and, by 2030, expect the death of 8 million cancers of the larynx or lung. Therefore, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends detecting precancerous lesions of the larynx. This is possible, as they are characterized by a biomarker pattern manifested by the alteration of the biomechanical interpretation of the vocal cords, regardless of the sex and age of the smoker. The goal of this article is to evaluate three machine learning methods: neural networks, Gaussian networks, and decision tree to determine the method that best solves the problem of detecting patterns of precancerous vocal cord injury biomarkers. It uses the WEKA tool and a knowledge bank, endorsed by NOM-012-SSA3-2012, with 250 patterns, and provided by the Luis Guillermo Ibarra National Institute of Rehabilitation, Ibarra. The performance of the methods was compared by ROC curves and confusion matrices, under the criteria established by ISO-5725. The decision tree the method that best responds to the detection of patterns of biomarkers of precancerous lesions of the vocal cords.

Globally 2020 has been a year of great challenges, due to the pandemic triggered by COVID-19, each country has had to face the challenges that have arisen as a result of it, various areas were affected because of this situation and one of them was education although we cannot say that it is the most important if it is an area that has a great impact , from the own school activity of teachers, students and administrators, to the activity in the family nucleus, although the school figures have changed due to the circumstances to a virtual environment to carry out and fulfill all the activities inherent in the learning teaching process, the family dynamics in this adaptation of the school have been significantly affected , among other situations by bringing together students of various educational levels in the same space at home in order to connect to their online sessions. However, this adaptation has presented a few difficulties that limit the educational development of many of the students and which has to do with the provision of the resources available to them to carry out educational work in the best way and properly achieve the expected learnings and the achievement of educational objectives, these difficulties relate to economic and technological inequity. In this sense and with about nine months in this situation, it is concerned to know the difficulties in terms of technological resources that students of the Technological University of Netzahualcoyotl have had, in particular of the carreer of Business Development Marketing Area and that have affected their school performance, through the conduct of quantitative research with a sample applied to 283 students of this area, supported by a questionnaire. With the results, it is intended to have elements to make decisions regarding strategies that contribute to better school performance and to reduce the technological gap of students at the Technological University of Netzahualcoyotl.

The present quantitative research addresses, at a comparative descriptive level, the issue of psychosocial risk factors at the high school level of school center 01 “Tuxtla Terán” of Colegio de Bachilleres de Chiapas (COBACH) located in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez; making a comparison between groups of regular students with irregular students. The intervention is a product of the inter-institutional work of the academic body “education and contemporary social processes” of the Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de Chiapas (UNICACH) and of the Procurator's Office of Human Rights (Directorate of Attention to Victims) attached to the General Procurator's Office from Chiapas. It tends to be thought that repetitive students are predisposed toto risky behaviors and, in the words of the educational authorities, to be objects of low academic performance, school failure or dropout. Psychosocial risk behaviors tend to be increased in adolescence, with age being an indirect factor in transgressive or criminal behavior that may put their physical and mental health at risk. For example, in the use and abuse of toxic substances such as drugs, alcohol, suicide attempt, antisocial behavior, risky sexual behavior or teenage pregnancy.

The Teaching-Learning process is complex; First, the interest, and motivation of the student is important. In addition to the above, the social and cultural context can have a positive or negative influence on learning in the area of mathematics and particularly on the notions of probability. The present work presents a didactic proposal that is supported by the use of computational tools. The objective of this proposal is to improve the understanding and fixation of concepts of counting techniques through the use of visual and descriptive forms (appropriate tables and codifications). Real-life examples are presented, so that the student can build formal definitions that allow generalizations under mathematical rigor. For the design of the teaching strategy we rely on constructivist and learning theories under didactic situations. These teaching models have great educational potential because they encourage reflection and analysis. In this way the student acquires skills in the approach, resolution, interpretation and verification of probability problems. In a second stage it is expected to experiment with the application of this proposal in the classroom. In this way, difficulties in teaching-learning processes can be identified and innovative teaching strategies can be proposed.
