A system was designed to detect possible violations of the operating rules of the enterprise without changing the behavior of the entire system as a whole, as well as to automatically start the assembly of the simulated behavior of a real application using unit and functional testing technologies. In the work, an analysis was made of the subject area of the work process of drivers, managers and operators. It was found that the time to find possible violations exceeds the permissible value. The audit department engaged in verification had problems with the quick unloading of potential violators. The department made unloading and manual search, which led to a longer identification of violations both from the side of drivers and managers. It is possible to solve this problem and increase the efficiency of the process by developing an automatic analysis system. An analysis of the management process was carried out. Based on the analysis, a model of system use cases was developed, from which user and functional requirements were defined and formed. A functional model of the system was introduced. The basic algorithms are described. Connections between system entities were revealed, analysis classes and detailed UML diagrams were compiled. Thus, when performing the work, all the features and nuances of the design of information systems were taken into account, then according to the presented models, you can develop an information system and implement it in various organizational structures.

Despite the implementation of several Conditional Money Transfer Programs (CMT) and the consequent reduction in poverty and indigence rates, without ignoring that said reduction has been controversial due to its low level of evaluation and control; as well as the effective increment in job placement of vulnerable population sectors, Argentina keeps having high levels of inequality. From a financial analysis aspect, this situation is largely due to the consolidation of a highly regressive detractive system, characterized by the imposition of indirect taxes that are levied on productive and intermediate activities and final consumer products without taking into account the effective tax capacity of the actual or incidental recipients of the tax. In a country like Argentina, which belongs to the most unequal continent in the world, it is essential to start being, and not seem; by this, we mean that the fiscal system structure must pursue and encourage the achievement of a structural middle class, starting by having in consideration the severe economic asymmetries, which occur both at a population level as well at a regional geographic context. One of the main situations that countless families suffer is the lack of coordination of fiscal reforms that tend to the development and consolidation of a structural middle class through a progressive, inclusive and liable tax system.

This paper aims to create a failure prediction model for road transportation firms, as literature so far lacks intercountry evidence for this sector. Five financial ratios from Altman (1968) study are used for bankrupted and survived road transportation firms from six European countries with logistic regression as the method. The study indicates, that while all five financial ratios are significant in the intercountry prediction model, the accuracies of the model can vary through countries. The accuracies of single-country models do not differ a lot from the inter-country model accuracy, but in turn the significances of predictors can substantially vary through countries.

Tourism activity is one of the most important economic activities globally, but due to its complexity, its study should not be based solely on an economic perspective. A systemic and multidisciplinary vision is necessary to understand and clarify the problems this tourist activity presents. Introducing inevitably, in this systemic vision, the energy variable hitherto hidden, that supports and allows the development of tourism activity in the search for a real sustainability. Since this imposed reality, whose greatest exponent is monetary reductionism, leads us to ignore the resources that really are the essential support of tourism, and ultimately, of any anthropological activity.
