This service activity is an activity in the form of training on English Conversation and Introduction to Information Technology for Youth in RT 02 RW 09, Bengkong Sadai Batam which is held at the Gedung Pertemuan RW09 Bengkong.The training held is a multi-disciplinary training or combines several study programs, especially English and Computer Study Programs. The training materials have been prepared in such a way that they are able to at least provide some solutions to the problems of the younger generation that are happening in the current millennial era. These problems include, among other things, teenagers in these neighborhoods do not master English and lack information technology. This training is carried out starting in November 2021 and ending in December 2021 with as many as 5 meetings held regularly. From this training, it is hoped that the training participants will get refreshed knowledge about the application of English and Introduction to Information Technology

Technological advances are the answer to the progress of globalization that is increasingly enveloping the world. A progress that will certainly have an impact on the civilization of the student's life. The large number of students who also act as users of information and communication technology, proves that their lives are never separated from the role of information technology. The ease of accessing the internet, such as the many scattered internet cafes, schools that began to provide facilities and provide lessons on the internet. But this is not balanced with knowledge about the use and use of the internet that is good for some groups. There is a possibility that there is an abuse of the internet for things that are harmful. The target of the implementation of this service activity is the youth group of kelurahan Kelapa Dua, Tangerang. The target of this training is to get an overview of the use of information technology in this case the internet as a form of activity and work tools in various fields, acquiring skills regarding internet use that can be used as information and entertainment media, and finally, make young people more creative and innovative and applying knowledge that is owned to the community. The output of this activity is to increase knowledge and skills for the younger generation in using and using the internet well. Also the younger generation is able to optimize the use of the internet in existing resource development activities.

This community service activity aims to provide graphic design training for teachers. Through graphic design training, it is hoped that it can provide many benefits to teachers to add skills and present innovative and attractive learning media. This community service activity begins with a survey to partner locations, planning activities, compiling training materials, then implementing training. This activity was held at SMP Negeri 3 Mendo Barat, Bangka. The time for this training is two days. The result of this community service activity was graphic design training for teachers which went well with the improvement of skills in the field of information technology.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to assist and foster Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Wanita Mandiri Craft which is a recipient of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) assistance. This KUBE has a business of making flower crafts made from tapis. The most priority problem is that partners do not yet have the ability to prepare business feasibility studies. In addition, they do not yet have and build a partnership network by utilizing information technology including social media effectively to promote and market their products. The stages of the activities carried out consist of the preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation stages. Method: The methods used are lecture and question and answer methods, demonstration methods, and non-formal discussion methods. Results: The result was, during the training activity, the participants followed it with great attention and enthusiasm until all the material had been given by the presenter which was then followed by a question and answer activity. Conclusion: All participants can take part in the entire training process from start to finish, besides that the target for delivering training materials is also achieved because the material can be delivered in its entirety and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in the training greatly supports this activity

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Title: Merdeka Belajar on the Changes in the Form of STARS YKPN Yogyakarta in the Covid 19 Pandemic Era   Currently in all fields in the world have entered the era of revolution 4.0, with the advancement of science and technology and information technology in particular, universities are required to welcome and prepare themselves to face it. The current adjustment of the "Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka" curriculum has resulted from reviews for the curriculum, especially for the higher level of education in architecture. At the same time as the Covid 19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and affected all fields, including the world of education, especially the Sekolah Tinggi Arsitektur (STARS) YKPN Yogyakarta. STARS YKPN which is a change in the form of the Akademi Teknik (AT) YKPN, in carrying out its role as an educational institution cannot be separated from this situation. In addition to this, the existence of the Architects Law, and many new policies and regulations from the Ministry of Education and Culture, require institutions to change shape. AT YKPN which initially only had a 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing Study Program, after the change of form to STARS YKPN, currently has 2 study programs, namely 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing and Bachelor of Architecture. With these changes, it is necessary to change the curriculum and learning methods, both in the 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing Study Program and the Bachelor of Architecture Study Program. This article aims to provide an overview of how various changes occur, especially the curriculum and learning methods.

With the development of information technology, document management is now done digitally and paperless. Document management is also carried out as an implementation of knowledge sharing activities in an organization. Document management as a part of knowledge sharing activities is one of which is carried out by Bina Nusantara University (Binus). This article is compiled to find out how document management is an implementation of knowledge sharing in the Binus University environment. The method used is descriptive method of conducting interviews and literature review. From the research conducted, Binus University developed the Binus portal as a forum for employees to carry out knowledge sharing activities as well as manage documents in the organization. The managed documents include institutional documents such as organizational structure documents, business processes, duties and functions of each directorate, training materials, references in carrying out assignments, sharing expertise, case studies, case-based reasoning, as well as documents in the form of ideas, innovations, and opinions written in popular form by employees at Binus.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. </p><p>Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. </p><p>Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Peserta mampu memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal secara cukup memadai. </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Laba-Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Perubahan Modal</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>The aims of this community service activity are that after its completion the participants consisting of the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) should be able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity.  </em></p><p><em>The method used was training that consist of lecturing, discussion and Q-A, and exercises. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. </em></p><p><em>The results shows that the training is effective. Information technology not only affects an information system, but also affects everyday life. These influences include lifestyles that begin to change along with the growth of information technology products. One of the information technologies applied in the marketing world is the application of popular e-commerce based marketing media. The problem found at Binakheir Kindergarten was that the income of teachers and staff was still insufficient to meet their daily needs. Referring to this matter, the enthusiasm in carrying out tasks was reduced. The next problem encountered was that teachers do not understand and do not have any skill in creating and managing an online store. This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and improving teachers’ skills in entrepreneurship and utilizing e-commerce as a medium for marketing the products they sell. The preparation stages applied in this activity consisted of partner surveys, licensing and material preparation. While the implementation stage of this activity included the socialization method of program introduction presentations, discussions and the practice of creating and managing an online store. The evaluation stage of this activity aimed to determine the ability of partners before and after the training. The results of this conducted activity indicated that there was an interest in entrepreneurship that arises from partners and an increase in partners’ knowledge and skills in creating and managing online stores. Abstrak Teknologi Informasi tidak hanya mempengaruhi sebuah system informasi, namun memiliki pengaruh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, gaya hidup mulai berubah seiring dengan pertumbuhan produk-produk teknologi informasi yang semakon berkembang. Impementasi teknologi informasi dalam dunia pemasaran, salahsatunya melalui penerapan media pemasaran berbasis e-commerce popular. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Pra TK / TK Binakheir yaitu penghasilan para guru dan staf yang belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keseharian mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan berkurangnya semangat dalam menjalankan tugas. Permasalahan berikutnya adalah guru belum memahami dan memiliki ketrampilan dalam pembuatan dan pengoperasionalan toko online. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan guru dalam berwirausaha dan memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai media pemasaran produk yang mereka jual. Tahap persiapan terdiri dari survey ke mitra, perijinan dan penyiapan meteri Tahap pelaksanaan menggunakan metode sosialisasi presentasi pengenalan program, diskusi dan praktik pembuatan dan pengoperasionalan toko online. Tahap Evaluasi kegiatan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah timbulnya minat berwirausaha dari mitra dan erjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra membuat dan mengelola toko online.

Kewajiban untuk menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru mendorong pentingnya penguasaan reference management software agar kualitas sitasi dan daftar rujukan dalam karya ilmiah sesuai dengan format yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru SMKN 6 Malang tentang reference management software Zotero dan EndNote. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama dua hari. Selain itu, dilakukan juga survey tentang persepsi pelatihan tentang reference management software dan operasionalnya sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, survey juga berisikan tentang persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penyampaian materi pelatihan. Dari hasil survey, diketahui mayoritas peserta pelatihan belum memahami reference management software dan pengoperasiannya. Setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa Zotero lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan dengan End-Note. Mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa kedua reference management software yang diajarkan, baik Zotero maupun End-Note, mudah untuk digunakan dalam menulis sitasi dan daftar pustaka. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan menyatakan tingkat penguasaan materi baik dan cara penyampaian materi oleh penyaji menarik serta interaksi penyaji dan peserta baik.Kata kunci: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Sitasi.AbstractThe obligation to write scientific papers for teachers encourages the importance of mastering reference management software so that the quality of citations and reference lists in scientific papers are in accordance with the desired format. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMKN 6 Malang about Zotero and EndNote reference management software. The workshop activities were carried out for two days. In addition, a survey of the workshop participant about reference management software and operations was also conducted before and after the workshop. The survey also contained perceptions of workshop participants regarding the delivery of training materials. From the survey results, it is known that the majority of workshop participants did not understand the reference management software and its operation before attending the workshop. After the workshop, most of the participants perceived that Zotero was easier to use compared to End-Note. Most of the participants also perceived that the two reference management software taught, both Zotero and End-Note, were easy to use in writing citations and references. The survey results also showed that the majority of participants stated that the level of mastery of the material was good and the way the material was presented by the presenters was interesting and the interaction between presenters and participants was good.Keywords: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Citation.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.
