The model of a modern University is characterized by the formalization of its activities within the framework of implementing specific educational programs through the educational process and focusing on the final result in the form of a competitive specialist. As a result, the universal values, the spirit of participation in the acquisition of new knowledge, which were present in previous generations of universities, are leveled. However, the students’ needs in their personal development remain at the present time. This leads to the search for new forms and the use of new technologies to meet this need. Based on the research, the authors propose a Lectures model as one of these forms, which includes scientific and methodological, practice-oriented and personal-development components. This is where the spirit of the University as an element of Higher education, the tasks of the University as an educational organization to train competitive specialists and the needs of the individual in self-development can be realized. Considering the development of information and educational technologies, it is necessary to apply them actively in the already available instruments of the Higher School. The educational process should become interesting, interactive, covering various aspects of the studied disciplines as much as possible. But at the same time, the educational process should not lose its main purpose - the formation of new knowledge and the upbringing of a socially active and positive personality. Taking into account the development of science and technology it is these two components that the Lectures are directed towards.

In the context of the information volumes continuous growth, the digitalization of education is considered a necessary tool for the modernization of the educational system. There is a pronounced specificity of training specialists in the various fields of science - natural, humanitarian, technical and exact. How does work differ in the different forms of training specialists - full-time and part-time. There are peculiarities, opportunities and traditions in every particular university. In this regard, the problem arises of the need to digitalize education, determining the measure, and sufficiency in each case. The functioning of the current digital educational environment is due to both the psychophysiological capabilities of the human body, moral and ethical principles. The purpose of the study is to identify the saturation of digital educational technologies in the process of full-time training of students-psychologists and conflictologists at FEFU. Research methods: problematization, survey, observation. The author examines two components of digitalization at the university - the learning process, and its organization and concludes the sufficiency of the information technologies use in the training of psychologists and conflictologists at FEFU. The author also draws attention to the active use of technical means in the educational process - the formalization of education, which manifests itself in a decrease of students’ motivation, loss of interest, involvement, “non-appropriation” of information. Prevents direct transfer of distance learning formats to full-time. Requests the need for informational support of teachers. Emphasizes attention to ensuring the high-quality functioning of technical means.

Purpose of the study. Currently, the issues of informatization of education and the use of information technologies in the educational process are receiving new development. At the same time, high-quality training of future lecturers is possible only if innovative methods are used in the process of their training, reflecting modern, activity-based approaches to the organization of the educational process, forms of educational work, and also assessment methods. In this connection, the aim of the study was to find one of the solutions to the organization of independent work of students of a pedagogical institute using active and interactive learning technologies within the educational information environment of the university, as well as testing the identified innovative methods using distance learning technologies.Materials and methods. To resolve this problem, the authors of the article carried out the analysis of pedagogical literature, practical experience in organizing student learning, as well as self-analysis of the use of distance learning technologies in the process of teaching bachelors in the direction of preparation “Pedagogical Education”, followed by a generalization and systematization of the identified features. The study made it possible to distinguish three areas of educational and informational interaction within the framework of organizing and supporting students' independent work, namely, cloud technologies, social networks and distance learning technologies, as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses of each of the areas. At the same time, it is determined that the use of distance educational technologies has the greatest number of advantages. A questionnaire of 216 first-to-fifth year students of the Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute made it possible to establish the attitude and readiness of students to use distance learning technologies, to identify specific methods (namely, the project method and case method), which were later tested by us in the process of preparing bachelors using the distance learning system of the University, implemented on the basis of LMS Moodle.Results. The implementation of the project method based on the use of distance educational technologies allowed us to organize a comprehensive process of students' project work, which contributes to the manifestation of their independence in the planning, organization and control of their educational and cognitive activities. To implement the project method, the capabilities of such LMS Moodle elements were used and described as: “Hot Question”, “Checklist”, “Forum” or “Chat”, “Groupself-selection”, “Seminar”. It is concluded that the tools of the Moodle system are enough to ensure full-fledged extracurricular work of students on the project and evaluate the effectiveness of such work. LMS Moodle is also a convenient tool for organizing students to complete case studies. As a tool containing case materials and implementing an automatic or semi-automatic check of its solution, such Moodle elements as: “Task”, “Lecture”, “Questionnaire”, “Forum” were revealed and tested.Conclusion. Each of the presented directions for the implementation of active and interactive teaching methods using distance educational technologies has its own didactic and methodological advantages. The choice of this or that method or their integration depends on the goals and objectives facing a particular lecturer.

Digital education is actually a product of recent years, although it existed before in various forms. Obviously, modern devices and means of transmitting infor-mation are necessary for its development. Modern “virtual lectures”, e-learning courses, online testing, educational resources portals, as well as digital school registers and educational process monitoring systems have become everyday real-ity. However, the digitalization of the educational system has both positive and negative side. The purpose of the article is to consider the impact of digital educa-tional technologies on learning, from a university teacher’s view point, and to consider their positive aspects and problems. The study was conducted at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) and University at the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC. The study in-volved 89 teachers who have teaching experience at the university (11.9% - 1-7 years, 28.1% - 8-10 years; 30.8% - 11-15 years; 29.2% - 16-25 years). The main results show that, respondents overly have a good opinion towards learning in virtual environments. The advantages of e-learning are complex for a particular measurement, but it has been found that some identifying variables as “age” shows statistically significant differences, while “gender” and “teaching experi-ence” are not important for evaluating the four provided variables. The study re-sults can be used to improve the perception of new educational technologies by teachers, to organize approaches for introducing innovative educational technolo-gies that expand the possibilities of progressive education on the part of admin-istrations of higher educational institutions and educational departments.

The introduction of interactive educational technologies into university practice is an urgent task, the solution of which must be considered as a necessary and sufficient condition for improving the quality of training in the pedagogical education system of the Russian Federation. Interest in this problem is due to the often unjustified use of modern software and hardware in the educational process, which results in partial or complete loss of students’ skills in verbal communication, socio-communicative control, and adequate self-esteem. We aim to form a new approach to the development of professional competencies of future teachers, which is based on the principles of consistency, providing high-quality pedagogical education. The methods of analysis of the problems of formation, development and improvement of professional competences of students of pedagogical universities are used; systematization of factual and empirical data on the problem of introducing innovations into pedagogical practice. Generalization of the experience of using interactive educational technologies in the system of training specialists with higher professional education confirms the feasibility and necessity of introducing innovations into university pedagogical practice. Developed recommendations for the formation of tools for improving the professional competencies of future teachers, can be recommended for use in order to expand the framework of managing the educational process at the university.
